But yesterday, the technician, who looked very bored, hooked up a new main panel to replace our obsolete one.

He showed us how to arm/disarm the system, and continued to work on it.

He left while we weren’t watching, and left without saying anything. When I went to check the thermostat settings, there were no thermostats.

Calling the support number, we were told the tech had a problem and deleted them. We had to reschedule for the middle of November to get someone else sent out, to correct his problem.

I harris rated it 5/5: I Contacted multiple other stereo shops before Paradyme thinking they would probably be the more expensive one, that was not the case, not only that but they were pretty much the only ones that would give me a quote over email which with everything that’s going on right now was very helpful. (Most shops never followed through or even replied back at all)Tim was awesome, answered my many many questions and ended up getting me components/equipment price matched or cheaper then I could have ordered anywhere myself.
When I say I had a lot of questions that’s an understatement, Tim was quick to reply through email and the whole process was very painless and pleasant.
I’m extremely picky when it comes to my truck/vehicles… and I do pretty much everything myself so this was definitely out of my comfort zone. I always find at least a couple things that I think should have been done this way or that way no matter what whenever I have someone else do work on my vehicles, house and everything else.

When I went to pick up my truck and first listened to the system I wasn’t really wowed for the $$ I spent (as I said I’m VERY picky and particular, the wife absolutely hates it), I mention this because without hesitation the guys broke the laptop back out and had me sit in the driver seat while I gave them input exactly how I wanted the sound and after doing their tuning magic I was very happy!

Excellent customer service, communication, great prices and final product. I highly recommend Paradyme!

Dropped my truck off and it was ready when promised, great place and great employees. Definitely recommend coming here and will come again.

I decided to update my Mustang’s Mach 1000 audio system about eight months ago. I am not an audiophile, but I could tell that my current set-up was lacking compared to today’s technology.

Before I found Paradyme Car Audio, I stopped at numerous car audio shops, to include WestCoast Car Audio on Arden Way. I inquired into new systems asked for advice and recommendations. They attempted to capitalize on my naivety and were more eager to pressure me into a quick and expensive sale than actually recommend equipment best suited for my car. I got the same feeling at several other places.

Then I found Paradyme Car Audio.

The employees at Paradyme took the time to listen to my current audio system and explain to me the technical shortcomings of my current system and the available options to me. After about an hour of discussion, they put together a comprehensive list of all equipment I would need to upgrade my entire system. At the time, my set-up had two sets of tweeters (front and rear); they recommended that I only have tweeters installed in the front and informed me that tweeters in the rear would be redundant and unnecessary (this was not mentioned at any other car audio store). Though I was comfortable with their recommendation, I was not ready to make the purchase at that time. Instead of using pressure tactics to make a sale, they encouraged me to review the list at home and do my own research.

Before purchasing the new system, I corresponded with Adrian, the floor manager, for over a month. He is extremely knowledgeable and patient, and was always more than eager to thoroughly answer any and all questions I had.

My new car audio system greatly exceeded my expectations. I am extremely happy and will always recommend Paradyme Car Audio to anyone looking to upgrade their car audio system.
G Mesza rated it 4/5: Wanted to share a few comments for Paradyme Car Audio. I have a 10-Disc Changer I had to remove from a Jukebox and it had a CD exchange Jam condition I could not clear. First, it took 4 months for this place to open the Unit and free up the CD and Magazine, that was a long wait but OK, they have a backlog. Second, which is basis for 4 stars, the insistence on bringing in the controller unit. Keep in mind the controller unit was inside a Jukebox!! Not easy to simply bring this in AND the controller “wiring path” had multiple touchpoints. In addition, the Customer service Rep at the Counter kept telling me the unit will never work again, on multiple occasions, just would not let this point go. I am employed as an Engineer, so I had to allow this voice to go in one ear and out the other, because I was not buying this BS. SO, after 4 months I get a call and that the CD’s/Magazine were freed successfully, great, thank you. But again, insistent I bring in the Controller. I arrived without controller and said assemble the unit, and pass me the freed 10-CD magazine and CD’s. Everything looked ok and I walked out $120 later. I installed the unit back into the jukebox and the system is working like a champ. So much for the guy at the counter – “this unit will no longer work”. I guess given I did not bring in the juke box he is paid to say that. Well, I proved you wrong on MY assessment, all the unit needed was to be opened up and cleared of magazine and disk jam.
Overall I am happy with the result so I am giving 4 stars BUT my input is to be careful how you talk to Customers. I knew better because I know Electronics, but most Customers do not. Thankfully, I put the Guy at the register on ignore.

They even cleaned our old camera lenses and made them look new again! The staff and the owners work very hard to make sure the system works perfectly and the installs are top notch.

My house is 87 years old, partially brick walls, 3 stories and poor reception. They did a phenomenal job installing my 7 superior quality cameras. The wires were professionally hidden and left no holes or damages on my newly renovated house. Adam, one of their highly skilled technicians is very prompt and helpful. Gabriel, the owner is very honest and competent. I would highly recommend them!

As it turned out the previous alarm company never did a routine check over a four year period to make sure we were connected to the main station; turns out we were not – and we had no way of knowing this! The Bay Alarm Co. sales rep Patrick was able to arrange for our new system to be installed the next day. Installers Christopher and Jaime went above and beyond in making sure the system was functioning well before they left; we were reassured that Bay alarm would know if we were no longer connected to the main station and would contact the shop immediately . I am very satisfied with the professionalism and courtesy shown by Bay Alarm Co. employees and would highly recommend to anyone.
