I was just trying to get my moms tub faucet pipe repaired so she could shower. My mom actually saw this business as we drove by and i looked them up when i got home. The excellent reviews are definitely on par with my experience. They sent Mark, a senior craftsman over to see it and he sent me over a proposal the next morning. Just how Mark interacted with me i could easily see he knew what he was doing. He fixed it perfectly and I was even charged less than the original bid was. How often do you see that anymore? Also their hourly is very reasonable and easily earned. Mark even moved his sched around a bit to accommodate us and get it fixed asap since it was my moms only shower and he knew what a hard time we had trying to get it fixed before them. Anyway, use this company. They are awesome.

Kyle came out and quickly made the proper adjustments, repairing my front door. He even stopped by to make a final adjustment to ensure it was working properly. It works great now! On short notice they were able to schedule me, and charged an extremely reasonable rate compared to multiple other companies that quoted me. I purchased a 4plex and duplex both built in 1920. Going into the inspection I was aware there would be a significant amount of deferred maintenance, however Kenny caught things only an experienced inspector would know to look for. Kenny is more than an inspector, he is also a local investor with significant skills in all property renovations. He was able to accurately estimate price points and length of time to restore all 6 units. I could not be more thankful to have worked with him. It came to no surprise why I was referred to him by two other investors. I happily recommend him and his team to anyone else looking for peace of mind. 360 Home Services is outstanding in what they do. I genuinely appreciate everything, and look forward to working with them again.

John Garner rated it 5/5: Amazing work at an amazing price! We had our house remodeled completly by this company a year ago. We had 360 put in new tile flooring, new sound proof walls which we love! New textured walls and paint throughout, new bathrooms and complete new kitchen with a much bigger space. Our daughter uses 360 for her rental turns and handyman jobs for her rentals at a management company she works at. This company is truly one in a million. I would be more than willing to personally reccomend this company to anyone!!
Chimies ATC rated it 5/5: I had them do a bathroom remodel for me by tearing up the old carpet and replacing it with tile. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process on top of being fair priced.. What was more impressive is after removal of the old carpet they brought to my attention of some areas of water damage and mold to the sub floor and replaced the damage floor and tended to the mold and no extra cost to me due to me being on a tight budget and having no wiggle room for extra unexpected cost. They told me to not worry about the extra money that the health and safety to their customers is more important than a few dollars.. That level of courtesy and professionalism is hard to find now adays. I recommend this company to all my friends and family and will also use them in the future..

They worked patiently, carefully and meticulously, and were friendly and professional. Everything was done beautifully. They were also very reasonably priced; in fact, as I told Samuel, I would have been happy to pay more. I’m already building a list for their next visit!
