Only thing I’d say is when I set up the appointment Ace was not clear that they were sending two people out and charging me $110 an hour for each person. If I would have known that I would have requested one person. I also paid for 11 hours of labor (2 guys) and my entire projects were not able to be completed within that time. I also ended up paying $220 (2 labor hours, 1 for each guy) to run to the store and grab a few materials (which one guy could have gone by themselves and other could have stayed and started the work). If I would have known I would have asked one to stay and start working on the projects. Quality of work is good but expect to overpay. Only reason I am giving a 3 star is because Ace was not upfront in communicating that they would send 2 people and charge $220 an hour for both as well as charging me two labor hours just for a store run when one could have gone and one could have stayed. I’m sure my list of projects would have been completed if one would have stayed instead of both going to grab materials.

They sent Skip out to address the issue and he did a FANTASTIC job!!! He diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it, and was extremely professional the entire time. Also, the repair was very reasonably priced.

I’m just going to say it wasn’t for me.They did call me back after I left a 3 star review and offered to have a manager come out for the second time. I respectfully declined and said I would like to cancel my service. They were not pushy and even refunded my last payment.
After they refunded my last payment, they asked if I would edit my review to state that they refunded my last payment because their reputation was very important.

We have used Handyman on small jobs before and always the work has been excellent.This was no small job.Entire shower floor and walls and pony wall had to be torn out and it was worse than we thought. poor job five years ago left us with mold rotting wood broken tiles even more i won’t take time to go into it all but. it was a disaster. We had Dean cone out and he sent Luis to help us. in my best dreams i couldn’t have envisioned how fortunate we were Dean had Luis to do this work. Luis was everything to fixing this mess correctly. He used the CORRECT materials, treated wood, installed new shower pan properly, measured, leveled it all and took great care it was done right. he also had to remove our glass shower walls and having prepared shower for correct drain slope, pony wall etc was able to reuse those doors measuring carefully and doing proper adjusting. We now have the shower we thought we were getting five years ago, and with Luis’ work and ethics and precision and detailed work there is no doubt this shower is the best ever and we have no worries this shower will ever give us problems again. Luis has the knowledge and even more importantly the care to do the job right, so very trustworthy -you can have people who will try to do right but still do half jobs. that is not how Luis works, Everything LUIS did was done to ethical standards and skill. When we used Dean before we didn’t hesitate to ask him for help with this major problem. Dean runs a ethical business with reasonable costs for all of it. We have a few more things we want to get done and have no hesitation in calling Handyman again to do the work. If you are looking for someone to do great work and do it ethically and at reasonable costs, call Handyman Pros. we feel very thankful and blessed there is this Handyman Pros that we can call and know it will be done right. Thank you Dean and Luis for your care of our home.

They were very responsive, followed up with me on what day and time they could come to my house which was actually very fast (about 24 hours later). They asked if I had an emergency, I did not and said they can have me as a regular appointment.They called when they were on the way and showed up exactly when they said they would. They did the repair and install I needed, and gave me some advice on other things. No trying to oversell anything at all like many companies do, just giving me little tips on things which was great. I see that Circle-E provides a variety of services besides the one I needed. They do A/C, Furnace, Plumbing, Electric, Drywall, Painting, and much more. I will be using Circle-E for any of these services that I need in the future.

We haven’t got work done for our bathrooms in 20+ years and he was so observant of our situation and quick to fix even unrelated problematic areas in our house as well. He is friendly and kind to our kids which makes me so comfortable while having him in our home. He fixed everything by himself within a time span of 3 days without any hassle nor unnecessary noise. My family and I appreciate his work and hospitality so much. I finally have a bathroom I love!

We then had them install new flooring for us and the new floors look great. Would recommend them for both handyman type work and for larger remodeling items you’d usually search for a contractor do to.
