I called in Aug/Sept during the heat wave when it broke once again for myself and my renters. 10 days of 100° heat. I still have no AC or heat and it's January. I called in December with no message back. And called again today in January with nothing back about the part I need. Their customer service is less than acceptable and if I could afford to take the whole system out and replace it I would. It's been a dud from the start. Stay away from Clarke And Rush. Don't waste your $$$

Brian Webb came out the next day for an estimate and sale of a new AC and Furnace for us. Then 6 days later we had Tony Rider and his team of Shawn Perry and Garrett Ames come for 7 hours and install all our new systems!! The entire team was amazing and we are so appreciative of Clark & Rush for the great service and quality installation we received when we needed it most! THANK YOU!!! Our home is cool and comfortable and safe once again.

This requires crawling under the house multiple times to fix. They did it all happily and without charging me extra. Great customer service and so far I'm super happy with the equipment they installed.

And one of my larger shutters in the kitchen even came crashing down on the installers head and came crashing down on my wood floors ! And the other lead installer told me it was courtesy for them to take down the shutters and not their job ! I immediately called their supervisor Tony about the ordeal and he was able to credit me for the damage on my shutters that I had Budget Blinds repair and replace them for a cost of 1200.00 dollars. And with all the time and appointments I had to schedule for the repair on my shutters, I actually had to ask Tony for some compensation. which he finally granted to me after getting an approval from the owner. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for the total disregard to the the homeowners property and the unprofessionalism of the installers !
  • CaGeo Addell rated it 1/5: I choose Clarke and Rush for my window installation due to two factors. First, they had the best price of the three window companies I interviewed, and I liked Tony the representative. Second, I had done business with Clarke and Rush in my previous house.
    Knowing there were supply-chain and manufacturing issues in this country I ordered my windows in March 2022. As of the writing of this 11/15/2022 the “2-day” install of my windows is yet to be complete and the damage on my house so far has yet to be resolved.
    Clarke and Rush is NOT the company it used to be. I am not sure what happened, but they have really walked away from any sense of customer satisfaction.

    Update: Clarke & Rush did finish the job they were hired to do. I asked for a discount as I was not offered one at any time and I felt it was an appropriate request. I was given $150.00 off my invoice. I agreed to this small amount as I do not have any more time to spend on this issue. I will not be a customer of Clarke & Rush in any capacity going forward.

I requested a quote to have a 220 outlet installed in the garage for an electric car charging station. Prior to AAA coming to my home to assess the job, I had another electrician from Bonney give me a quote for same job. Bonney Quoted $990 to install the outlet and also included a 1 year membership for any electrical, HVCA or plumbing services I may need. Justice from AAA quoted me a whopping $1997 for the same job! I called one other company (Trident) for a quote and they quoted $779! How could AAA electric charge more than double to install an outlet that’s already perfectly located in my garage according to the other electricians that gave me quotes? Both companies provided free estimates (waived trip fee) and AAA charged me a $69 trip fee and quoted $1997 after allegedly giving me $350 worth of discounts as stated by their electrician…. So without the discounts the job was going to be over $2300!? Completely outrageous. The ironic thing about my experience is that one of the electricians that gave me a quote, told me to be careful because unfortunately sometimes women get taken advantage of and over charged. I don’t like to make accusations like that but it’s very possible that could have been a factor and/or maybe because I have expensive cars, therefore he felt he could Jack up the price. Overall, what started out as a good experience ( the guy was nice) turned left when I felt he tried to get over on me.

    110-120 bucks instead of a minimum $600 for a new dishwasher, it's a steal. They were on time and efficient and I appreciate it. I highly recommend the work they do.

After doing the work the technician John Z. recommended we schedule a hydro Jet clean which would give our pipes a lot better flow and a longer life. John was on time both days, was great in his explanation of the work needed, and did an overall fantastic job. I highly recommend when calling Ace ask for John.

I was in a state of panic. Curtis Cassidy answered the service call and came the same day and arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. He was highly professional and friendly.

My wife and I hired these people to do a simple sewer inspection on the home that we just bought and were in the process of moving into. They told us the sewer was ok to use. Exactly two weeks after we moved in the sewer backed up on us. We had to call another plumbing company to fix the issue. Cost us thousands. We would have never bought the house if they did the job we paid them to do. Once confronted and notified of their incompetence, they got defensive and basically told us to F-off. Currently in process of suing them.

Wills Resource Electric handled all of the electrical upgrades (including new electrical panel/box), cam lights & switches installation, microwaves dedicated circuit & wiring installation, correct stove outlet installed into the wall (previous outlet wasn't attached to anything and was just lying on the floor), tankless water heater outlet installation, and back yards dusk to dawn security lights. I am including a before & after pics of the kitchen ceiling lights that I absolutely love. Also including before & after pics of the replacement of the old over-the-stove fan with a microwave on its own dedicated circuit.

He told me the charge would be a little more than $300 for him to do it or he could teach me for nothing more than the diagnostic fee. Very nice and honest guy. Then, in a conference call with our caregiver and me, he explained exactly what Is happening. He was sensitive to the fact that any major work in this house is, at this point in time, not something we want to do. I especially appreciated his attitude. He was not condescending. He was polite and experienced. We are very pleased our issue will be fixed tomorrow.

    I also thank the McDonald management who salvaged trust we lost yesterday after another plumber had an unfortunately bad experience with us. He, I’m sure is an excellent plumber, while customer service experience is learned over years of house calls. He has a good mentor in Laird.

Bernie called me mid-morning on June 11, 2018 to see if I was available for the service call that day. I said I was. Darryl showed up within the hour of the appointment. He had serviced our system previously for a different problem, so I knew him from then. He was his usual friendly and professional self. I told him that there was a clanging sound every time the AC ran and also that the fan would not run. He went to work right away and fixed the problems within 30 minutes! Best of all, he only charged me for the basic service call fee! I highly recommend these friendly and professional folks for any plumbing, heating, air conditioning problems.

The plumber himself was timely and professional. I could see hiring them to replace my grandma's hot water heater, but if you have Google, you will quickly see they are greatly over priced.

Kaylee Ballou rated it 1/5: If I could give zero stars, I would. Our dishwasher broke before thanksgiving, it’s almost January and it’s still not fixed. After filing my initial claim with our Home Warranty we had an appointment for December 1st. The tech came out and fixed our original issue, but after one cycle the dishwasher was broke again.

A part was not properly reinstalled when it was fixed and was now melted and broken. I called back to get them back out and it would now be December 13th before they could come back out. To try and speed up the process, I sent them a picture of the melted part to let them know what it was and what it looked like, so they can order it and have it prior to coming out. I was told they could not do that without the tech diagnosing it.

The tech came out on December 13 looked at the dishwasher, and determined the part that I told them they would need was the part that needed to be ordered. They would not reschedule me to have the new part installed until it came in. They finally had me scheduled for December 30th. We rearranged our holiday plans to be here to get our dishwasher fixed. They did not show up within the scheduled window. When I called to find out where they were, I was told the part didn’t come in and they rescheduled our appointment for January. At no point during this process did they called to tell me my appointment was rescheduled.

We are now over a month without a dishwasher. At this point I could have ordered the part on Amazon and fixed it ourself. P

The repair men come in and are really knowledgeable about the parts and issues. So the repair time is really quick.

I put in a order through our home warranty for our refrigerator and oven. Same day appliance was assigned to us. It took them 3 weeks to get the “parts” that we needed and for them to fix the fridge and what I thought fixed the oven. The oven still did not work after “fixing it” but they took so long with everything by the time I was finally able to get an answer they told me it had been 30 days and I would need to go back through my home warranty. They prolonged the process and didn’t even fix the appliance that needed to be fixed. It was such a hassle. After being very frustrated and having to be stern with the company the technician came back out and I guess actually looked carefully for the problem. He put the request in to my warranty for only my warranty to contact me to say they were going to replace my oven. Waited 2 months just for that answer!!

After taking time off work from 1-5 pm, I received a call at 5:30 stating that they were not going to make it out to the home. They rescheduled and came out to do the repair. The technician asked me for towels to soak up any water. When the technician realized the towels that I provided were too big to fit in the space that he needed, rather than calling upstairs for me to bring him smaller towels, he went to the bathroom and got toilet paper to soak up the water. After he left, I realized that he did not secure the dishwasher under the counter and the door to the dishwasher is no longer closing properly.

    I would not recommend Same Day Appliance.

He came same day in the evening without issue, communicated directly with me and my tenants and provided estimate for repair very next day. We decided not to proceed with repair services (per his recommendation) as the cost to repair would be close to that of a new purchase but he explained exactly what he found, provided us a nicely detailed invoice and easy payment method. Overall service was excellent.

I texted my information to them and they responded with a text and email appointment reminder. The next day they showed up on time, diagnosed my washer, told me the cost of repair, and repaired the washer all within the appointment time slot of 10am to 12pm. The washer now works like new.
    I highly recommend 4Wire for appliance repairs!

From my first call, through estimate, service, and cleanup, every person I worked with was polite, professional, and efficient. I had them repair an outdoor outlet and install a new electric car charger outlet and they were fairly priced and did an immaculate job. Issues with my crawl space prevented them from installing it the original way but they clearly explained the issue and were able to find a solution at the same cost in the same time frame. I will absolutely use them in the future!
