I especially appreciated that he explained everything he was doing and was not phased by my questions. Needed to have the gas pipe rerouted to be installed across the house and not reburied. Called and a plumber (Chris) came right out to give me an estimate. He also explained all that needed to be done and why as well as the time involved in the process and the inspection requirement. Price was reasonable. Agreed for them to come out and they came and rerouted the gas line without problems. Passed the inspection with flying colors. Extremely grateful for the Chris and Holly's professional and friendly service as well as the clear explanations of what work would be done. Thanks a lot for the excellent service.

It's really great to see that Brian, Jason and everyone at Mr. Sparky truly care about their customers. My short meeting with Brian and the hours I watched Jason Calvert work to take care of me and family just goes to show that Mister Sparky goes out of their way to get the job done. I had flaky ones who no showed or did not do the work, way overpriced ones, and finally Bolt Electric. The electrician came out, charged an estimate fee which was applied to the work, and evaluated my concerns. When he looked at the electrical panel on the house and for my AC units he presented me with options for the work I wanted done (stand alone electric supply for my jacuzzi). In addition he advised me that my electric panel was ideal for a generator hook up and also suggested a surge protector for the panel.
I was emailed a quote for the work and compared the estimate to another electrician and found the price to be fair. I gave the go ahead to order the parts and set up a date for installation. I had to move the installation date back by a day which was not a problem for the company to accommodate.

The electricians showed up on time and did a professional installation. I was advised of a couple issues and options (not an upsell but a legitimate problem with my existing equipment that I was unaware of since I just purchased the house).

I was on the fence about the generator hook up but after talking to my neighbors about the rolling power outage from the 2021 freeze I opted for it to ensure my family would have power no matter what.

I was shone how to work the newly installed components and satisfied with the work and cost.

I highly recommend Bolt Electric and am arranging them to work on my rental house.

I loved that he told me how to order it myself to save some money when he could have just as easily not told me, ordered it himself, and raised the price for the part. (honest and ethical! )
He also did not want me to pay in full until after the job was complete and I was satisfied. Not too many people or companies would leave money behind until the customer is happy; and even fewer TRULY care about making sure the client is completely satisfied. The part arrived the next day and so did Joe. Turns out there was a hose that was too short on the new part but he took care of that at no extra cost..
The job was done quick, professionally, and and at a very reasonable price.

Yet Mike and Andrew had the builder's grade vanity light out, repaired the drywall, PAINTED the area behind the light and had the new one installed in literally minutes. I threw two more lights at them that I hadn't scheduled and they installed them without a complaint. Fast, on time, fair prices – when they left I called the company to tell them how pleased I was and I will certainly call them again!

It was a bit of an emergency with this Texas heat as our electrical was the problem with the AC. Val sent a tech who saw a problem that the previous electrician had done. They did a temporary fix while we got the part we needed for a proper long term solution. They were quick, very informative, reasonably priced, and have a great billing system. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Bell Electric! Great group!

Melissa Duran rated it 5/5: Need something repaired at your house? Need a total renovation? Freddy is your man! He and his crew are fast, fair, and phenomenal! I hired Freddy to completely renovate our rental property that had been destroyed by tenants. There were holes punched in just about every wall and door in the house. The floors were ruined, doors were broken, there was water damage, paint or tar on the exterior brick and windows, and it was a filthy mess. Freddy assessed the damage, and worked with us to determine what we needed to replace, and what we could repair/salvage in order to stay within our budget. He and his team installed new flooring throughout the house, replaced and installed interior and exterior doors, painted the interior, as well as the garage, repaired broken locks on the back sliding glass door, and the exterior garage door, installed new faucets and shower heads, installed lights, installed bathroom mirrors and towel racks, and repaired drywall all throughout the house and garage. We were a bit over our budget and had to decide whether to replace the tubs and surrounds – they were filthy and had a few cracks. He was able to salvage the existing tubs and surrounds – they sparkled like they were almost new! He and his crew cleaned up as they went, and Freddy even trimmed the hedges, which gave the "wow" factor to the front entrance of the house. Freddy's passion for making homes beautiful really shows in his work. He's extremely detailed and he truly cares. I trust him with the smallest of home repairs or a total renovation. Freddy is an absolute gem!

I especially appreciated the attention to care around the rest of the house by laying down plastic trail where any of his staff walked through. His color matching to two different walls was exact to the original color. It’s blended in really well and I’m more than satisfied with the end result. Quick responsiveness and got the job done within a few hours. Will be using him for future repairs.

Karin Fiederer rated it 5/5: I purchased my house in 1979. It had the fuse boxes that were probably from the time it was built in 1956. I needed the panel replaced and had 5 quotes for the work. All companies proposed exactly the same work that needed to be done, but the prices varied tremendously. There was one lower quote, but they listed some exclusions. The others were all more than double of what All Star Electric had quoted. Bradley and Robert had checked everything inside and outside. When Adan sent their estimate I had various questions and the Owner, Richard Grohman visited personally and explained everything again. They started and finished their job just like they had promised, all in one day. The inside panel is a different size than the old one. No patching was needed. Nobody could have done a better job than they did. Outside and on the roof everything was accomplished properly, all work was completed at the end of the workday and the work areas were left clean. They even gave me a 10% Senior Discount. I would recommend All Star Electric to everybody and I will definitely hire them to do any electrical work I might need in the future.

The receptionist was professional and courteous. I was able to make a same day appointment. The electrician was running ahead of time, professional, and efficient.
The company honored the Military discount and also took $10.00 off for the review. Plus there is a 2yr warranty on their parts.

I will use their services again in the future.
