I took my 2011 4Runner in for a new Android Auto Receiver and back up camera. Could not be happier. Not only is it integrated with the steering controls but it gives me real time data from the cars onboard computer.

He was able to mount the back up camera in the same location as the factory camera.

SEI technician Ginno Cervantes called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was super knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He clearly and thoroughly explained everything he was doing so I could perform a camera reset if needed in the future. We have had only a couple of service calls in the 10+ years we have had the SEI service and have been very happy with SEI. Ginno is a great technician. I am posting this in the hopes that Ginno’s manager sees this review and gives him the kudos he so richly deserves.

I have proved the viability of the system for the few times that I inadvertently triggered an alarm – the notification protocols were perfect. Don communicates well, and he is very responsive. I had a couple issues since moving in and they were very quick to address and find solutions. Lori and Tracey in the office are very nice to talk to and make scheduling of service calls very easy. Don was our salesman and did a great job making sure we got what we wanted. I highly recommend Atronics if you are looking for anything from Alarms to Cameras to Sound systems and i’m sure much more.

Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions.Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I’d imagine Tom Brady’s house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there’s the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It’s a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed.
Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in.

Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions.

I totally recommend you take a visit to their showroom. You won’t regret it.

Doug gave us lot of good info and even offered us to show his house (which turned out to be next st from ours) where he has Lutron shades installed. Also, they have an amazing display at the store which provides a good taste of live home automation.

This involved running a lot of in wall wiring and quite a bit of custom installation. Everything looks amazing and works great! More importantly when I run into issues Echo systems provides expedient high level service. With home automation that’s what matters most. They are very patient and respectful and will help you achieve your goals while respecting your budget. I highly recommend them!
