This gentleman was courteous he had manners he was punctual he was quick he was efficient he was an all-around good human being. Very knowledgeable about the product didn't seem lost very much knew exactly what he was doing. He made the diagnosis and the repair and a timely manner. He was very personable he didn't just stay out there make the repair and then show me the bill no he showed me exactly what he was doing told me step by step what he was doing and why. Tested everything before and after he made sure that everything was in working order before he left this house. For that I say thank you very much my family and I are honored to have him work in our home and hopefully he will become our new AC Plumbing and whatever else we need service. Again thank you all

After checking a couple of things, we determined the issue was with the outside compressor unit, as the inside part was running. Called Bryant and was told they could have someone out the next day. Jeff, the service repairman, showed up and quickly determined the issue. All was fixed within 24 hours of the call I made. Jeff was thorough, fixed all the issues, and explaining the final bill.     Edit: Since Tim's visit, we have had a new furnace, water heater, and air conditioner installed. The teams that came out to the installation over a period of three days were SPECTACULAR! Every single one of them. I want to especially call out Zack who was so informative and patient with us. I would like to call out one of the guys who installed our water heater. (I wish I knew his name. He was a young guy, with dark hair and tattoos.) He was so informative, professional, and went above and beyond.

    I have already had a chance to give a referral for this company and I will continue to do so because of the way their staff has treated us.

    Lawrence (Customer Service/Scheduling) was extremely helpful, friendly, and empathetic to the issues I was having without a working hot water heater. He was able to get me scheduled for an immediate repair in just a few minutes on the phone!

    When Allen (Repair Tech/Plumber) arrived he was also very friendly and polite. He immediately diagnosed the issue with the water heater after only a couple of minutes of troubleshooting. The repair required parts which needed to be ordered (due to the age of the water heater) and he would need to return to complete the repair. Despite this issue with parts, Allen was able to get the water heater working until the parts could arrive. A few days later, Allen returned and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes.

    My overall experience with ASI was very positive and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing related repair.

Carlton possessed a wealth of knowledge during estimate phase. Dalton & Justin did the actual install and they were both efficient, polite and answered all of my questions. I have found it challenging to find plumbers in Louisville who meet and exceed my expectations. I will definitely hire ASI for future plumbing needs.

They do not repair the holes, no plumbing work was done. Still unsure of the leak and how it happened, but now need a repair person to fix the holes. The holes were done poorly by the tile which makes them harder to repair. Next day got a call from their services asking if I had an excellent experience.

    — update the owner called after making this post and made it right as well as offered additional advice on what may be causing the leak for me to look into. I definitely appreciate that.

The techs came out and after testing said they were sure that all it needed was a charge of refrigerant. I stressed that the freezer could be replaced for $650 so I didn't want to put much money in it. They proceeded and when they were done the lead tech said he was confident the freezer was fixed and it would be cold by end of day. The freezer never dropped below room temperature, not after they left or by end of day. I spent $357 and there was no change in the freezer. I called Mr Appliance back and they scheduled a time between noon and 2 pm. I waited until 2:15 and they had not arrived or called. When I called the office, I was told they were finishing up and would be to my house soon. As I had an appointment for work I could not wait. I feel I wasted $357 and that the freezer was not diagnosed correctly. I also wasted an afternoon of my time waiting on the techs who never even called that they were late. I own my own business and also have appointments. Rather then waste more money, I simply bought a new freezer.

On each occasion the issue could have cause a fire! I looked on the internet saw Allen Electric and remembered we used them for our basement years ago. I called on a Friday at 9pm, off hours. They were not only there within 30min they waived the huge charge (that I was completely aware that I may have to pay due to Friday night), and had the problem detained so that a technician could come back in normal business hours. The problem was FIXED for sure the following day, and yes it was not cheap, but if would have just called them to begin with my 3 other cheap fixes would have not mattered! I will pay for timely, safe, and accurate service.

Wright Mechanical sent a tech out to my apartment unit who reported to property management that my unit is fine and working normally. They made sure to tell property management about the days I turned the ac off when I'm at work, but made sure not to inform them about the days I left the ac on and got the same results. The tech told me that in an hvac duct ventilation system, air leaks ARE NOT an issue, which the tech made sure not to inform property management about. Which just isn't true. The tech also failed to mention, to property management, the damaged open area where my filter is supposed to go. Unprofessional and dishonest. Property management used the report by Wright Mechanical to force me to pay for the inspection, which wouldn't have been a problem had the fixed any of the issues.

Sean was a big help planning out the job as he spent a lot of time explaining how the job was to be done and when. Both were put on same separate circuit which I requested and they had already planned on doing. The wire fishing was a little rough but it was completed with some help. In all the installation went well. I will use Laswell Electric on my next adventure.

It require braving spiders and making height adjustments on a fourth floor deck. They did a great job with a smile.

The phone was immediately answered by a human who was located in the office with the technicians. It wasn’t a call center or anything, thank God. She was able to get a technician out to us the same day, and they fixed it within 24 hours. No food lost (we have a basement fridge that we transferred stuff to, just in case)! The price was reasonable, the service quick and the staff extremely courteous. I’ll be calling them again whenever our next appliance goes kaput!

Noah and the lovely lady in the office were both so kind in dealing with me calling multiple times to ask the status and if they'd heard back (I was very tired of washing dishes by hand), and they sent a tech out as soon as they got the parts. They were professional the whole way through and now my dishwasher works again!

    First I called during the work day because our dishwasher wasn’t draining and they sent somebody out whenever my wife was home with our two small kids. I asked specifically to have the technician call me when they were there to be able to make the diagnosis. They didn’t. I instead talked to my wife when I had a break from work and she said he left. So I called their shop and the lady explained that they don’t do repairs same day, that due to Covid the parthouses make them put things on will call. That may be how it works I’m not judging that because I work in HVAC and we went through that same process but I could almost always get people heating or cooling same day. I didn’t know he wasn’t going to be able to fix it when they came out on a morning appointment and that was my first issue. When talking to their shop the call got disconnected before i confirmed i wanted to do the work and they went ahead and scheduled it. (I was going with it at this point) My second issue was after the guy left, the small tablet of detergent wouldnt dissolve, they sent the same technician out and he said he forgot to connect something when he replaced the pump. (Everybody makes mistakes, while this was issue 2, it happened we move past it) well it has now been a few weeks, we spent a week out of state and we’ve been hearing this noise, and now the arm that rotates in the bottom of the dishwasher completey melted, nothing obstructed it, so issue three is, I would appreciate somebody saying, replace the dishwasher these have a lot of issues, not repair something for 275 only to come back again, and now the dishwasher still isn’t working. Very average experience from me, and as a father and husband and veteran. This has caused me more grief that I don’t have time for and I should have just replaced it.

We had a hot tub wired and had to put a second panel in to move some circuits over to have room for a new circuit for the hot tub. They had to crawl under the house to run the wire and install the new outlet. They did a terrific job. They also installed two outdoor outlets. They were on time, professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. I will definitely use them again if I need electrical services.

    Came out and gave us a quote, and informed us of the steps needed to move forward. Once the permit was pulled, they called and set up a time and date to get it done.

    Workers who came out were very professional and nice and explained what they needed to do. They got it done in a few hours, and it looks very clean and inspector approved it right away.

    Recommend if you need something done to check them out as they take care of you and get it done correctly the first time.

Stansbury Electric sent two Guys out to make the installation. The installation was quick. The Guys were great. We have some other electrical jobs that need to be done. We will definitely be calling Stansbury Electric.
  • Manda Renae rated it 1/5: This company is the world's worst. I am on a prepaid account. Some days I get woken up by the sound of silence. Even though there is money on my account. I always make sure to call and be polite to tell them my problem. But for some reason. Sometimes it takes an hour to get my service back on sometimes it takes 30 sec9nds. But you can bet your bottom it takes every bit of that hour when it's 99 degrees outside. So for the life of me I can't understand how this confusion continues to happen. There is money on the account so I shouldn't be without electricity at all. I'm giving a 1 star rating for inconsistencies happening to often for absolutely no reason.
