Craig was my tech. We had a little problem with Comcast. Craig made it a personal mission to get me back online. Spent over four hours at my house trying to fix the problem that was a Comcast issue. He Personally cared about something that was out of his hands. He was even knocking on my door the next day to see if Comcast had been there yet to fix the issue so he can help them. I was more than impressed with the job that he did as well as the sales rep who told me what I needed In my new home.
Buying a new construction home and going through Growing pains is tough enough.. The folks at Star Systems did a superb job and I would recommend them to anyone.

So first thing I did was call my previous company that I was with at the time Crimpco and my experience with them was so horrible, they lied and didn’t take the urgency of my situation seriously and kept saying 2 weeks! I needed these cameras up the same week. Awesome enough I found M Sauer Security Unlimated. I called the same day I called Crimpco and Security Unlimated called back as soon as they heard my request and the president of the company Avrahom came to my house himself and gave me a proposal for cameras and a system upgrade I felt the experience was so personal and great being that the president came to talk to me. I love it so much that I said sign me up then and there and they said they’d come out this week for me which I loved so much. Thank you M Sauer Security Unlimited for taking my matter seriously and helping me out ASAP. Am waiting for installation on Thursday but I’m sure it’s gonna be great as I know a commercial building that uses there services and everything looks great. My new Napco system is wonderful much better than my previous Interlogix System and Crimpco! Cameras are amazing by the way can check them from my phone! The doorbell camera is great too! Rings to your phone and doorbell! Also love how the chime feature has different chimes for the main door and less used doors. Very pleased, price is also very reasonable. And monitoring is just outright cheap.
