The Sales Rep Terry was knowledgeable about the products and was happy to customize to my particular needs. He was up from about costs. Another company I called wanted my first born child before they would give me pricing info…Techs Keenan and Kenny were great. They were professional and knowledgeable. They were able to get the system installed fairly quick and gave me a great tutorial on how to use it. I love that they stuck around a few minutes after they completed the install as when I was running through things on my own I found a few issues. None of the issues were their fault but rather with the quirks of my house. They came back in and addressed the issues and got everything in working order.Only have had the system a few days but I love being able to watch the live videos, and that I can arm and disarm my house from my phone. Highly recommend.

Stacey helped over the phone and got everything arranged. Even texted me so I could send pics of the system and didn’t need a sales call. No pressure sales. Just offered options. Best prices by far! Highly recommend.
martin jacoby rated it 2/5: 3/24/22 I now have no trust in Alert 360. The local service tech came with only one sensor because he said that was all that was sent by 360 for my job. With my permission, the local installer took the garage sensor to replace the front door sensor. They used the sensor they brought to fix one of the bedroom windows. I will need to wait until 360 sends another sensor before garage sensor can be replaced. This is insane! I don’t have full security coverage and I need to wait again and hope the local installer gets the sensor in a short amount of time and marked correctly for my job.3/16/22 After I posted a one star review, below, I was contacted by 360 with an apology for the poor service and was given compensation if I would edit or take down my first review. I agreed and am now at a 4 star until the service is performed next week.3/16/22 I called Alert 360 about a month ago (on a Thursday) because some of my sensors would always be in bypass mode. I spoke with a tech for about 1.5 hours and he couldn’t figure it out so he suggested I request a ticket for a tech to come out. They sub to local providers (not 360)
I called the local company the following Tuesday to see if they received the work order and they hadn’t.
I called 360 again to find out that the person who is responsible to send the ticket was out on Friday so no ticket was issued. I asked them to follow up to make sure a ticket was issued.
After a week, I called the local tech to find out what was going on and they told me they received a work order without enough contact info for me on the ticket from 360. We both then contacted 360 and I had to explain once more what my issue was. The local company told me that they needed to wait for info and parts from 360.
I called the local company after another week and they still hadn’t received the parts.
The following Thursday I called the local company to find out what was going on. They called me back on Tuesday to say that it took them a few days to find the parts for my job because they were mixed in with parts for three other jobs and the parts were only marked with one work order which wasn’t mine.
Finally we have an appointment for the local company to fix the issue.

My salesperson was professional and explained any and all options that I had for my system. And then made sure I understood how everything would work once it was installed. Every person in my home that day installing the system was friendly and knowledgeable. Before it was over I had garage door openers, thermostats, and smoke/CO detectors added to my system, and I love it. I’m not a tech person and not of the computer generation, but they sat down with me and made sure I knew how to use my system. I would recommend Witness Security to all my family and friends.

I called Kazar and within 30 minutes a technician was out at my property to fix the issue! Austin the tech was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Ryan has helped troubleshoot an intermittent issue and came out to fix it today. I was fully expecting to have to re-schedule due to nasty weather but he did a great job of fixing everything and explaining what he did to help protect against further issues. This high level of service is why I will continue to recommend Advance Alarms to anyone looking for an alarm install.

They are a very knowledgeable and experienced company. Didn’t try to sell me something I really didn’t need, but were thorough in ensuring I felt secure and had the right system for my home.Install was the same day as the quote. Very professional and the equipment looks very nice and is user friendly. The app that works with the entire system is awesome as well. The installation crew also taught me how to use my system too to bottom along with how to navigate and work the app. Very important with a new alarm system in my book since I’d never had a “smart” alarm system before. Including video doorbells and thermostats.
Had some thermostat issues, and they worked with me every step of the way… and I so bugged them a lot. Always friendly and when the thermostats issue just wasn’t being resolved, they surprised me by replacing them both with, what I feel, are upgraded units.

We called a few other locksmiths before we called them, they were rude and huffy and took awhile to respond. The lady answering the phone was very sweet and helpful and the locksmith, Jason arrived very fast and had my car unlocked even faster and was very nice…even at 10 p.m. Thank you guys. I highly recommend!!
