Not only did he take care of the issue I was having, but relocated the panel after I told him I was not happy with where it was placed the first time! He even filled the holes in the wall for me! That’s what I call Great customer service and going above and beyond! He even took the old panel down and fixed those holes. No other technicians have ever offered to do this when I asked about it. I was only given excuses of why it couldn’t be done by previous techs! I hope if I ever have problems again, this same technician is sent! All technicians should learn from this young man! 😃

Super nice, polite and respectful. Second, I have been an ADT customer for 20+ years, but I was referred to them by my home builders for their attention to detail, and they were absolutely correct, they were exceptional and took care of specifically what we wanted. And third, I was specifically taken care of by SFI, and they managed to provide me not only what I was really looking to add (backyard video camera), but they also took the time to sit down, and teach me how to use all the amazing features. As an employee, I couldn’t ask for more. Winning attitude with all the help and backing you could ask for. Managers are excellent and responsive when you have a question. Really feels like a family.
My installer Jason was on time, made great small talk, and was truly an expert in his field. Knew every answer to every question I had or could’ve had. Can’t say enough great things about this company and the service they (we) provide.
Paul Huntley rated it 3/5: I was recently sold an ADT security system through this company and would like to share my experience…There are several issues that I want to address :Issue #1 – On my install date (7/14), the install tech arrived several hours late for my scheduled appointment.
Issue #2 – When he finally did arrive he did not bring enough cameras with him for the install? So he had to come back a second time to complete the install.

Issue #3 – When the tech finally came back to complete the install on 7/18, he hooked up the camera all right however he dropped his staple gun which caused a gash in my wall. I was promised that Smart Home Security would cover the cost to repair the gash in my wall. I received a call from the install tech’s manager the next day who confirmed to me by phone that they would pay the cost for the damage to my wall. The tech manager told me to send him a quote for the repair and they would take it from there which is what I did. I sent him the quote for the repair via email. Fast-forward a week later, I still have not heard back from the manager on when the repair to my wall will be
completed. I sent him a follow-up email to get an update and he never responded back to me.

To re-iterate, I still want Smart Home Security to pay for the damage to my wall which they caused.

There is no way that I can personally recommend a company that tells lies and will not take responsibility for their own mishaps.

Hopefully this review will be seen by the right person to address this outstanding issue.

7/30/22 ** Update ** :

Since posting this review I did receive follow up from the operations manager who apologized for what happened and he did arrange to get the gash on my wall repaired and covered the costs. I do appreciate listening to my concern and getting this resolved for me.

Everyone that I have worked with is very knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy on upselling but thorough on explanations for different price points. Installation always looks extremely professional and seamless with interior for all of my vehicles (Mazda, Lexus, and Jeep). I had an issue with the steering wheel controls on radio in the jeep about a year after install and they immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it without charge. I will continue to come here for all aftermarket upgrades and have already referred several others who are also very happy.

I wanted to do the Philips Hue lights under the facia surrounding the deck and also on the lip overhanging each of the 7 steps. The contractor said he would install them as part of the cost if I purchased the lights because they have installed low voltage lights before without any problem. When the deck was finished and it came time for the contractor to install the lights he opened the first box and shook his head and said – “I’m not sure we can do this.” I wanted no part of them trying so with the suggestion from a friend I found Synergy Integrated Systems. From the very start these people have been a joy to work with. Michelle sent technician George to the house to install the Philips Hue lights and he didn’t even blink an eye. He did it flawlessly and with a positive attitude. Since then I have had Synergy Integrated Systems install a Samsung Frame TV in my office which also was a professional installation and everyone that views it is amazed.

Adam Bowen rated it 5/5: So glad I went with Element Integration, if you’re looking for network drops, home theater, etc… this is the company. Karl and his team were super professional, knowledgable, extremely well priced, great sense of humor, and all around fun to be around. I knew when I first talked with Karl that this was most likely going to be the company. However I still wanted to get multiple quotes and these guys were the best price hands down by quite a bit.I ended up having them do some extra stuff that wasn’t in the original quote the day of the install, extra network drop, in wall speaker wires for rear surrounds, and it was still significantly cheaper than the other companies I spoke with based on the original quote. No questions asked, they were happy to do it. I mentioned to them how the home builders put a pull cord in smurf tubing downstairs that was to short, they said they could fix that for me and just did it.
Everything they did was super clean and professional. They truly care about their work. Everything was treated as if it were their own home which I appreciate these days. They were extremely polite, took their shoes off, vacuumed and cleaned up everything. Tested all network jacks, helped me tweak my AVR a bit, adjusted cameras to my liking etc.

I supplied all of my own ubiquity equipment, network rack, cameras, ceiling speakers, etc and they had no problem with that. When they were here I asked if they could help install my network rack on the wall, no questions asked they just hopped on it and they did an excellent job. Another company wanted to charge me $500 for a network rack even if I had my own which was absurd.

I had them do 7 cat6 network drops, access point in hallway upstairs, security cameras outside, ceiling atmos speakers, ran speaker wires to the back wall for my rear surrounds. Extremely happy with all the work done. Wish I could have spent more time with them as it was a pleasure. This is my go to company for all future work.

They were so knowledgeable when it came down to where to place the mount, how to make sure everything was safe and secure, and they even helped me set everything up. I will 1000000% use them again!

They were thorough and made sure everything was done right. They got us scheduled quickly. They worked quickly but still paid attention to the details so it was done right. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product. Will definitely go to them in the future for any more wiring needs.

They were careful to educate us on what was most important and also honest about what we likely didn’t need. Steve G was our sales rep and he made the process completely painless.
