They were at my house for over 9 hours waiting for parts etc. I told them NOT to toss my brand new baseboards they had removed as I needed them for another part of my house and despite reminders they threw them out anyways. I called and complained about several issues and the manager called me back and said they would replace the baseboards and he came out and looked at my complaints and said they would fix them and buy me my baseboards they tossed. I gave them all the info and price and never heard from them again. I called the manager twice and they never got back to me.

The company reached out and let me know they had thought this had been taken care of and apologized. They refunded me the amount for my baseboards they tossed and brought over the additional shelves.

Parker helped us convert them by refacing the original boxes and replaced all the doors and drawers to match. A breathtaking transformation. I would highly recommend Parker and Kitchen Tuneup.
