My security specialist Gregory Boone is the consummate professional. He was attentive and listened to what my family needed in a security system, never trying to sell me anything extra. Ron Schunck rated it 5/5: Looked at 4 different audio stores in the Lynnhaven area. Went with them as their labor rate and labor quantities were less than the competition. And then during the course of the install found out that everyone was fantastically nice and cool. My install had to change as there were issues with the equipment in place and we were able to pivot quickly and replace some labor charges for new speakers which turned out to be blown. Then a week later a speaker was cutting out and it was decided it was the old crossovers and me and the salesman where both like, “Why didn’t we think to swap that out during the install?”. Those were swapped out in 30 minutes for $0. So my original estimate and final price where within 10% ish of each other, goofs and changes were discussed in advance and later there was a quick repair done gratis. To state the weakest negative about the encounter in the history of the world, my only bad point was their soda machine didn’t have a diet option…how lame! 🙂 Seriously….these folks are super legit!

Henry had actually sold the previous homeowner a PHT /Brink’s system, which was pretty cool. I appreciated that he explained how he happened to know we just moved in too, and wasn’t just casing the neighborhood. He showed us his company’s ratings compared to our current company and video from WAVY-10 about how their system caught thieves within 10 minutes. Henry explained PHT’s patented technology for the fastest response time and how excellent the customer service team was after hours. In the end, PHT was able to give us more equipment for less per month than what we had just gotten. So we cancelled our contract with the first company, and got a Brink’s system installed a few minutes ago.I am already more impressed. The user interface for the mobile app and desktop site is very user-friendly, and you can set up custom alerts for everything. Henry and departments of the company have followed up with text messages and emails or phone calls the whole time, making sure installation was going well and they even texted when they were on their way. They have a very sophisticated operation.

Ed Augustine rated it 5/5: We have had a long 3-year history with Domes, that started when we built our new home. Been in the house 18 months now. Domes did NOT do what other companies typically do after they get your money – disappear! Steven Acrese and the crew took every call, came over as fast as they could, tried to solve issues on the fly, and took responsibility for what was their fault. We are very happy. Highly recommend! Price wasn’t the cheapest, but I wanted good service, quick response, and a person to guide me through all of this. I’ve been sold a few systems that were ancient a few years later, or they no longer did App upgrades, and we were stuck. Domes helped me avoid all of that. Stay away from Chuck in a truck and do business with the guy who has trained staff, an office, copy machines, service trucks, etc. You know, a real business. The extra 20% is well worth it in the long run…Especially when you’re talking about your HOME and something as costly as this. Only do it once.

Our entire experience with Domes, from start to finish, was first rate. They will be doing more work for us as well. Highly recommend Domes!

They even helped me over the phone one evening as I had audio but not video on my TV. Kudos to them for fantastic service.
