They responded promptly to the request for a bid and were able to schedule the work in less than two weeks. They responded to questions promptly. Their employee called the night before the work to confirm arrangements and showed up exactly when he said he would. He performed the work quickly and professionally and left the space in spotless condition. The price was a little higher than I originally expected, but the final charge was the same as the estimate and I am completely satisfied and would absolutely choose them again.

The service tech on the phone was extremely prompt and got back to me and answered all my questions. The most notable thing was the fair pricing. After having had two other bids which were astronomical, this bid was almost too good to be true. The timing was extremely efficient, and the repair team was there within a week and performed the job on the spot. Will Schneider and Alec Radcliffe were our repair team. I can’t say enough good things about these two guys. They were respectful, professional, on time, and meticulous. Beyond that, they were also very kind and not the typical repairman that come to your house. They completed the job as requested, and explained everything we needed to know. I have already referred them to multiple friends and will use them again in the future. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

BIG negative was that the cost of staining our fence ended up being several hundred dollars more than the original estimate, which we didn’t learn until our technician was wrapping up for the day (and the only change in the scope of the work was that they still haven’t been able to finish due to weather – and to come back and finish it will be even more – at least a 50% increase over what we were first quoted by the end of this). This is disappointing as I was excited to find this company.

He was on time, professional took great care in getting in right and meeting my expectations. The job consisted of 1 1/2 hours and he thoroughly cleaned up after making sure to lay down a tarp before starting the job. I requested he wear a mask and he responded positively. He was awesome and did a fabulous job. I asked if he would replace the refrigerator water filter a simple task, all of 10 seconds, but it was so tight I couldn’t loosen, he kindly completed with a smile. I wish I could give him 10 stars! I highly recommend Mr. Handyman, you will be pleased.

I asked some questions and decided to use them. Upon calling and speaking to Tanna, who was so nice and able to answer all my questions, we set up an appointment and I requested Charley. Charley arrived the day of service and completed the work quickly and neatly. So nice and patient with my questions, and came in under the rough estimate. A wonderful experience all the way around.

So we decided to buy a new dishwasher. I called Dillon for the install because when he was here for the original repair, he was very intuitive and honest. New dishwasher went in no problem and quickly. Great customer service and excellent work. Dillon is very thorough and clean with his installs and repairs. I normally don’t hire someone to do things I can do, but this time I am more than happy to have had Dillon do the install. I highly recommend you hire him for any service/repair/install. My wife and I are extremely happy with his work!

But their employees to help with us checking over the washer and dryer to make sure it wasn’t damaged in shipping wasn’t very cooperative in helping open the boxes where we could see our appliances and didn’t have very good attitudes at all. We were told by our salesperson to check over our appliances to make sure nothing was damaged before accepting it. Cause if we accepted and got it home and found any damage Home Depot wouldn’t cover the damage! So we were just following the salesperson directions and their employees helping to load our appliances treated us like we were being jerks for asking to check out the appliances before accepting them and putting them in my truck. Home Depot needs to have a talk with their employees on what their policies are and what the responsibilities of their loaders are, if they want customers to inspect their items that’s been ordered all boxed up where customers can’t inspect such items without at least partially removing the cardboard box!

After realizing our appointment through the warranty company was set out 10 days I left a voice mail for Bridgetown on a Sunday with no expectation of hearing back until the next day. Within an hour I received a call from Gabe and he was able to fit us in much earlier because he didn’t want us without hot water for so long during the winter. The repair was challenging to say the least and ended up being a full replacement. Throughout the process Gabe was on top of it communicating throughout to get us squared away.
