I took my 2011 4Runner in for a new Android Auto Receiver and back up camera. Could not be happier. Not only is it integrated with the steering controls but it gives me real time data from the cars onboard computer.

He was able to mount the back up camera in the same location as the factory camera.

SEI technician Ginno Cervantes called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was super knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He clearly and thoroughly explained everything he was doing so I could perform a camera reset if needed in the future. We have had only a couple of service calls in the 10+ years we have had the SEI service and have been very happy with SEI. Ginno is a great technician. I am posting this in the hopes that Ginno’s manager sees this review and gives him the kudos he so richly deserves.

I had a couple issues since moving in and they were very quick to address and find solutions. Lori and Tracey in the office are very nice to talk to and make scheduling of service calls very easy. Don was our salesman and did a great job making sure we got what we wanted. I highly recommend Atronics if you are looking for anything from Alarms to Cameras to Sound systems and i'm sure much more.

To avoid taxes they use employees as sub-contractors, while still attempting to enforce employee based guidelines upon them. The pay is horrid with no benefits and no true over-time. The (primary) owner had no experience in security when starting the company and his lack of experience was often a source of contension/confusing directions. I enjoyed working with some of the other guards, but overall this is a passing by job, and served it's purpose until I found better.

They give you very little training and trying to figure out who you’re supposed to contact as an officer is outrageous. The AgentForce online where employees are supposed to be able to find the chain of command doesn’t even work. Working for Frontline is a task itself. New officer orientation doesn’t really help, I’m not happy working for this company and there is s lot of improvement that needs to be done.

After several weeks trying to work with ADT to fix the issue or return the cameras, we ended up buying new cameras/doorbell that work much better. ADT refuses to allow us to return the cameras which is extremely frustrating since the quality is so bad and their sales practices misrepresent what we purchased. I will be filing complaints for this poor business practices and we are very disappointed a large company refuses to do what is right and take care of their customers.

Called a second time 2 weeks following original cancellation date because I kept getting calls that my system needed to be updated. Guess what my account wasn’t cancelled. Retried to cancel again on approximately 6-30-2021 and I was told I would not be charged and the account would be closed which takes 30 days per policy. So imagine my surprise when I get charged on 7-18-2021 for a service that I no longer have. I call again on 7-21-2021. Sorry your account is still active. Again I’m told we will cancel your account and get you a refund for July. I’m still getting calls to update my system so on 8-2-2021 I call again and now my account is pending. Will I be charged for August now and I’m still waiting for a refund from July. I know you love me ADT for being a loyal customer but I no longer need the service. The customer service reps have been awesome and very professional. My only complaint that I have is that it is harder than heck to cancel service!

They were fast to take $1594 out of my bank account to pay for the equipment that’s worthless, By the way my understanding from the sales person was zero down, zero interest and monthly installments. I guess the money bank guaranteed is false advertisement since they won’t give me my money back.

Ben Eisenberger rated it 1/5: Absolutely insane and criminal sales strategy – I’m expecting some shady things and annoying customer service when dealing with a multinational corporation, but I’d assume the tech would have had some modicum of decency to mention important things like the fact that you’re signing on to a 3 year contract with a 75% early cancellation fee. All of the paperwork was done on a smart phone with the general “here’s what this part says” guidance from the sales rep – of course leaving out all of the pertinent information, like something I would expect a sleazy very small company to do. Getting ahold of anyone in customer service is an absolute nightmare, over an hour on hold every time with a call center, and no way to reach a local office. I’m assuming everyone who does installing is a contractor because all of the local offices are just little office bays with no way to directly contact them. Miserable experience

TwntySevn rated it 5/5: Echo Systems is incredible. I've never seen a home theater company quite like it. Doug Dushan gave me a tour of the facilities and explained their capabilities and was eager to answer all of my questions.
Their showroom is basically a mock up of what I'd imagine Tom Brady's house looks like. TVs everywhere. Speakers stealthily installed behind walls and in the ceiling. It was incredible. And then there's the home theater. Oh my god the theater! It's a 14 seat home theater that is straight out of Best of MTV Cribs (remember that show? With Master P living like a king?) He let me pick a few scenes of movies to get a vibe for what they can do, and needless to say, I was amazed.
Their engineering appeared to be top notch. Doug took me back to where they would build and test my media server and the accompanying electronics before they would be installed in my home. I really appreciate this attention to detail. Most home theater outfits do much of the install at my home. Echo Systems does all of the pre-install work at their site so all the troubleshooting can be done there before it gets put in.
Doug was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with my tsunami of questions.
I totally recommend you take a visit to their showroom. You won't regret it.

Doug gave us lot of good info and even offered us to show his house (which turned out to be next st from ours) where he has Lutron shades installed. Also, they have an amazing display at the store which provides a good taste of live home automation.

James Kanger rated it 1/5: I had a few bars/restaurants in the omaha area from 2001 to 2022 and one time I called Fireguard out for a gas issue that was a very fast fix. They showed up promptly and basically just spent under 20 minutes then proceeded to charge me around 400 dollars for the visit. I complained to the manager and he issued what I'm sure he thought was a "silky threat" on how I could be reported for the condition of the same fire suppression system I was asking them to remedy. I paid their ridiculous bill, contracted a different company to address my issues and never used fireguard again. Later, on an accidental call from them, a different representative apologized for this behavior but I never forgot the time I paid basically $1200 an hour for very little and got treated like I was in the wrong.
