They showed up within a couple of days for my assessment and installed just a couple more days after that. The system is great so far and hopefully I won’t need a burglary to test out the efficiency, but I’m 100% confident that it will work perfectly.

My father-in-law referred me to Jeremy nearly three years ago — Elite has handled all of my FIL’s A/V needs for many years — and I’m so glad he did. We purchased our television through Elite, and Jeremy did an amazing job hanging it above our fireplace. He also made sense of the built-in A/V system that the previous homeowner left for us. Otherwise, I would have had no idea how to do it! Everything works great, and the quality of the install is above and beyond anything I expected. I’m a big attention to detail guy, so it brings me great pleasure any time I dig around in the media cabinet and I see the wires looking neat and orderly. We were looking for a camera system with remote viewing capability, an in-ceiling music system and an alarm system. We were impressed that the installation went quickly and smoothly. The mess from the installation was cleaned up so well, you would never have know anyone was there. Mz Shell rated it 5/5: Absolutely impressed! Shoutout to Cory. I reached out to Elite A/V to help me with a problem I had regarding the surround speakers and tuner I had. Cory came out and I told him I wanted to be able to hear the sound in both the family room and living room simultaneously, instead of only being able to switch back and forth between the two rooms. He analyzed the system, checked the wiring and then set up everything PERFECTLY! We can now hear everything in both rooms simultaneously. Very professional and courteous. Definitely chose Elite A/V you won’t be disappointed.

He tightened and added additional screws to secure the striker plate. We also noticed the exterior camera was not working. We asked George, he inspected the cameras in the roof, and the camera was back up and running in very little time.George is extremely polite and treats his customers with the utmost respect. He is incredibly kind, genuine, professional and smart. He is always providing educated solutions and looks out for his customer’s best interest. It is always a pleasure working with George!

In the ensuing years, there have been various glitches that have caused me to have them back out. Each time they send me someone who both solves my issues, and explains the problem to me, a woman of a certain age who is not as tech savvy as I might like. I never feel as though they are speaking down to me, or taking financial advantage of me. Two things I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend this company.

Later I moved to a larger office and they installed a burglar alarm and audio visual system allowing me to monitor the office from anywhere 24/7.
Later moved to a larger office and they put a new system in, again allowing me the ability to monitor what was going on 24/7.
Moved to another house and had Hometronics move and upgrade my home entertainment system. Not only where they on time, professional and left everything looking great, Cox did not show up and when I called Cox they told me it would take two days to come out but they were very sorry. The Hometronics people fixed everything including Cox’s problems.
Friendly, fair priced, professional. Best I have every used.

Even though my camera system was installed years ago by a friend of mine, John didn’t hesitate in offering to get it running right when I called out of the blue panicky that my cameras were down, and was willing to spend a lot of time with me to identify the problem and solve it. In my experience, many in this field don’t want to touch systems they haven’t installed. I regret that I did not know him when I had the system installed initially, but will definitely use his company to maintain it and to overhaul my security system. He is very friendly and easy to talk to, and I highly recommend Safe and Secure Alarms for any and all security and surveillance needs!
Chris Cannon rated it 5/5: When I moved into my new house last year, I was met multiple times a day with Alarm company reps from the “big-name” corporations with all of their too good to be true deals. When talking to these reps, they never gave me the information or specifics I wanted to know. Just general salesman speak. I was pretty soured on getting an alarm and really didn’t want one of those “alarm-in-a-box” deals that charge $20 a month.I did the usual internet search for Alarm companies in Las Vegas and found that Safe and Secure had a lot of positive reviews. The key points that were important to me was that the staff was courteous and professional and that they offered quality products and service pricing. I went ahead and scheduled a visit for an estimate and met with John Jr. for pricing. He took his time to explain the company to me along with all the products and services they offered. He showed me examples of the security camera setups at some of their other locations. My home in particular was a new construction with Honeywell components already installed. They were able to interface into the existing system and add security cameras and glass break sensors.
When it came to installation, they were flexible with me regarding the day and time. Since my installation was a rather large one, I had a team of two guys that were both working on the inside and outside of the home. Jaime and Johnny were great to work with. Once installation was done, they walked me through every aspect of the system and answered all my questions. I am 100% satisfied with my setup and system. What’s even better is that you are working with a local family owned company and I always get someone to answer the phone when I call no matter what time of day or night. That kind of support is priceless. I was able to provide feedback to my neighbors and two of them also went with Safe and Secure. I also appreciate the fact that they do reach out to see how I’m doing and if I had any questions. You won’t get that kind of service with any of the “big-name” companies. Keep up the great work Safe and Secure team!

I have a staff of 40+ and many times they set the alarm off. I get called and they check to make sure it’s a false alarm before I get a chance to clear the alarm.
