They did not have the nerve to even tell us. This was an expensive job over $10K and they billed us the total amount. We eventually got $2K refund after a lot of back and forth. We won't be using them again. This could have ended differently if they had the courtesy to inform us- it's clear they knew as there is evidence they tried to fix it. Very unprofessional.

2 days later, Bill S. and his helper, Mike, came out and removed my 50+year old, 100amp electrical service and upgraded it to a new, Square D, 200amp service. They brought my electrical system up to code. They were prepared for the job, had a fully stocked van, were professional, efficient and methodical during the installation. They installed everything very neatly correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. NOTHING was too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The floor tiling and installation of the under-tile heating mats was done by the flooring company but we needed an electrician to run a dedicated circuit from the breaker panel and down the hall to the bathroom, install the thermostat for the system, and run the wires from the floor heating system up to the thermostat, and connect everything up correctly.
Our technician Chris was super professional, efficient, and worked neatly and quietly and with attention to detail. Patched up the places where wall cuts were needed, cleaned everything up nicely, a terrific job. Chris and the team at Gen3 made the entire experience easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

They are diligent, pay attention to details. They are professional, skilled AND PLEASANT. They are very knowledgeable, and very efficient. Ron and Alex called me before their arrival, which shows a sense of professionalism. They went right down to work. Overall great experience from the initial visit to the repairs. Andi came out right away and gave me a fair quote for the work that I requested. I had questions about scheduling that Andi answered well after normal business hours and he kept me up to date on what day and time they would arrive. It turned out that the initial work that I had said I needed done was incorrect and more was needed to complete the job. Andi was quick to supply me with a new quote. Andi and his crew were polite, respectful, fast, and left the job site clean.
I had additional questions from potential the potential buyer of the home AFTER the work was completed and once again Andi was quick to respond and help in any way he could.

I said great I will take it. Someone calls me back an hour later and says sorry we cannot do it today but tomorrow morning we can. Great, I take it. They call ahead of time which was great and on visit, I tell them I need 13 recessed lights (4inch) which yes includes the wiring and switches. They sell for $150 for the entire set on Amazon. The living room ceiling is already open so all they have to do is the electrical job. They give me a price of $4277.00 which comes to $330.00 a light. I tell them I will get back to them and then they tell me it’s $40 for todays estimate. Mind you, no one on the phone told me there was a charge for an estimate. Gave them the
$40 to get them outta of there. I called them based on a recommendation (when I mentioned the name) they had no idea who I was talking about and only called them because I was told they were reasonably priced and do great work. Well folks they are not reasonably priced and be prepared for hidden charges. For $330 a light I would get someone in town for less. Lesson learned. Don’t make my mistake. This company looks for people with deep pockets to pay their ridiculous prices. Stay away. They come from king of Prussia and Philly. And for the business owner, make sure you tell people on the phone when they schedule an estimate, it will cost $40. Don’t be a weasel and charge a customer on the spot without prior knowledge. Looks like I paid for their lunch today lol.

They had a quote fee that was not going towards the price of the quote if it was accepted as a lot of companies do. However I accepted and i am glad i did. They showed up when they said they would and they kept me updated at all times. The job was so big that it took them 2 days. It was not until I already have accepted the quote that i was notified that payment with credit card had a 5% extra charge wish was not charged on the payment of the estimate and the same payment method was used. Mason & Ben this guys are amazing, they completed the job in a timely matter having in consideration the weather ( very cold winter) at this location. This guys were very professional and executed the job in a clean way.

Showed me burned blackened outlet and melted plug.. it was a fire hazard..my house could have burnt down. Asked him to check the whole house. Turned out all outlets had to be upgraded to code. Mason showed me each problem and explained everything patiently and thoroughly, making sure I understood why the work had to be done. Also, the main circuit panel, over 30 years old, was rusted , damaged and hazardous..needed replacing. Next day Mason and Ben came, fully prepared and equipped and got the entire job done. It was expensive but well worth it because we now felt safe. Since then I used BG to replace the outside main wire to our house. Also used BG again yesterday to install security flood lights on the side and back of our house. It is rare these days to find a contractor you can trust. Mason is both competent and trustworthy. They arrived on time, were transparent about the associated pricing, and treated me with respect. I really appreciated the honesty they displayed when they noticed that the breaker wasn't really defective and only needed to be tightened.

They had a quote fee that was not going towards the price of the quote if it was accepted as a lot of companies do. However I accepted and i am glad i did. They showed up when they said they would and they kept me updated at all times. The job was so big that it took them 2 days. It was not until I already have accepted the quote that i was notified that payment with credit card had a 5% extra charge wish was not charged on the payment of the estimate and the same payment method was used. Mason & Ben this guys are amazing, they completed the job in a timely matter having in consideration the weather ( very cold winter) at this location. This guys were very professional and executed the job in a clean way.
I strongly recommend this company.

He quickly found out the reason and changed the power outlet. He tested the jacuzzi bathtub and made sure everything works. He is very nice and did the work correctly, quick and clean. Also great communication. Definitely would recommend to friends and other people!

My issue was an outdoor light that suffered from a wiring issue. AC was quick to assess and resolve, which is key if you don't go through a warranty company and worried about the hourly rates of trades-people. I would 100% recommend to friends, family, and really anyone in need of electrical work.

They were to reschedule my original appointment to a time more convenient to us. The repair representative who came out was able to find out what the problem was in short order , and he made the necessary repairs within a half hour after arrival. He was professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend B2U to my family and friends.

I needed outdoor fixtures replaced but my work schedule did not allow me to be home to schedule repair. I spoke with Justin on the phone and he told me if I left lights outside, he would come by my house and install them. I know sounds crazy, but I did leave them outside and he did come and install them!!! And cleaned up.They look and work great I cannot say enough good things. Beyond 5 star service.

It turned out the surrounding switches and outlets made the installation far too complicated for me. I called Justin on a Friday and he was able to come the following Monday. He did a great job — he figured out how to make the switch work properly while retaining the functions of the surrounding switches and outlets. He trimmed screws to protect my tile backsplash and made sure to clean up meticulously when he was done. He explained everything clearly to me along the way. He’s a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call Tavella Electric again when I need electrical work.

Not only was he prompt in fixing the issue, but when it later turned out that the issue was more complex than originally thought, he returned the same day and fixed the entire circuit. If that wasn't enough, he was kind the whole way through, while also explaining all of his processes and what they would do. He managed to do an amazing job, while also providing some really interesting information for the future. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Cannot recommend enough.

Expect the closest appointment like 2-3 weeks from your call. No way to get anything earlier. Cancellation without any real reasons. If you need someone who values your schedule and time. Find someone else. Just terrible terrible business you don't want to deal with.
