Initially Chris came out to assess our home and give us recommendations. Appreciate that I had been researching security companies, security equipment and smart home devices for over a year. The great thing about Chris is that he used to be an installation tech. This gives him great insight on how to design an all inclusive
smart-home/security system that is all accessible on 1 app. A number of “sales” consultants from other security companies recommended products that would not work together or even be necessary for our project. Matt and Romeo were the techs who performed the installation and programming of our system. They were outstanding as they overcame numerous obstacles in having to retrofit their equipment into our 12 year old home. Matt who was the lead tech was awesome and enthusiastically addressed my long punch list of questions and concerns. I know that I can be difficult and hard to please. They were incredibly patient! My wife and I are thrilled with our new smart-home/security system! Thank you guys so much!!!

Very frustrating and defeats the purpose of a security system. If your looking for 24/7 recording look elsewhere unless you want to pay additional fees.

The installation at the new property went well and was done on time and the tech was good to work with.
The only suggestion I have is when I offer you a ladder, maybe you could return it to where you got it and close it up?

We called Mike and he patiently and professionally walked us through a step by step process to disable it. Answering every question and providing photos for clarification over text. He saved the day and we are grateful for his professionalism, knowledge and kindness!

Working from home means we need to have the strongest connection with zero interruptions. Mike came over did his assessment of our new home and our needs and was able to connect everything seamlessly. Contacted Mike about upgrading our current system and he not only responded quickly to our request and conducted an onsite assessment and recommendation of work, but we had the whole system up and running within a week! I’m still amazed how much better and easier to use his cameras and system are compared to our old set up. The work he and Johnathan did at our house was top notch.
