    Today they came out and installed a new 50a 240v plug for an EV Charger. They called ahead when a tech became available earlier than scheduled, tech arrived and gave an accurate quote, picked up the parts and returned promptly. Whole install completed from quote to payment in a few hours – before he was originally scheduled to arrive! Tech was friendly, courteous, answered all our questions and installed it exactly where and how we wanted.

    This has been a consistent experience. Every tech has been early or on-time, knowledgeable, and friendly. Work has been done same day when possible, or next day when a part has to be ordered.

    We've thought about trying other services but Conway has tackled everything we needed for good rates and great response times. Why gamble a consistently great experience over a few bucks!

He measured the space and walked through the different system options with me. He clearly communicated what the process would be like and what I could expect at install. The install team was on the same page as the sales team. Before they started bringing anything in, they walked through and saw the systems and where they would be working. They put floor coverings down throughout the entire area they walked, installed both furnace and AC systems, secured all vents properly, left the attic cleaner than when they got there and were professional throughout the entire day. They kept me up to speed on the progress and at the end reviewed everything they did. Big shout out to the install team of Josh, Brandon and Deirous. You all represented yourselves and your organization in the most professional manor. Thank you for a job well done! I would highly recommend Conway and their team.
  • Sarah Shands rated it 1/5: We had Conway Services install 3 new HVAC systems in the spring of 2017. We had a larger unit installed as well as additional ductwork in our upstairs. Recently we noticed that the system was running nonstop and it was hot. We had Conway come out and after several days and no show techs, it was determined that we have a leak in our evaporator coil. While the tech was searching for the leak, he noticed that the ductwork was not installed properly – the holes were never cut in the insulation resulting in very limited/no air being pushed through the ducts. He explained that is why the back room never felt cool (summer) or warm (winter) and was causing our unit to run more than normal. He said his supervisor would be getting in touch with the installation manager and I would be receiving a call to schedule the repair. I still have not received a call from Conway so I called today and left a message for the installation manager, Dale.
    Now, onto the next issue – the leak in the 5 year old evaporator coil. The part is covered under warranty, but the labor is not. We have a 10 year part, 2 year labor warranty. The repair estimate I was given for labor only was $2,222. When I questioned this astronomical price, I was told that the repair would take 4-5 hours and this is the price all customers are given. Let me break that down – if it took 5 hours, that would mean more than $415/hr, 4 hours = $500/hr for only the labor!
    I reached out to a local business and was quoted $900 for the labor. That's still a lot for a 5 year old product that costs a lot to begin with, but is much better than the quote Conway gave.
    So, the moral of this story is that 1. Conway doesn't complete installation jobs, 2. They don't stand behind their work or products, 3. They will pad their prices to cover "warranty" repairs.
    They are blinded by sales, quotas, and dollars.
    Shop local where they stand behind their work and products and STAY AWAY FROM CONWAY! I will never recommend them to anyone ever again.
    You can see in the picture where the insulation was not cut to run air to the air ducts.

He failed to complete any portion of the job correctly, and charged me for a part I didn't need. Company still will not provide me a copy of the terms & conditions I signed when requesting the service. They told me to "file a police report" as the solution. Zero follow up from the company (not the pro, who is equally as bad). Rude customer service when trying to get the issue resolved. Sent in videos and pictures as evidence, even more frustrated by the lack of follow up from the company to help us find a solution. Would not recommend or trust a pro recommended by this company to a friend or an enemy. DO NO PAY PRO"S DIRECTLY.

Instead of putting original parts they did a temporary fixing which was of very poor quality. Just after 7 weeks of their fixing, my compressor died and I can't use the refrigerator anymore. Later, I showed what they did to 2 other mechanics from different companies and both agreed that what they did was simply "trash" work. They used a very cheap part which I found available online for $16 and charged me $292 in total. If you have any other option then go for that. DO NOT hire them for servicing, they may destroy your appliance. Not to mention, they also appeared later than their promised time!

Ruined my custom kitchen cabinetry and was still not able to fix the dishwasher. He did not know how to put my dishwasher back in, kinked the tubing and made holes in cabinetry by putting screws in wrong position. All the damage done ended up costing more. Could have bought new dishwasher in that price. Company did not even respond to my email and have filed complaint.

I needed a second opinion on my apartment furnace and what was causing the strange odor I smelled after maintenance came multiple times to try to fix my heat. They even said they had contractors come, but nothing was wrong and the odor I smelled was dust burning. Ron was amazing! He called me when he was on the way and arrived at the time he stated he would. He was friendly, professional, and patient! He was able to validate my concerns that he could smell the odor, diagnose the issue, and provide me with written notes to use as I discuss this with the property manager. He also provided additional concerns noting the furnace is a fire hazard. The entire process was smooth! I would definitely recommend calling for an evaluation. The cost was very reasonable!

I ended up with frozen and busted pipes because there was no heat in the house. the day they decided to install the furnace they bombarded my cell with calls for 2 hours while I was in bed to collect a non covered payment. I will be contacting the better business bureau soon
    Paid $755 for non cover warranty and they would only replace the furnace not the A coil plus $100 for service call.
    plus the warranty which is $1400 plus for 2 years.
    New Furnace costs $1500 including the A coil and with installation
    so I gave them $2255 whereas I could have sent $1500 and saved over $700
    When they called(10 times ) started at 8 AM they gave me 0 notice and were very rude and told me that they're policy was to collect payment first before installing the unit, I called a week before that and volunteered to pay but was told by the manager that payment can be made after installation…
    I paid for the best warranty according to the regional sales person. Obviously it didn't cover punch of things one of them was the flue pipe which I was charged $755 for a simple pipe. The tech installed it 30 minutes
    They also told me they don't take online payment but when the manager was there she said they do. When she was off they told me they don't have online payment. They pressure you to cough the payment before they do repairs, Otherwise the tech will leave the house if you don't make the payment on the spot which was what happened with me. The tech left because I didn't make the payment when they called me at 8 Am
    lastly when I asked about the labor warranty they said 30 days Only
    after 30 days you will have to pay another $100 for them just to come look at it. Before you buy a warranty make sure to read the fine prints and ask about their exclusions

The first appointment for repair was called for on Friday and the technician was at the work site on Monday at 9 as planned. He began to dig where the water was standing in the yard and once he reached the pipe he recommended we call American leak detection, to see where they think the leak was coming out. The issue I have with it, is the leak was about 2 feet into the flower bed that we told the technician to feel free to dig into to. This would have saved us a weeks worth of waiting on the next appointment available for the leak detection company to be able to come out and the $375 bill for them to find the leak that was just 2 feet from where the technician was digging initially. In addition the technician gave us bad advice that the leak detection company was $450 but that he could get the price down to $375. The leak detection company said Hiller tech could not say that much less honor that for another company. He should not tell this to customers going forward. In addition to the excessive amount of water loss to the extra week of water leaking the follow issues were also added to the stress of waiting the week for repair. Customer was only 3 weeks from knee replacement surgery and the tech stated the leak could be in the slab of the house so the rooms between initially dig spot and house water cut off had to be cleared in case they had to jack hammer into the slab in order to fix the problem. The customers also have asthma issues and the stress of needing to move furniture and possible concrete dust from Jack hammering was very stressful. We had to cancel family gathering from out of town due to water issue to the house and have to move furniture out of the room for possible slab work. All I’m saying is all this could been avoided if the tech would have dug a couple feet more feet toward the porch. The tech was a good worker, respectable and informative. There was no issue with him professionally or personally but all techs should do all they can on the front end to find the problem to satisfy the customer experience.

I was able to schedule the install quickly, the day after my unit was inspected. My unit was very old, installed when I was in the 9th grade (and I'm 43 now) lol.. and it had a severe leak. All the freon was gone so I new I needed a new one. The techs were all professional. They quickly installed the outdoor and indoor components and wifi enabled thermostat which was a great upgrade from the 30 yr old thermostat we had before. Throughout the entire install they continued to ask if we had questions. The new unit is working wonderfully. The professionalism of the guys and the high quality of their work can't be overstated. My previous service company did not, just hosed down the outside (never got a full cleaning in 5 years of HVAC maintenance).

    Draylon was on time, professional and replaced a capacitor that was running low.

    He’s also addressing a ductwork issue never resolved by my previous company. Caused airflow issues for years. We were told “that’s as good as it’s going to get”.

    Long story short, Crowe earned my trust today.

    We recently bought a home and had quite a list of electrical needs. These included switching out light fixtures, putting in an outlet in a closet, and adding an outlet higher above the other one.

    Some of our wiring was old school and were lacking a base as well as our TV media closet needing some serious wiring problem solving going through the upstairs bonus room and attic. John and Jensen were responsible, respectful, knowledgeable and on time (15 mins early actually!!). They handled all of our heavy light fixtures with care as well. We will definitely be using them again!

  • Peter Piazza rated it 3/5: I take responsibility for not asking estimate on a straight forward connections. Not criticizing the work. That was all professional. Where I have an issue with is the hourly rate. $300.00 an hour plus $89.00 service call charge. That was for 3 connections, one was running a wire from one outlet to the new one 3 feet away. The other was basically wired wired with a few corections. The only supplies were the one regular outlet and a box($8 worth of materials). All wire was in place or utilized from my stash. Again, job done right, but the exorbitant charges for 1.25 hours easy labor. I trusted a fair price for time but this was beyond going rates that I have heard about.
    I doubt you will respond with some sort of explanation.

I called Timothy the next day and within hours had technicians on site and a plan in place to get a new HVAC system installed. This was completed within a week during what I’m sure is a busy season for them. I would give the service 6 stars if I could. I’m very happy I chose Abbey Road for this.

He did not mind my watching and learning from his every move in performing the check up and operation of gas logs that had not been used since 1994. It was a great pleasure to work with Abbey Road Chimney Sweep. Unlike most other repair businesses, they made the repair appointment, showed up during the appointed time and completed the work. It was a blessing that they did not send multiple text before the appointment to verify work that had already been scheduled.
