Only issue was they had a different person come out to install the garage and gave the poor guy a version of the garage sensor thats a million steps to install and wouldn't let the guy leave until he had it set up. He DID get it set up finally and he was friendly and helpful too. Overall we are happy with the service.

He was very knowledgeable and very easy to get along with. I didn’t feel funny at all with him here and he went over everything to where I could understand. He was neat with his work and was really efficient with his time. Peter communicated quickly and as a veteran I felt appreciated and that was something we had in common. He helped us with placement of our cameras and advised us well when it came to products. I would have him back in my home anytime! It’s safe to say that it was the only male technician that has ever come to the house that I felt comfortable with after my husband left. He is very respectful and like I said really knowledgeable about how everything works.

Niccole Abad rated it 1/5: RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! ADT and Safe Haven are an absolute scam. Very misleading with their advertising. They improperly installed our devices. Fire alarm was installed directly out side of bathroom door and continuously went off because the technician installed it in the wrong location. Door sensors constantly malfunctioning and improperly installed. Then we come to find out all of our window sensors are improperly installed so that if someone was to break in and open a window the alarm would never sound. They have had to come back to my home numerous times to fix issues that their technicians have made. It got to the point where my husband contacted the BBB and they weren’t even willing to work with us through the BBB. The equipment is absolute trash and hasn’t functioned properly from day one. We are stuck in a contract with this awful company. Recently when I called because our door locks are now mis functioning they want to charge me at $50 service fee to come out. Which I would have no issue paying if it wasn’t for it being their equipment that has issues continuously due to no fault of our own. I hope I could save someone the headache by writing this review. Please don’t make the same mistake we did. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

The smart lock installed on my door is loose and coming off. It’s been less than three weeks. I’ve called or email every day and gotten no response! DO NOT BUY FROM ALISON BITZER OR BITNER with the Alabama zip code. She will never respond to you again.

They tried to tell me I was getting $5k in monitoring equipment, when the actual price is probably about $500 tops. Once the installer came, he put in a used control unit and 11 door/window sensors after trying to upsell shock sensors that would actually protect my home at $50/per. Avoid this company at all costs. I cancelled immediately and installed my own system.

However, Alert360 was very accommodating and had better prices and equipment. The sales process (with Julie) was smooth and we never felt pushed into making a decision. When the tech came to install the equipment, he was extremely professional and patient in explaining how everything worked and made sure we were happy before he left. Getting our security system set up was the easiest part of our move!

We asked for a finally got a monitoring panel for our bedroom. The additional cost was onlh $5 but it seldom worked. We tried to discount and was told we would still have to pay for it because it was part of the contract. We added it after the contract but ok. The garage camera stopped working once. They fixed it but said if it happened again we would have to pay a fee to have it fixed. Lastly, we moved October 1st and the buyers asked for securing equipment to be left. We assumed they where going to use Alert 360 but they did. So now according to the "contract" if the buyers do not sign up with Alert 360 we have to continue paying for service NO ONE is using until December, 2023 at $50+ a month. Complete rip off. Will let future clients know about that part of the "contract" so they won't get stuck like we are! Not a happy former customer at all.

First the install was great, he explained how the system worked and set up access from our phones. Second, we had a faulty doorbell camera that kept disconnecting to our internet service. Watchmen’s response time was great, they came out tested the doorbell camera and replace the faulty equipment without hesitation. The quality of the video is very clear and the microphone and speaker on the doorbell are clear and precise. We did have an incident where our alarm was set off while we were gone for the day, the response time was great, police were dispatched and on site before we could make it home. I highly recommend Watchmen Security Services to anyone looking for a security company!

I was immediately impressed by the fact the company owner came personally early on a Saturday morning. He did an excellent job of listening to our requirements and concerns and how his security solutions matched up to our requirements. The hardware is excellent and surpassed our expectations. Not only do you get 24/7 monitoring but you also get many automated home features as an added benefit. Watchmen spent over an hour during our initial consultation and we never felt rushed. He demonstrated all the features of the system and showed what would happen if there was a home intrusion. We also were instructed on all of the mobile features and how we can monitor and control all features from our mobile phones. The best part? If my teenage son decides to sneak out one night I will get an email notification before he even makes it off the property. It may sound cliche but I will sleep better with Watchmen Security Services watching over my family and home. I give them my strongest recommendation.

They are ALWAYS professional and helpful, and it's one of the few places that has a human answer the phone when you call. When we have issues with our complicated alarm system, they always have it fixed within 24 hours and offer solutions that give peace of mind while you wait for the service tech. It also must be a good place to work because we have seen the same service techs and have heard the same voices for several years, which also makes you feel good when you're working with your security.
If you're considering a change, I can not recommend any service other than Jade.

Justin Smith rated it 3/5: I recently had my ADT Alarm system updated to the new and improved software and equipment. A few things I was not happy with a few inconsistencies between the Service Desk employee who scheduled the appointment and the technician. First off I had to pay for this upgrade even though it was due to ADT upgrading its Security system making my alarm system incompatible with the new software being used by ADT. When I contacted ADT to set up the appointment for the upgrade, the systems new features were explained to me by a Customer Service Representative. She told me I would be able to use my existing motion detectors, door monitors and indoor camera. I was told they would update and switch out my old wall panel for the new digital panel. I would be adding an outdoor camera and a tablet which would control the Alarm system from wherever you wanted in the house as it was not hard wired like the panel. When the installer arrived, he was very courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. while setting up I asked him about the outdoor camera and where I wanted it, he stated all he had for this install was a 1080p infrared indoor camera. I explained to him what I was told on the phone, during this discussion when I brought up the motion detectors he made me aware that my current motion detectors are not compatible with the new system and that if I wanted to add them, the best he could do was see if he had any in his truck and charge me additional prices for them to be installed. I understood and gave him the benefit of the doubt so I told him No Thank You and that I would look into changing them at a different time. Once he was completed with his set up, he was very thorough with training on the new system and I know there is a break in communication when it comes what the customer service employee is telling the customer on the phone and what the Technician is showing in the system for the work to be completed with the equipment he is to use. To top it all off, they did not have the tablet for me to use either which was the big selling point for them. So the install was great and I cannot blame the technician for the false information I was given by the Customer Service Rep I spoke with. I would be very careful about upgrading your system as not everything they tell you on the phone is true.
HECTOR CALDERON rated it 1/5: I was a client for over four years, i updated my equipment and had a year left to pay off, we decided to sell our house and Kali Jones calls me up to keep my business for my next purchase. We decided not to buy and she said if i can get the new house owner then i would not have to pay the rest of the money left on the contract. Story short, the client did signed up with ADT but they still charged me the 1,067 dollars. Kali Jones lied to me and would not take my calls to tell me what happened, i called ADT and they will not give my refund. I will never do business with the ADT AGAIN, do not trust anything they say! By the way, i will get my money back!

Have now been on the phone for 52 minutes and have talked to 4 people and just keep getting put on hold and transferred.

My husband signed up with them 2 years ago when they showed up at our house as soon as he moved in and is majorly regretting it as we are selling our house as he is reenlisting in the army with orders to move out of state and they have made it nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone to cancel our service! They are very money hungry and will do anything to get your money and make it nearly impossible to cancel!

I felt confident in relying on everything said and even though I didn’t go in with wanting an alarm system, Toby’s knowledge and communication about the system made me feel good about setting something up before our call ended. Honestly, there was a little trouble with getting the install on a good schedule. However, Toby stuck by my side to ensure we got everything taken care of. Eli was great with the on-site install. He took his time to ensure that very thing was setup properly and that I fully understood the functionality. Even my old lock was fixed so it could still be used. The technician was friendly, competent, and gave the greatest installation service for security door locks!

Then the rep was a hour late and played it off like they were so busy getting a proposal out. 4 weeks later now and 3 calls and no bid received.
Can’t imagine the experience if there was a warranty issue. Have no clue how these guys have 4 stars. 1 star for service, responsiveness and follow through.

He went out and got a new one and only charged us half the price of a regular full tilt mount for a 65 inch tv. He did a fantastic job and worked fast. Would recommend to anyone needing a tv mounted!

Despite multiple issues that arose during installation (none of which was their fault, previous homeowner type stuff), the job was done professionally and quickly. He had to go multiple times to get different parts but never got frustrated, nor did he charge extra for the unexpected increase in installation time. I will absolutely use this company for future work.

Rearranged my entire set up to get the most of my surround sound, tv and space possible. This company goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best setup possible for your situation.
