Their quote is incredibly fair, that I also signed up for a monthly service. I love the way they rotate rooms/specific areas to pay extra attend to different parts of my place in addition to the overall/general clean that they provide each visit. Additionally, they were on time and three cleaners showed up to get the job done within an hour. I am so happy that I went with the Cleaning Authority! The only recommendation that I have is to update their app to allow users to provide information/add notes for the cleaners/company prior to/for the upcoming cleaning(s).

However, I was expecting a little more because they have this rotating schedule for 4 different areas of your house to get extra attention. I never noticed that any of the areas got any extra attention. When it was the kitchen's turn, there was still a bunch of gunk in the visible areas of the sink drain ring. When it was the bathroom's turn, there was still hair and gunk in the grout corners, which was an area specifically mentioned in their list. The last cleaning before I canceled my service, they threw away $200 of my essential oils and put a bag of trash in the recycle bin. And to top it off, left the front gate and security door WIDE OPEN and didn't bother to lock the front door!!!!
B N rated it 1/5: Cancelled after the 6 cleanings in the contract were over. The owner sold me hard on their “focus” areas each week and had to have them come back out and clean overlooked spots not only in the “focus areas but also in the other areas two different times. Obvious things like dresser tops and night stands were not cleaned. They told me blinds were included but after two cleanings we noticed they never did them and had to complain and have them come out and do them. They made beds and folded blankets sometimes but not others. They did window sills and doors as part of the their deep clean but did not do window or door frames on the top where all the dust collects. They left smear marks on the tile after they were finished. They missed baseboards that were part of their deep cleaning rooms. They had explicit instructions to only come through the garage and they would forget or a new crew would say it was not in the notes. But worst of all, they left through the front door one time and we were out of town for three days with our house unlocked and unsecured. This after multiple times telling them to never use the front door. We paid with check each time but they would still charge my account and would have to refund me. They were difficult to communicate with or get responses from. For what they sold us on and what they charged us it was a complete waste of money. They are a very large company and do not have care for strong customer service. Go elsewhere for your service. Do not sell me on all the wonderful things you do and then not do them.

First, my husband and I have had previous independent cleaners. When using an independent cleaner, there are risks. Fortunately, our concerns came from consistent call-outs and inconsistent cleaning. After our last, we decided to use a professional company. I did a lot of research and came across Sun Life. They have not disappointed. We had a professional walk-through where they explained in detail their processes, tools, and cleaning solutions. She was very knowledgeable about what they use which was awesome. She also showed me the complete hiring process for their staff which was so precise and showed true quality.

Now, for the cleaning. We use the service semi-monthly. Regardless of who comes to clean, its always consistent cleaning. I know exactly what I am getting. And if I want more, I just need to let the team know in advance and they tell me the estimate. OR, I can use the time strategically and ask the cleaner to focus on areas and take away from others. My house is so beautiful for the hours following the clean to the time my kids come home 😜.

The staff that come may vary, but each one is professional, and it's like they are apart of our family. Many remember our ongoing activities and EACH one is so great with our dogs and littles.

Lastly, Sun Life works with me on every level. If I want to change the routine, change the cleaning, change dates, or even if there is a cancellation-we text and they document it in my profile. It's so easy! I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I really didn't want to move things into a dirty house and was feeling really stressed about finding time to do everything. Sun Life Maids notified me of a cancelation they had had and were able to squeeze us in so that we could get moved in right away! I was beyond grateful. On top of that they did an amazing job. They were all friendly, happy people and the communication was great. I will definitely be using their services regularly moving forward.

I'm incredibly allergic to dust, mold and pollen (as well as a plethora of other things) so dusting and vacuuming my house on my own isn't a good option for me. Paul Pryor rated it 1/5: Well there were very disrespectful when they showed up to my house, i was surprised when i saw 2 trucks he explained he wanted to get in & out sounds great but i live in a common driveway home tried to explain to him hiw he needed to park there truck he starts screaming I'm the owner i dont need this headache blah blah then drove off, the guy has no idea what customer service is if he would have taken 2 minutes tobmet me explained it would have went fine so i would not recommend them at all.

We’ve hired Doug a few times over the past year…once to clean our tile/grout and two other times for our carpets. We think he does an AMAZING job and we definitely plan to be repeat/regular customers. Incredibly, Doug was able to restore our nasty grout (which was practically black) back to the light brown color that it was 10 years ago. We have two older pets so keeping the carpets clean is a never-ending battle and they look terrible most of the time. Doug saved the day and managed to remove ALL stains throughout the house and gave the carpets new life! As far as cost goes, you just can’t beat his prices. Aside from the fact that he does great work and has fantastic pricing, he’s just a NICE guy! He’s personable, he shows up on time, performs the work in a reasonable amount of time, and leaves the place looking awesome. We are thoroughly impressed with Doug’s work and we certainly won’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

Paula was very friendly and able to get me scheduled on very short notice (2 days), while all the other services couldn't. Paula was in contact with me the day before to confirm the appointment. Nice. The cleaning crew arrived on time and were all wearing face masks, which I very much appreciate. They did a very thorough cleaning of practically everything surface in my apartment in ~2.5 hours. They also cleaned windows inside and outside, blinds, lights, sockets, baseboard, sliding door tracks, patio and the front door inside and outside. Price was reasonable for the service they provided. I highly recommend this company.

My wife has been having a tough time with our current pregnancy and had been dealing with depression so I ask Jireh cleaners to do a general cleaning in hopes of taking some weight off her shoulders.

They went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND. So much so that my wife came home and instantly started crying tears of joy! They did so much more than we asked and at such an affordable price! Will definitely book again and I highly recommend you do so as well!
