I needed to upgrade my panel but would need to do it myself. I paid for no service in January and wanting to cancel and they are making me pay for another month with no service. I sent an email to the representative about canceling immediately and they will not respond. Poor customer service and charging me $76 for having no service and then not having service people in the state. Would it recommend them

I contacted Mike on a whim after speaking to a different company for security and camera system install who tried to completely rip me off.Mike was not only very honest, but took almost 2 hours of his own time to explain the options that I had and the different things I could do. Multiple phone calls and emails was met with a welcoming feeling everytime. When I had decided to upgrade the camera system last minute, Mike had everything organized for me and ready to go within 30 minutes… this is some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time.
When it came down to the install, his team was not only very attentive but made sure to listen to any and every request I had. Not only did they pick up their own mess but ensured I was comfortable using the system before they left.

Mike then followed up with me and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. To this day I can still contact him if I have any questions and he picks up the phone every single time. I feel he is one of the last honest business people left.

I typically speak with William, as he is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to lock hardware. If I can’t figure out what I’m looking at, I can send him a picture text, and almost certainly he’ll figure it out. I have come to call him the Lock Wizard. But there are several other sales reps available that do a tremendous job as well. So I buy my general locksmith supplies, leversets, panic bars, keys and cylinders from them, but they also have so much more available like automotive locksmith supplies, access control systems, security camera systems and so much more. Give them a call, and see if they can help you with what you need.

The equipment is easily installed and simple to use. I loved the ease of using an app. They will work with what you need to provide the most affordable options for your home or business. Two years ago I downsized from my home to an apartment after my husband passed away. The care and assistance I received in changing our service was so appreciated. I will never forget their kindness. Even though I no longer have service from Redline, I felt I needed to share my positive experiences with others about the company. If I ever get another house, I would be calling Redline for my home security needs. They are truly great and you won’t be disappointed.
