Came back Saturday Morning and if I recall right vehicle we ready around 3pm. The new audio sounds amazing and the tint came out better than I expected and being a Ginger I already noticed the difference in shade/coolness to my vehicle. Highly recommend!

Then I was offered a window tint for a amazing price. The fact the first install went so well makes me of course say yes to a window tint for almost half the price of other places. The manager was hands on and contact me through the whole thing! That’s a lot and I’ll most definitely be back again. Also Remember they can get busy. Take that as a sign it’s because they do good business:) I recommend this place to anyone who wants quality stereo,alarm,or window tint.

They had exactly what I needed and wanted for my car stereo. I added a subwoofer and amplifier. The sound in my car is amazing compared to what it was. They installed within about two hours. Yes, same day install.Absolutely blown away by Jacob and Tyler’s above and beyond customer service. Tyler renewed my headlights and the look like new on my car. I will be back to get a few other things done to my car. I recommend shopping around and talk to Jacob at car Toys. He’s worked for the competition, so he knows what the other guys are offering, VS what Car Toys is offering.

My wireless hands free radio sounds amazing and I had my 2 windows tinted and they were able to match them up with the manufacturer tinted windows I already had on the rest of my vehicle. You can’t even tell that they were tinted after the fact. Also I had my windshield tinted for sun glare and it turned out amazing. I’m very happy with my service and everyone is so nice and had patience as I’m not that tech savvy and asked many questions about my new radio, the customer service I received was top notch. I will be back when I need something else done. Thank you guys for the great service!!

Jeremy and Grant arrived on time and were professional, polite, and personable. They helped us figure out exactly what we needed and with their expertise we were able to determine which products were best for our situation. The two of them worked well as a team and were neat and tidy and took great care to not damage anything in our new home. Jeremy in particular was extremely knowledgeable of the system and had so much patience after a full day of installation to teach us how to use it. He answered all of our questions and made sure we knew all we needed to know. I would recommend First Response because these two great guys work there.

He worked around my schedule and when I came back to have the remote start installed, he had me in and out in just a few hours. I’m happy to report that the remote start has and still does work perfectly! He got me exactly what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend Distinctive Sound to anyone, and everyone for any of their car audio needs. I can’t wait to go back and have them install a dash cam for me. They’re simply fantastic. My only regret is that I am unable to give them more stars. They’re the best!!!

Although there was a restocking fee for my parts restocking fee, I understand that it was beyond John’s control and I was out $125.00 this became frustrating for myself and John(owner). What I appreciate is that John kept his word and communicated with me when he said he would. I hope that he is given the same courtesy that he had with me.

This company has everything you need to feel safe in your home and away but just like the old saying goes you get what you pay for and their equipment is great!!! My brand-new alarm system with the touchscreen is fast and easy to use but my Favorite thing about the total package I got installed is my camera system it’s so cool!!! it’s like Christmas came early. The company is local and the staff is friendly.

I was quoted $199 for a cellular unit installed since I don’t have a land line. The guys came out, and after two hours I was presented with a bill for over $400. The service manager Bo was condescending and talked to me like I was five years old. His assistant wasn’t much different. I called the office, and did get my bill lowered by the owner, but all and all it was a negative experience. So much for supporting the local business over the national chains.

They’re the least in cost and yet the most organized and up to date in technology. They’re very serious about following the rules. I once gave out my password to another management staff. PSA immediately contacted me within minutes and made me change my personal password. I got called out, but in a good way. The staff there are very knowledgeable, patient and let you know that they are there for you 24/7. I couldn’t ask for more.
