They fixed my washing machine in 30 min. An the mechanic showed up with tools very professional an the part he fixed was only 100$ for a coupler motor an transmission was good he said the last mechanic from reddi industries didn’t know what he was doing or he was lying

Called Reddi early in the morning and received a very quick call back from dispatch to set up a same day appointment time that I felt was extremely reasonable on what is probably a very busy day for them. Cole, the service tech called in a timely manner to inform on the way. Arrive well within the arrange time slot. Job done professionally and being the second time I have used this company this year. Joseph Skidmore rated it 5/5: Jesse was excellent. Once dispatched, he called to say when he would be available the same day. He arrived exactly on time which is rare. He was very professional and got to work immediately. In very little time, he pulled a slug of roots out of the line about 2 feet long. Then he made sure that all of the bathrooms were working and not backing up. After he left we discovered that the kitchen line was still plugged. Jesse came back as soon as possible and cleared the blockage.

When the bill was so high, I had to ask him to explain the bill and the man said I could look at my email receipt AFTER paying. When going to look myself to see what they had worked on (because they had not shown me), I noticed all the wires and filter left behind on the floor.
Suzie called the next day to follow-up, which I was glad about, I let her know I felt rushed into paying this large amount with no explanation of what broke/what was fixed. It was a few minutes later she called back to say she was able to refund the service fee and give the feedback to the guys that did the job.
Richard Burke rated it 1/5: This year I tried to use reddi industries to shut down my sprinkler system as I do every year. It took them three weeks and three dispatchers to schedule it. First two didn't know how many weeks away till they could do the service. The third scheduled two hour window and technician didn't show up or call.
When I called them no one could give me an answer on when he would show up and then tried to say my window was four hours instead of two. It took him another 30 minutes to find out if technician was even available. By that time I managed to find a company cheaper and valued customers time with an appointment.

Reddi industries also is price gouging this service. Sprinkler shut off in 2021 was $85 dollars. Sprinkler shut off in 2022 is $125. A service that takes nearly no materials and takes under 30 minutes increased by over 30%

I would not recommend them to anyone. Overall this year they got more expensive, providing less service, don't value the customers time.

I chose to seek other companies that are credible and provide better value and actually put an interest in the customers time.

I was very impressed with the care they took to tear up as little as possible of our front yard. Afterwards they put our grass back in place and packed it down!

The crew knew exactly what they were doing and got us fixed with minimal damage to our yard.

They treated the project professionally and with consideration. They put extra effort into leaving the yard better than they found it and went the additional mile of cleaning up the street.
Matt walked me through the process of the plumbing in the interior of the house making sure to pay attention to detail and respecting my wishes. The upgrade to the plumbing will make for much easier access.

They were prompt in sending Larry out to provide me with a proposal, and I very much enjoyed interacting with him. He quickly answered any questions I had and provided me with good options and advice. There was about a 2 week wait to secure the coil needed for the install after the first one came damaged. The wait was not their fault, but I didn’t get as many updates as I had hoped throughout that time. However, Dakota arrived on time the day of the install and worked quickly and efficiently and left behind a quality install. I enjoyed working with him also. A supervisor stopped by at the end of the job to do a final quality check. It was a good experience all around and I’m happy to have A/C back!

If you do not pay this extended warranty, the price for your services increases significantly. Mine was going to increase $300 if I waived the $90 warranty extension.
They do not install fixtures, or troubleshoot fixtures really they just advise to replace them.
1 circuit installation is over $870.

The appointment process was easy, the receptionist was polite. The technicians arrived on time (early, in fact) in a clearly marked van with matching uniforms.
Overall, I felt the work was completed timely and professionally, but I still feel sick over the price. The negotiation felt uneasy and pressured, which I was not prepared for based on the ease of the appointment call.

As we were setting the appointment the manager asked to speak with me. He had me look under my kitchen sink for a light switch that turns the power on and off to the dishwasher. As you guessed it had gotten bumped and was in the off position. Thank you Rick's Appliance for helping me to troubleshoot the problem over the phone!!!! The repair was done and Benjamin Flores took the time to explain how my new furnace operates! I so appreciated that!!! I will be using them for all Plumbing , Heating, Air Conditioning and electrical services!

They are great about setting up appointments and the check ups are thorough. Then came back on Monday with Ivan and Logan to replace the system. They kept me informed on their progress and got AC and furnace changed out by early afternoon. Very well done.

Kelley and Dawson came out and it only cost us about $200. It was a small, easy fix. A new unit was not needed. Today I called in the morning. They came out this afternoon. I had a clogged drain line. It was fixed in about half an hour. I will definitely be using them for all my heating and cooling issues going forward. Great company!

Vaughn V rated it 5/5: Contacted a half-dozen companies when my A/C began freezing up in late spring, all but Rods Cooling put my installation weeks into the future, but Rods managed to fit me in in a very timely manner.
My Goodman system was state of the art, but the service technician had access to Goodman's system installation department, conducted himself professionally with their techs, and worked out technical concerns in a timely manner.

My system has been installed for > 6 weeks now without issue, and though I paid a little more for the 20 SEER system, I couldn't be happier with the performance, efficiency, and how quickly my house cools.

In total there were 4 primary workers who all worked well as a team, the system took about 12 hours to install, but they removed the old and installed the new and cleaned up any mess as they went.

He was quick, efficient and had my unit back to cooling in no time. I'd be more than happy to give them my business with anything cooling and heating related.

They figure a way to make it fit (genius).. Air conditioner performed very well, electric bills running more than 20% lower than last year at the same time.
