Marcos showed up within the appointment window and got right to work. I appreciated that Marcos explained what he was doing and what he was finding during each step of the process. In the end, Marcos summarized his findings, our options, pricing, etc. Though minor leaks were found, none substantiated the water meter readings we were getting from the Water Department. Marcos suggested we reach out to the water company…and here comes the best part, he provided us with his written report, photos and VIDEOS of his findings which included the water meter at a standstill (which appears to contradict a huge leak)! I am hopeful that Marcos' inspection and videos will go a long way in helping us resolve our water bill expenses with the water company. I highly recommend Magic Plumbing for their quick response, thorough inspection and supporting photos and videos.

Yelp, who never got back to me after I sent pictures, and 2 general contractors who said they would call me back once their schedules cleared and it was crickets, thereafter.

My experience with BV Electric is 5 stars from start to finish. The initial appointment to estimate the work couldn't have gone better. Samuel arrived right on time, in fact, he was probably a few minutes early. I am new to home maintenance and repair, so home projects like this are quite daunting.

He walked with me around the house wearing a face mask in observance of COVID safety and holding an iPad, taking care to understand my needs and take reference photos. I wanted to upgrade my electrical panel and move its location upstairs from the garage level, along with adding outlets around the house.

After the appointment, I immediately received the quote for the work. Everything is digital and the work is itemized. I simply approved the quote and I get scheduled in within the week. There is no hassle to play phone tag and wait for a contractor to get back to you.

Day 1 of the work, there were 4 guys on the job who were very friendly and just got right to business. I was so amazed how much progress they made on the first day. I was only without electricity for about 4 hours while the core work happened and by the end of the day everything was back on! Along the way I wanted a few more things done, which was easy to do since I just received a new quote for the additional work and approved it digitally.

In all, it was about 4 days for all the work and the crew of guys just cleaned up and took care of my place as if it was their home. Thank you, Armando, Jaime, and Yonny for leading a great team.

Our electrical box is at the back of the house while the garage is in front which made this a slightly longer installation. They took care to explain what they were doing every step of the way and also made sure to confirm where we wanted the conduit to be run to ensure a clean appearance. After the job was finished, they swept up and cleaned any residual dust and debris. They were mindful of our property as they went in and out of the house, even taking off their shoes when requested. We would highly recommend COIL for an EV charger install.

Took kinda long at the start and once they got to my case (i feel it was 2-3 weeks) everything went smooth, they are quick and efficient, communication was good between me, Coil and the installer, got it all done the day it was supposed to, in spite of the installer's confusion (they came very late). the distance between box and charger were greater so I had to pay extra, but it's not their fault. I'm happy with the install, cables are barely visible, goes nicely in the garage and works well. definitely happy with the end result in spite of all the rest mentioned, i feel they did their best, so we're cool

There's also access now to the bottom shelf light wiring connections for future easy replacement. Art came up with the access idea and Vlad/Michael worked on it. Vlad went out of his way to pick up another set of LED lights when the one I bought did not work out due to voltage issue. This, and replacing the dimmable switches to work with the new fixtures, required extra work which Vlad very patiently did. All this work for quality, very affordable price. They did not take advantage of the issues that came up to charge unreasonable prices. They are honest, transparent with their work and pricing, kind, professional and friendly too.

Many, many thanks to Art and Vlad/Michael for this chance to work with them on this project that has been on the wish list for a long time. I've postponed it thinking we would have to break a wall but they made it a smaller project than I thought. Very trustworthy team.

He charged me almost $1000 to fix something that wasn't even the problem and said he was waiting on a part to fix the main issue. We called and called and never heard from him again. Finally, we called a real repair service, the guy had the part in his truck and he fixed it in an hour and half. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Franks List rated it 1/5: Jesus came as my fridge was broken. My landlord called him to repair my fridge and he failed to repair the fridge. When I pressed him on the details he refused to provide me with any identification or a business card after letting him into my residence. It was super sketch. Definitely do not recommend him and would not let him in my apartment again.

Jesus came to repair a dishwasher, was courteous and punctual, announcing(after my own explanation of the problem) that everything was OK and the dishwasher should now function properly. It did not. The same issue occurred the next day, and after contacting Jesus, we agreed on a date and time the following week when he would come again and attempt to resolve the issues.
He never showed up; never answered my follow-up text messages. Just disappeared. It's unfortunate, because Jesus is a nice man who couldn't admit the he couldn't solve the problem and just dropped off in a cowardly manner. Unprofessional. I do not recommend.

We had a major issue with a tree going through the plumbing and it was awful. AB plumbing with their efficiency and knowledge knew exactly what to do to make the process a little less painful.

]]however they should have checked the shower in the garage as well.After they left that evening we discovered the line was backing up into the garage shower so we called them back..They refused to return u less we paid another $500 they said on e they left the job the case was closed and they did. Not warranty their work. Il Ne er work with them again they did not even offer a discount.
