Not only was he at our home early but he was very professional, gave my animals love and was friendly to them and gave us honest information about our old AC unit and recommended a new unit for the long term rather then spend a ton of money on a chance.

He had a contractor out literally 2hrs later who gave us honest estimates. We had to wait a few days for the installation, but they gave us some portable AC units so we had some relief during those days of waiting.

The installers were out the scheduled day early and got right to work being super friendly and professional the entire time they were here, gave us all the information we needed to have the best experience and actually completed the installation earlier then anticipated.

We've had our new unit for almost a week and its been pure bliss and so much better!

I can't recommend Parker & Sons more! They were a great company to work with and I would definitely have them come back out again!

Rick and Rob were able to guide us on what system would work best for our home. They got our system ordered in a short amount of time. They kept in touch by email to make sure we were informed every step of the way. On the day of install they sent Ruben, Alan, Josue, and Jeremy. They were on time, professional, polite and performed a flawless installation. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we understood how to use our new system. Alan even made sure when the old furnace was removed he made the area look nice and did not leave a gaping hole in my closet floor. We now have a beautiful Bosch system that runs exceptionally well. You cannot even hear when it turns off and on and when it runs is completely silent. I would definitely recommend this company for any home needs.

Two electricians came out and gave me various options. It was in line with previous quotes but they were also able to do the work same day. Did a very nice job even though it took into the evening to add multiple outlets including a hookup for a future electric water heater. Nicely done and everything works without issue! Was nice to get it done so quickly and I appreciate that they gave options for attic drops vs wall cuts, etc

Eric Holm rated it 1/5: I was initially very impressed with this company's quote and attention to my needs. I wanted my entire air duct system replaced.
The initial install date was bumped up when they had an opening. They didn't have the ducts ready by the time they started however, so I only had half my system installed for a few days. When they installed the rest of the ductwork, I had one square hole in my ceiling for the next three weeks, while they figured out how to get a drywall guy down from Phoenix to Tucson. Once that was patched, I was still waiting for the registers and a special ordered air return. When the air return was finally ready the guy didn't have any registers so he left. That was three weeks ago. Now they're telling me (only because I contacted them yesterday) they won't do the registers since they aren't in the contract, and I just found out that the ducts they installed aren't a standard size so I have to order custom registers or pay (another company) to come out and redo the ducts. On top of that, the damper they installed was only half secured to the vents and is louder than a chipmunk sanctuary, and every time it rains there'll be a reflecting pool on top of the intake. I don't know how serious standing water is on sheet metal to be honest so maybe it will be fine.

Almost a full year has gone by and this company has done as little as possible to get by. From December 4th to October 30th to do a standard job. No contact for MONTHS at a time. Then tried to extort me for 2500.00 to do something that was already in the contract. Unsafe conditions left for my family and neighbors for MONTHS. I had a moat everytime it rained, with all my lines exposed. Vandalized our property and unannounced and left for 2 weeks before i had to contact ROC. Ripped out the swamp cooler that they weren't to do. Everything they did was on their time, never our families time. Turned off the power to my house without notice and my daughter was sick at home with wife and now couldn't prepare for food and drinks. For 8 hours. The only way to get anyone in the company to help you is filing ROC complaint. Disgusting and I have proof for ALL this. I have pictures, videos and all messages and correspondence in regards. You know what their resolution to all the issues and problems were…they didnt make a profit on me so the think thats fair. The CUSTOMER who contracted you, whom is absolutely the only reason companies like you exist, was the absolute LAST thought and thats sad. I hope you get shut down. We are nothing but good, kind people and you just take advantage of us. Eat sand.

Our new A/C was Installed today by Chase and Mike. Wow, they worked hard putting in new system. 👏 Couldn't ask for 2 guys any better! They were quite the team, making sure the job was completed, working as it should, then cleaned up everything…. you wouldn't even know they were here!!! This company has great service and awesome employees!!

The staff are friendly, patient, and helpful, and take great pride in their work. I've used them for two HVAC installations and have been extremely satisfied with their work. The first install in 2020, a new inverter system with the solar option, had some delays but the team at Strongbuilt corrected any issues that arose and showed a strong work ethic and job knowledge. The second install in 2022, a mini-split/ductless HVAC system, was flawless. Strongbuilt is also one of the few companies in Tucson that offer the solar option for HVAC systems, which is a great way to save on energy costs in the long run. I highly recommend Strongbuilt for HVAC services and appreciate the budget and peace of mind they provide.

Discovered a leak at the valve connecting main water line to the city's mete on 3/10/22 Called Strongbuilt – Dispatcher was very friendly and professional, but explained that there would be $150 extra charge because they could only get the tech out there after hours. I agreed. The Tech showed up diagnosed the problem right away, but said he could not fix it right away because he did not have a replacement valve, because they do not carry them on their truck. He did have a valve that would allow a hose to bypass the main line to the house. Reluctantly I agreed, because it was around 5pm and did not want to be without water. Cesar Lopez was great, very knowledgeable and profesional. I blame the the company for not sending out a part to him so the job could be completed. Next day I had Bob the Plumber show up to price the job. No people skills, had to hear about his two truck payments and his sick mother and that the bill would be around $1200, I was getting charged twice, once for the by pass, and once for installing the valve. No taking responsobility for lack of a valve. (That somehow became my problem) Oh and the tech could not return till monday) Temporary hose tripping hazard had to remain over the sidewalk till, then got to hear all his problems, lack of techs inflation, no one wants to work etc. Spent the better part of 3 hrs. To make a long story short. Cesar Lopez came back Monday, but because of other problems, had to extend original trench, (The orginal tunnel under sidewalk had collapsed, over the long weekend, and he had to rebore the tunnel.) Cesar did a Great job – he fixed the problem perfectly however my bill was now $1789.15. And all this because Cesar was not provided a replacement valve on his first go around. In my prior life I worked as a Mangement consultant and Business Analyst. Going into a company I looked at what was the problem people or system. In this case it was the system. Waste of time sending out the quoter Bob, should pass that down to tech. Also some companies I worked with either had all the parts on the truck, or would have a "runner" who could get them out to the job so that ther would not have to be a "be back". Again definitely would give Cesar Lopez five stars. But the company would only get one. Company did express regret – but no offer – am still out $1789 FOR A $600 JOB.

I have a leaking duct under my mobile home.
Yesterday, Brandon Hicks and another tech answered my service call. Brandon literally took five minutes to place his tablet/camera under my home and take 2 pictures (or videos), and then proceeded to make up 2 estimates for the next ten minutes. The other tech just basically stood there and watched.
I paid for my service call, and they started to leave, and I had to remind them to please replace the access grate under my home.
After a couple of hours, I called the office to get a copy of the pictures/video and the estimates.
What I actually received was a copy of my bill and a picture of the front gate of my park. Like that is going to do me any good.

Unfortunately I assumed the $100 surcharge was standard practice. Temperature Control informed me after the work was done that my surcharge was $315 for 75 minutes on a Sunday. My total was almost $700 but he did a good job cleaning the coils!

When the burners stopped working, other service providers refused to even look at the range because of its age, but the folks at ATS were up for the challenge. They took time to talk with me, research the range, and check out old service manuals before even sending someone to the house. When Bob came over to check it out, he quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. We saved so much money by not having to replace the range, and are grateful to ATS for helping us out!

Bobby the owner made a special trip today, one week before my actual appointment to help me get the door open so I could get my clothes out. I especially appreciated that he was willing to wear a mask in my house and that he also recognized that I don’t wear shoes in the house and was willing to make that accommodation for me also by taking his shoes off before coming in. He was friendly, professional and very respectful. I spoke with Griselda and Shawn on the phones and they both were exceptionally kind, helpful and understanding. My washer door is open and even though I haven’t had my actual appointment to have my washer repaired I am already incredibly impressed with Authorized Technical Services! I highly recommend them!

The technician tried to talk me out of Sunday service, but came out and did an amazing and professional job. He recommended I replace my entire electrical panel. His bid was the best of the four that I received, however his excellent notatated photographs helped me convince the Solar Company to replace the panel at their cost.

He provided a few options and the final outcome was awesome. Especially after our yard was in total chaos for 14 months prior. We also use Michael for outdoor fan installation & 1 extra light. Michael is very professional & courteous!!! He is beyond punctual & confirms the day before!!!! I even recommended Michael to my co-workers.

My new oven came in and the outlet wasn’t working with the new oven so Mike came and added a ground which was needed for this new appliance and also gave me a stainless steel cover for the outlet. I asked him about a light switch I was worried about and he swapped that out too. I really liked Mike because he didn’t make me as a 24 year old female feel like an idiot. He took the time to explain everything and even went so far as to grab an old outlet to show me easily what was wrong with the other one. 10/10 would recommend him and will be using him again in the future. Found my issue with my power window switch super quick. Explained exactly what they did to fix the problem. They programmed the new switch and had my SUV ready to go within a couple of hours. Was completely worth the money spent. Even went out of their way to change the windshield wiper blades I had purchased from a department store!!!
Will definitely go back there next time I have electrical issues with my vehicle.

He is a genuine first rate master automotive technician, with a specialty in vehicle electronics. His workmanship is never anything less than top notch. Jim does absolutely fantastic custom work, as well as very diligently executed standard maintenance. To top it off, he is an honest, straight shooting, standup guy.

I was even told by other "auto electric" shops that I should take my car to Certified, which I did. The absolute only bad thing I can possibly say about Certified Auto is that they are SO BUSY (with good reason) that you may be looking at 6-8 weeks to get an open appointment. I suggest just dropping your car off (if possible), and wait for their call. That's what I did.
Steeldaddy 41 rated it 1/5: Worked with them 10 years ago and they were great, this time, not good at all, dropped my car off in February to install some gauges and correct some electrical problems, I knew the were busy so I tried not to bother them much, dropped by in may to check any progress, had not been touched, was assured, he’s almost done with the one he’s working on and yours is next, dropped back in first week in August, not touched and the had a car in the bay that they probably just took in off the street and had it hooked up for diagnostics, decided they really didn’t want to do the gauges so I told them to wrap up and throw the new alternator in and be done with it, 3 days later it was ready, a $400 job plus $800 for diagnosing problem that weren’t fixed, will never use them again and would certainly not recommend them

We got a few quotes from other electricians but we were not confident enough in their capabilities to hire them. They simply did not have the level of know-how that Arizona Electrical Solutions had. Arizona Electrical Solutions was straight-forward, accurate with their analysis and pricing. Our company could not have been happier with our overall experience with them.

When we called for an appointment, they scheduled for the very next day. They even texted a photo of our technician letting us know he was on his way.
Justin did a very thorough job, he was patient and instructive when we had questions.
We had a faulty breaker in the electrical panel that was arcing. He replaced it, as well he checked the other breakers to insure that we didn't have any additional problems.
He also took care of several other electrical issues that we requested and we were very pleased with the results!

Their estimate was better than most we got and the few that were less were not using the same quality of products. Cesar and his son Junior were our technicians and were both professional and easy to work with. During our install a water pipe was hit in the foundation at no fault of the technicians. Cesar and Will took care of the problem with no issues. The repairs were done correctly and same day. All the work completed looks good and professional. I would definitely recommend Arizona Electrical Solutions to friends and family. Our overall experience with this company was 5 stars.
