I paid around $1000 to get two outlets installed (lol I know, but I was sure that because it was expensive and a well known company I wouldn’t get myself in a bad position in case something went wrong, that there was assurance to fix a potential problem). So the guy came, didn’t take long at all to install the outlets, and when it was done the drywall was caved in and it looks terrible. No offer to fix it or discount me, and my boyfriend was the one who paid him because I was sick in bed which is a problem in itself that he let a man who is obviously not me ‘okay’ it when I’m the one who paid for it. (I was also annoyed with my boyfriend for this but you know how men are- he had the attitude of ‘I can fix it’ and it didn’t happen like that because of the complexity of the damage). So now I have to get someone else out here to fix it, causing me more time and money, when I thought since I was going through a ‘reputable’ business this wouldn’t have happened in the first place, or they would at least be on top of fixing this for me. Who walks away from work they did that they aren’t proud to show? Obviously these people. Everyone else who values their work doesn’t leave the job with something looking bad. Imagine if your contractor, wedding planner, even hairdresser does that. I chose to go with a bigger company than a small one or an independent worker because I figured it would have meant their business standard would be higher.

I chose Parker and Sons due to many five star reviews and their long-term partnership with Costco. After making an appointment, "Adam" came to our house and made recommendations and estimated a replacement cost for our HVAC system. Adam is experienced and professional. He answered our questions and found the perfect system for us. He promised installation within 48 hours. Adam handled all the paper for product registration, rebates from APS and Costco and all other documentation. All I had to do was sign the contract and Adam did the rest. On our appointment date, the installers, "Rito" and "Jesse" arrived exactly on time at 7am. The entire HVAC system was installed in about 8 hours. Rito and Jesse were courteous and professional at all times. Our units and parts were delivered on schedule, Noise and dust were minimal and clean-up was amazing. By looking at our house afterwards, you'd never know we had a major project completed. Our system works perfectly and we're 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

Tyler and Freddie were awesome technicians who seemed like experts at putting our chandelier, pendant lights, and coach lights outside. We mistakenly believed we could do this ourselves but seeing how hard the Parker and Sons technicians worked to make it perfect and left no stone unturned we will be repeat customers. The price that they charged was worth every penny knowing that my lighting fixtures were installed perfectly! 10/10!

We had called for an appointment today because our gas bill had been much higher than past years and there seemed to be an issue with the heat. Joe was our tech and had the issue diagnosed with multiple fixes to address it in less than two hours. On top of that, he was so patient and kind to our dog, and was fun to talk to! He is now our preferred tech and we are so appreciative of him and of Goettl for getting someone out to us so quickly. He even gave our dog a toy when our dog training appointment accidentally came at the same time as him being here!

Covered with plastic all the shutters and openings to the rest of the house. We’re very respectful of personal items. Completed the job early. Definitely call them for any plumbing needs.

When Q came out, we felt we were in good hands right away. He was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. He was also very personable and showed great pride in his company. We felt he was very truthful and that is hard to find if you don’t believe in your product and know you work for a reputable company.
Q walked us through what we needed. Tyler was extremely helpful in financing our purchase. Dustin and his crew who came out to install did a great job. They were respectful of my son and I who work at home, and worked so hard… especially in the attic where I know it was over 100+ degrees up there.
It’s only Day 1 with our new system, but we are very happy customers so far!

Goettl consistently offers quality services at a fair price, the service men are always professional and respectful of your home. My in-laws had to be out of the house today so I was at their home while Goettl cleaned the ducts. Daniel and Tano were a great team. They communicated well, did a thorough job and didn’t leave a mess which is always appreciated after a dusty clean out. Would 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately all companies quoted the repair at around 8k so I figured it was time to get a new one. Goettl was on the higher side for a new unit but I felt like the unit they were selling was a slightly higher quality. Plus they said they could get started on it same day. Seeing as it's AZ in the summer that was a huge plus side to me. I was also impressed with the customer service both from the technician and the team that did the install. The install team (Geno & Omar) were very professional and communicated well with me. They also did a great job cleaning up and taking care in my house.

Frank Rivera rated it 5/5: Absolutely outstanding! Our AC unit was not operating correctly and we called Hobaica as per a recommendation. The service tech, Scott Dale, visited us today, and his service and repairs were fantastic. He fully explained the situation with pictures, gave us his recommendations, which did include replacing the unit (it is 12 years old), but it was not pushed at us at all.
He let us know that our capacitor was leaking, but working at manufacturing specs and that all other parts of our AC system were running well. So he gave us several options on what we could do along with all the possible warranties, and we decided to go with one of his recommendations. Scott replaced our capacitor, showed pictures of the replacement, recommended we clean our filter, and we are all set to go!!

Incredibly honest professional service at a great price!! Thank you Scott and Hobaica!!

Ronnie was such a tremendous help during the entire process. Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.

I am beyond grateful for Ronnie, Ryan and the Hobaica team. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anymore and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

Simon was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. Helped us make our decision easier. He made sure that they do job ASAP before holidays even it was very busy month for the company(December). Sergio did great job,explained all things that he has done and stayed very late to make sure that everything is done. All i can say is God bless you and we'll be definitely recommending Hobaica to friends and family.

They were great at calling me back but the technician said he was the only one working and no one could come out. It's Phoenix and such a large and reputable company has only one technician for emergencies? I called another company and they came out within an hour and did such a great job; I don't think we will be using Hobaica again.

He started off by immediately stating that we would likely need to replace the whole unit without even checking anything. Then claimed he’s been doing HVACs for over 10 years and then proceeded to spend 20 minutes on the phone with his uncle walking him through every step. I asked after some time how things were going not knowing he was still on the phone (when leaving saying don’t interrupt me when I’m on the phone), later mentioned what he found was going to be very pricey, of course I asked what the issue was and claimed it must be something inside the house but couldn’t tell me what part was the issue. I asked him if he would check that next and stated he didn’t have to because his pressure reader had told him what was wrong. Based on him being on the phone the entire time with someone walking him through the diagnosis step by step I said I might like a second opinion and immediately got aggressive and asking why I would ever want to do that since he’s extremely experienced and that he doesn’t care if I want to waste my money. He finally went to go look at the system inside (after telling me he didn’t need to) but the whole time just kept making smart remarks about how we wanted a second opinion. Also come to find out he lied about our system not being under warranty still when the system is only 5 years old which I’m certain is why we were offered “half off” repairs. I went with another company that was able to diagnose the issue in a quarter of the time it took Joey and mentioned our system is definitely still in warranty. This might be a good company with all their good reviews but I would not trust this Tech to do any kind of repairs or diagnosis. They also told us the part was on back order and would take 4-6 weeks to get. (Update: Emergency Air fixed the AC in 4 days)

They were very responsive and prompt with scheduling an appointment, and Technician Elmer provided a great quote and information without making us feel pressured. The turnaround time on the install was great, especially considering the national labor and supply chain issues, and the install team was quick, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Everyone at the company we've worked with to date has been great and very customer-service oriented. Recommended to several people already and will continue to do so, and will use for any future home issues they provide services for.

You decide yourself what you think and if you want to spend $500 for this ridiculousness. Then, they text wanting me to rate them and if Id refer them. I gave a 0. One would think they'd reach out to speak to me, but nope. Guess that it is just an illusion that they actually care about their quality of service or craftsmanship.
Just found out they installed the outlets lower than code allows. So, they have no idea what the heck they are doing and cannot provide professional sound advise to customers. You decide if you trust them to consult you.

I called to speak with someone and they will only take messages, that was Friday, still no contact from this company.

Update: The work was corrected.
Kristi V rated it 1/5: Had Penguin Air & Plumbing replace the A/C and air handler in my home. They left the dry wall damaged as well as the floor damaged. They are repairing the dry wall, but are refusing to repair the flooring. Do not recommend. We were informed this was part of the risk. Go find another company that doesn't consider damage they cause as a risk.
Editing: appears they also installed the duct work incorrectly and tried to claim they didn’t touch it, however camera and audio picked up the technicians conversations about the duct work. Electric bill is higher with new install than from before.

Editing: claimed they scheduled a flooring person and turns out that was not scheduled. Still waiting…

I needed some electrical work done in my newly built home to hang two 25 inch chandeliers over my custom built (12ft × 4ft) table. Francisco arrived when dispatch said he would arrive. He greeted me at the door and introduced himself. He asked what services I needed, did a survey of my home and presented (3) options. He also asked if I had any additional needs. I told him I had several light switches that I did not know what they were for. He was able to locate the outlets for each switch. Once I selected my option, Francisco went right to work. Eventually Salvador joined Francisco to assist in pulling the wiring. They ran into an issue where the builder of my home had horizontal 2 x 4s blocking the ability to run wire but Salvador came up with a quick solution to have remote control lighting. When they completed the work they cleaned the area and moved the table back in place. I was so impressed, I then asked if they could hang two additional pendant lights in my kitchen and without hesitation they did respond, "Yes". Francisco and Salvador were courteous and gave me peace of mind. This was my first time using George Brazil and I will definitely use them again for my electrical needs.
Shaughnessy Painting rated it 2/5: Disappointed. The guys that came to do the work, were very nice and professional. The disappointment came after I got the invoice. My master bathroom light fixture started flickering and then stopped working. The next morning, I requested service online at maybe 5am, got a call around 6:30, guys were there at 10am, I was really impressed. Gave me an estimate of $260 to replace master bathroom light switch that was shorting out, ok, not that bad of price. When done, they gave me the invoice to pay of $593, I paid, not paying attention. Opened the invoice after to find a $330 troubleshooting fee. This very unprofessional business practices and definitely will not be calling them in the future. On that note I am very tired of electrical companies (3rd one this year), can anyone recommend an honest and reliable company?

Adam was so thorough at inspecting our unit and explaining the issue (although the unit was serviced by another company months ago for cleaning it seems the coils were dirty). He never tried to up-sell me. He worked quickly, although he had a few moments to say “hi” to my dog Indie when she jumped up onto his knee.

I’m so grateful they made it out today, their customers really are prioritized and valued. It would have been a miserable night for Indie and I. My only regret was not having them do the initial service- moving forward they will be the ones cleaning and maintaining our unit. .

Justin Watson rated it 5/5: Very professional and knowledgeable .When Brandon inspected the house he did a very good job. He found a lot that needed to be fixed . I was on a limited budget and he was willing to work with me through that. Shows they can be flexible to meet your needs as well as suggest the best for what you're wanting! Update: I signed the contract they came over and did the work and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them they took what was the previous owners hack job and turned it into a legit installation that works now. I'm a happy customer 😀.

I had an energy audit performed on my very late 70's home, as my energy bills seemed to be quite high for a single story. Brandon Walton was sent out to perform the initial audit and provided a simple three tier plan on what would bring my home up to 2022 spec's, along with a plethora of information regarding the ducting, insulation, and condition of my home's cooling system. Chose the duct and vent repair option and Ideal Energy sent Michael Hahn out to perform the work. Communication was amazing mixing both text messages, calls, and emails prompting me on every step of the project Michael and his crew completed. They performed this work all while never meeting the team at Ideal so I felt safe and secure when having a business enter into my home. The work completed was clean and greatly improved the overall air flow into each of my rooms. Highly recommend the team at Ideal Energy for any air conditioning/heating/air quality needs. Thank you!
Gabriel Chagolla rated it 5/5: Ideal Air Conditioning just amazed us. We had a new system put in several years ago but Ideal Energy and they did a great job installing the system at that time. But fast forward to Tuesday this week and our AC went out!! It is miserable in Phoenix right now and we were furious, stressed and miserable. We called Ideal Air and Adam came out Wednesday to fix the system he did some repairs they system was up and running! However, but the time we got home the system had gone down again. We called Ideal Air again and they said they were going to have to replace the compressor but that would take a few weeks due to ordering and shipping. We obviously can't wait 2 weeks for a compressor so we set up a call with the owner of Ideal Air Alex and we went over all the issues we were experiences and some were our fault (as the customer) not being timely replacing the filters but there was an error on the companies side as well with setting up maintenance. So we did have quite a few issues to work through, but we did and Alex wanted to make us happy, and he succeeded! He had Adam come out Thursday morning to replace the whole AC unit we have a brand new Tran AC unit and they (Adam and a few other technicians) installed in less then 4 hours. We honestly could not be happier with this outcome. Alex really made everything right for us. We will not be using another company again, we will be customer's for life due to the companies hard work and dedication to us customers. Thank you Ideal Air for getting us a new system, being so cooperative, responsive and customer friendly. Alex and Adam have really gone above and beyond for us and we are beyond grateful.

Cristian and all the other technicians were very polite and professional. They did an amazing job of prepping the areas of the house with plastic covering the furniture and the floors. When the job was complete the techs cleaned up all areas as if they were never there. I would highly recommend this company.

The level of service that I have received (like at most larger brands like TH) vary depending on the technician/expert/contractor that comes out and does the work.

My most recent experience (the installing of the 29" light) with Brandon Brady has been extremely stellar! In fact, I believe I will request to work with him exclusively from now on (for my home and my business of property management).
Brandon was on time, professional, courteous, and (most importantly careful and detail oriented). To share my experience, I had a 29 inch pendant light made of capiz (the inner lining of shells) hung from a 20ft ceiling. He was very careful, not a single shell cracked or flaked. Also, he continually asked if I was comfortable with his installation and adjusted the pendant height multiple times to get it to my ideal height for the entry of our home.
I know Tucker Hill's pricing for electrical work is not as competitive as other contractors in the valley, but for Brandon Brady's care and attentiveness to detail and hard working attitude, the price is worth it.

Brendon did great, and I will definitely be asking for him to visit our sites when we need electrical work.

They arrived early and took the time to help me call the insurance company when I wasn't sure how to handle the situation I was in. Albert was AMAZING! He helped diagnose the problem, gave me great advice on how to get my repairs fixed and what steps I needed to take to get the help I need. Chris was quick to arrive with the camera for the sewer line and they were able to identify where the issue is. I cannot say enough good things about how much they helped me formulate a plan and set my anxious mind at ease. They have great work ethic and are VERY transparent about pricing which is very important to me. I Highly recommend them. They genuinely care and want to help. Awesome customer service!

Our bill for fixing GFI outlet repair was $1400 for 3 hours of work!! Wish we would have used someone else. The two guys that were here were wonderful and we understand that they don't set the pricing. Can't use them again unless we take out another mortgage….

I was told I didn't need to replace the 30year old switches and outlets, by the team that came out, mainly so they wouldn't have to do more work. It then took over a month to get a refund for that portion of the job that wasn't done…
Now almost a year later, they say I owe them more money?!?

I'd recommend almost any other company in the valley.
