This Morning, Andrew And Daniel Showed Up Right At 830am And Got To Work. Jesus Was Our Electrician And They All Did A Phenomenal Job!! I'm Sad I Couldn't Mention The Other Helpers By Name, But I Think They All Deserve Some Recognition As Well! cc l rated it 4/5: This is a two-part review – The work requested was to raise the surface venting higher to prevent snow from getting blown in the utility closet (HVAC and water heater) and fix the leak in the HVAC exhaust that was inaccessible because of the cramped initial Wagner installation. The vents were fixed and the HVAC exhaust leak fixed and the unit lowered for proper access. Wagner gets 4 stars because:
(1) Wagner Technicians (all) ***** 5 stars – Mike Vargas, Isaac Carbajal, and all the Wagner technicians that recently (April 2022) that worked on the HVAC to fix the Wagner installed unit (2018) were professional, conscientious, and technically proficient. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. The service desk and office staff were very courteous and tried to be helpful.
(2) Wagner Department Managers ** 2 stars – Coordinating the work with the various Wagner department managers (service and installation?) to coordinate, schedule, and complete the work was difficult. I kept track of each interaction I had with Wagner. It took 23 phone calls and house visits that occurred over one month to get the work done! Highlight was calling to confirm the final repair appointment (it was a multistep fix) and finding out the appointment had been cancelled. I had not been informed of the cancellation and the service desk had to help me reschedule the original appointment.

The work is finally completed, and the installation appears correct (time will tell) but it should not be this hard to get the work done.

I am contemplating installing a new tankless water system, replacing the 50gallon water heater, to allow installation of a water softener in a cramped utility closet. It is not a plug and play installation (how do you route the water softener waste line?). At this point I do not have confidence in Wagner management to complete this multistep installation.

I was left with backed up kitchen sink, which I couldnt use and a sewer line that apparently could not be cleared and now needs to be replaced.On top of that, one of the workers would not wear a mask inside my home, even though I asked them too. The company did reach out directly to me and apologize, promise to do better and refund the cost. Hope they keep their word and improve service in the community.

My AC went out, and when Chance from TLC came, he quickly found the problem and replaced the defective part. Chance was courteous and knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout, and cleaned up after he completed his work.

In the end the bids were fair and very much in line with other companies in the area. I will say what finally sold me was the pay upon completion, no money up front, and the long warranty offered on the work and equipment. He coordinated an excellent crew and worked with my timeline.
Carlos and Jose headed a very capable, friendly group of professionals. They were friendly , respectful and I knew immediately I could trust them to do a great job and keep my best interests at heart.

Sam came on the date promised, and did a wonderful job of installing a nice screen door. He was professional and a delight to work with, just like all other TLC employees we’ve experienced. Alberto and Jose were able to professionally troubleshoot and identify why my outlet was not working. They showed me what happened and properly explained what they did to get the electricity back up and running. I appreciate the professional job and prompt service. I am very satisfied with my service and would recommend. As you can see in the photos one outlet tripped and one was melted. Thankfully nothing worse happened and Alberto and Jose saved the day!

I went with them because of the 1.5k plus reviews and almost 5 stars. It's very hard to get people to review and when you see that many reviews over the competition it means people were so pleased with the service that they left a review. I see why. I will definitely be using them in the future.. especially for preventive maintenance.. also one of the few companies that actually answered the phone👌🏼

They did a wonderful job getting my boiler up and running. They were very neat with the work they did. Everything was picked up and back to its original state when they left. We've had this horrible company for 4 years now and they have been out to "repair" our equipment over 20 times NOT exaggerating. We've met over 10 employees including Managers, who knows how many Techs, Vice Presidents, and MULTIPLE phone staff. They tried replacing the unit and the same issues continue due to either poor training or complete carelessness and laziness. After all the attempts of trying to fix the issue our paneling in completely cracked from them taking it on and off…. If that's how you leave a job that tells enough about your work. After all the attempts of them TRYING to fix it, now they say I'm not authorized to call and get someone out here after calling over 20 times in the past and am clearly on the account. We have yet to recommend them to anyone and we absolutely will not! I will also be sure to let everyone who asks, the experience we've had with this horrible "big" name of a company. Also one to NEVER leave reviews but this is completely unacceptable and no one should have to deal with this! Do research and go somewhere else where they are trained correctly to do the job right! This will stay here till they resolve their continuous issue.

He listened to my request for varied estimates and then offered to email them to me. I was given the option of purchasing my or hardware or not – and that I appreciated.

After shopping around a bit, I ordered the parts and picked them up the following day. Then I called to schedule the repair work. The tech was going out of town, but he put me as a #1 priority and came out the same day. I could not have waited! He was so patient, even when the shut off water leaked and caused him headaches (the city did the water shutoff). In the end, I was completely awed by the technician's standard of work, his willingness to entertain my input, and best of all that he stayed until the job was done.

I will always call upon Signature in the future and will recommend them to others.

He did a fantastic job of installing a new water heater for me, and he was working alone. He is a very conscientious, kind, and caring employee. When I called for service because I didn’t have heat, Derick was at my house in one hour six days later German and Henry were installing a new furnace! There was no pressure to purchase new furnace at all. They were ready to repair and gave me a rate. Since the old furnace was 20 years old, my children encouraged me replace it. I needed to get quote on swamp cooler, Nick came to my house in an hour. Wrote an itemized list of what needed to bring cooler into code and replacement costs. All four of these gentlemen were professional, timely and took time to explain costs, equipment and warranties. If I was a business owner, I would be proud to have them be a represent my Company!

From the first time I called to make an appointment, to service call, to follow-up each member of the staff was upbeat, polite, and easy to work with. My service tech, Paul called to say he was on his way and arrived promptly within time of appointment given. He spent time listening to my concerns, explained all he was going to do and went straight to work checking both of my AC units. After evaluation of units and doing a general maintenance of units, he showed me the part that needed to be replace, discussed why and gave me a quote up front. All repairs were performed quickly and on the spot and this was very convenient not to have to schedule second appointment. Also want to compliment Paul for being so polite and taking the time to answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend this company and personally ask for Paul for my next AC tune up.

Carlson put me on a priority list & called me faithfully with an update. While someone else got to me first I was extremely impressed with B. Carlson's response & follow up. MCS leadership stepped up and shared the cost of the roof repair and drywall repair in the garage. MCS went above and beyond in demonstrating great customer service. Jennifer Jones rated it 1/5: I had a wall furnace installed in 2017. The initial crew caused so much damage to the roof that now every time it rains, it literally leaks into the heater and the constructed base that is holding up the heater. Literal saturation in the heater and the base.
After my calls were continually ignored, I had file a complaint with the BBB in order to get them to come back out. The supervisor continued to dismiss the issue of the damage to the roof, had a service come out to seal around the piping; however, according to a roofer, the guy still did not seal it properly as in moving the asphalt back to tar around the pipe. Rather, it was lousy and rushed so now it continues to leak. Not mention how rude the guy was in talking to me like I was just a nagging customer.
I’m inclined to hire a lawyer to file a claim against their insurance for their neglect. The heater should be of service for 15 years and I will have to replace it AND repair the damage they have caused in less then that time.

I hired them to install a new furnace and AC unit to replace the older furnace and swamp cooler. After install we turned on the system to find it was extremely loud. It sounded like a jet engine firing up! They came back and said that the return duct was smaller than they thought and this system wouldn't work and we now have to reduct the entire house for a much higher price. I said no thats not what i agreed to and they gave me my money back and pulled the faulty system from my house leaving me with no heat in the middle of December. They even cut the original thermostat and electrical wires and pushed them back into the wall so i had to run entirely new cables and electrical. Only reason to cut those cables was to make it more difficult for the next company to install. Later I found out the gas line that was installed wasn't even up to code! I hired another company, Signature heating, they came in and fixed all the wiring, plumbing and ducting that MCS damaged and put in a proper sized quiet furnace with no problem. DON'T HIRE MCS!

Just like the first time when Brad and Jake did the gas lines for me, Kyle and David were a great team. She communicated constantly via phone and text and kept me abreast of everything. The guys who came out worked for 3 days straight 8am to 5pm and got a 5 day project done in 3. Service tech came out, made some adjustments, got it working and recommended I replace the induction motor and vacuum switch. The next morning, I discovered it stopped working again. Called Daniel’s back and they were able to fit in a consultation within a few hours. Robbie came out, assessed the situation, answered all of my questions and did not try to oversell me. The estimate was fair and Robbie was able to arrange installation within a few hours.
Jacob and Josh showed up to install my new furnace – they were courteous and professional and were able to quickly and efficiently troubleshoot a couple of installation issues. Added bonus: they have a great working relationship and provided me some much needed laughs. Of course waking up in a warm house this morning was hugely appreciated.

They installed mini-splits throughout my whole house, a new boiler and whole house water filtration system. They were so efficient in completing projects in a timely fashion and they were able to move my start date up for installation of my mini-splits. They were able to get my project started after only 2 weeks of contacting them…which was so helpful as the previous company I had talked to had me waiting for about 2 months and still had not started. Other companies were scheduled a week out or longer. Gerald was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. Parts were replaced but the AC stopped working a second time. They were quick to come back out, and ultimately it all ended up being a difficult repair on a barely 2 year old AC unit. Gerald made sure that my AC was working properly after all of the issues we experienced, including advocating for our warranty to be honored. They are extremely fair on their rates and I am very grateful to have a working AC. Give them a call first before ANYONE ELSE!

My 38-year-old furnace failed, as they are prone to do, just as the weather turned cold! I called MGP and they sent out a technician that same day. I figured that it would be next to impossible to find parts, which was the case. The technician reported the situation back to the office and I promptly received an estimate for a new furnace by E-mail. (If I hadn't called for repair service, their estimator would have come out first.) I accepted the estimate, which was a lot lower than I expected, and included a senior citizen discount. They scheduled a day-and-a-half for the replacement but were done in less than a day. The reception and billing folks were very friendly and professional.
The team of two technicians arrived first thing as scheduled and were cheerful and very polite. They disconnected and uncoupled the poor old unit and removed it. They also hauled it off when they were done. The estimator stopped by a few times during the process and made sure that the techs had everything that they needed. As part of the installation, they brought everything up to code, (electricity and gas), insulated everything and installed a new flue. The installation looks like something out of a brochure. Lastly, they installed a brand-new thermostat and cleaned everything up. MGP even did the online warranty activation for me.
The new furnace is super-efficient and heats the house quietly. I enthusiastically recommend MGP Mechanical for furnace-related issues and I am confident that they will be just as awesome for all plumbing heating and cooling needs. They are my "Go-To" from now on. (And, even though the above sounds like I work for MGP Mechanical or am in any way connected to them, I do not and am not.) I am just a very satisfied and happy customer.

They ran diagnostics on our old furnace and broken thermostat. They went under the house into our small crawl space and checked the duct work. They did a small, complementary repair while under the house as part of the diagnostics. They let me know what needed to be done and offered a number of different ways to solve the problems with our system and the cost of each option. They let me know that our 20+ year old furnace and system was still running OK and different ways to best take care of it. I even called after they left with a follow up question which they answered quickly. When our old furnace does need to be replaced, I will definitely choose Anderson to install the new system.
Peter Karl rated it 5/5: Four years ago Anderson Air Corp replaced our old sub-floor gas furnace and floor ducting with new furnace and ducting and added a cooling system to replace our evaporative cooler. We got the Carrier Infinity System air conditioner and gas furnace with modern Carrier Infinity Controller with wifi access capability. We bought the 10-year extended warranty agreement.
They also installed a two-unit mini-split heating/cooling for two of our separate rooms.

They helped us find a good electrical contractor to do the necessary upgrade to our electrical power panel and service.

The installers were professional and experienced and our twice-a-year warranty contract checkups and maintenance visits have been on-time and thorough.

We highly recommend Anderson Air Corp for any of your HVAC needs.

The technicians were polite, caring and cleaned up everything after job was finished. I could not be more happy with their efficiency from start to finish.

They scheduled to send a technician on January 5. When the technician arrived he checked the thermostat first and then the unit in the backyard and said both were functioning well. While shutting off power to the unit the technician broke the on/off switch of the electric box. He said “I’m sorry I broke the switch, but it was an accident.” He brought another shut off box from his van and said a new box is $400 and you also have to pay an installation fee. I told him I will not pay because you broke the switch. I picked up the phone and called my son and told him my son is on his way. He immediately went to his van and drove away. I called his office to complain and they said we will send you Dave, our manager. Dave came the next day and brought a replacement electric box. He told me he will replace the box if I agree to pay $150 because his employee had vacuumed inside my furnace. I will attach the photo of the small space he vacuumed for which he wanted $150. I refused to pay. He took the box and left me a 76 year old woman in a freezing house without heating. My son found a replacement box from Home Depot for $16 and installed it and my heater started working. I have never experienced such a group of dishonest liars and thieves like Anderson Air Corps, doing business in the United States.
