Dishti Mehra rated it 3/5: They are okay. I had requested a deep clean for a home we newly purchased. They were thorough with most of the cleaning but left a lot of spots in the house. The fans were still dusty, the windows had spider webs on them, the kitchen floor had crumbs left. When I told them to re do it , they argued with me that the it’s clean. I had to run my hands through the dust to show that the spots were still dirty for them to finally clean it thoroughly.
They also refused to move small items from the counter top to clean the place, they left the master bathroom toilet untouched because there was a ladder there. I felt like they didn’t want to make any extra effort in cleaning the place. We had the home painted before the deep clean which had some fresh paint stains left on the wooden floor. I scrubbed the small pain stains from my own hands so they could clean the floor because they refused to do it despite me providing them with the special paint remover cleaning supply for it. For the price I paid for this cleaning service I was not satisfied with the service I received at all.
I do appreciate the customer service at Molly maid, I did leave this feedback and they received it well. They also had the girls come back and re do the spots that were left with no extra charge. Overall I think the quality and experience should have been better considering the price they charge for the cleaning service.
Thomas Shields rated it 2/5: The employees intentionally cleaned areas longer than necessary to fulfill the expectation. Parts of the floor were missed when the first clean was supposed to be a deep clean, but during the three hours neither one of our hard floors were cleaned of all spots.
They missed most hardware in both bathrooms. As they had their coats on and most of their equipment in the hallway, they finally asked if we were satisfied which put us in a difficult position to hurriedly inspect what was a job not fully done while it was obvious they wanted to leave and not finish despite wasting a good portion of three
hours.

I recieved a call from them stating they needed additional time on top of what was quoted, that they had three people there instead of the 2 that were quoted, and in the 4 hours they were at my house they had only done the three bedrooms and two very small bathrooms, and half the kitchen. After back and forth with them they agreed to finish for my quoted price, originally saying they needed another hour and then suddenly being able to finish in 15 minutes. When I got home the house was still very dirty, the only things that were complete were the oven and tub, and they damaged the paint on the trim in my house. They refused to discount as I had to reclean prior to my realtor coming. Do not hire. Find someone local!

We scheduled time off for this to be done and what you guys did was very unprofessional. To top it off the lady on the phone was very disrespectful and had a very sarcastic tone when "apologizing". If you are going to be in customer service please take a few classes. Biggest thing is be respectful of other people's time!

Jeff Driver rated it 3/5: Thank you for coming out to clean our furnace vents today. For the most part these guys did a great job. I also really appreciated that you were able to get this taken care of so quickly!
HOWEVER, as they were packing up to leave they left the large 12 inch diameter hose in our entryway and it was spewing nasty dust back inside our house from our vents and probably all of your other customers.

I screamed for them to stop and to get the hose out of our house. They never apologized for this fairly significant error. In fact, the apparently senior technician had the nerve to tell me he did not appreciate me yelling at his associate.

Guess what? I don't appreciate you pumping furnace vent waste back into my house! Please make sure to address this and train them to ensure that this does not happen to your other clients.

P.S. We did appreciate that you used plastic corner guards to protect the paint on drywall corners. However, the guards still rubbed and I will need to touch up the paint on a number of corners in our home. Maybe you could place some fabric on the inside of your corner guards to avoid this going forward!
Thida Son rated it 1/5: Terrible job, didn’t put my vents back the right away on top of that even stripped the thread on not just 1 vent but 3, so now they aren’t even on , they didn’t even bother to put all of them back on, sent a couple kids that really didn’t even seem to know what they were doing, what bothers me the most is my vents will not go back in at all anymore cause the guys drilled it in the wrong way and chose to leave it that way when we weren’t looking, noticed days after they left. Even left my water heater off. Doubt they’ll ever come fix what they damaged.

The window cleaners did good, but left about 1/4" – 1/2" of grime/dirt on the glass next to the window frames. This company should be ashamed of themselves. I contracted them to clean 2 small bathrooms and a small kitchen. I was quoted $40 per hour, and they said it will not take longer than 4 hours MAX. Which I totally agreed with, as the rooms are not very big at all and I had already cleaned a good portion of them myself.

I was charged over $300 for a job that was promised to not exceed $160. After calling to try and remedy the situation, Doug was very rude an unprofessional. He claimed that there were almost 8 hours of work billed, because there were 2 cleaners present. We never discussed 2 cleaners nor did we discuss being billed for almost 8 hours. I never agreed to those terms and would have never agreed to those terms.

He then had the audacity to tell me that I “asked them to do other things while they were there”, and that’s why it took longer??

I WASN’T EVEN AT THE PROPERTY DURING THE CLEANING! I wasn’t even in the same state!! How could I have asked them to do more things? Why would I ask them to do more things when I cleaned most of the house myself?

Extremely dishonest. Do not use this company. Shameful.

I found Paragon cleaning online and contacted Jesus. He very professionally and patiently answered all my questions about the services offered and accommodated my request for cleaning on a Saturday. I was happy to know that the company is insured, bonded and have worker's compensation. The cleaner Alejandra did a terrific job cleaning the apartment spick and span and was very fast and efficient. Long story short- the property manager inspected our apartment and commented that it looked really clean for a 5 year tenancy and we would get our entire security deposit back! So thankful to Jesus and the team for doing a great job and enabling us to have a stress-free move-out. Jesus is communicative and down-to-earth and I felt reassured that we were in good hands. Also it's reasonably priced and I would absolutely recommend Paragon to anyone who wants a trusted professional cleaning service. I would not hesitate to hire them for future cleaning of my home.

Worth hiring Superior Cleaners! They had great communication prior and the day of our service. We needed a quick appointment in the same week of contacting them and they were able to make it happen. Would definitely recommend!
Jane Griffin rated it 1/5: Used this cleaning company because you can book online and they don’t require a in home estimate before cleaning, I work a lot and don’t have time for it. I booked them on the only day I had available (found it strange that they don’t give you an estimate when you book) and received and email and text saying someone would show up between 8 and 12 to clean. I cleared my morning and waited for someone to show up, no one ever did, I got no text or phone call saying they would be late even though I knew that they had my number as they sent me 2 confirmation texts. After 1 I did get a text, but it was just asking if I wanted a weekly or one time cleaning and when I expressed my annoyance that they did not show up when they were supposed to there was no apology or response.

Our house needed a LOT of help to get ready for the holidays. Danielle responded to my inquiry very quickly and is always easy to get in contact with. She and her team are incredibly professional from the very first time you interact with them. During the walk through they were very thorough and up front about how they would clean some of the tougher spots and how long the whole project would take. They did a fantastic job!!!! There were a couple things they couldn’t get to in time and offered to come back and finish up – complimentary! Bottom line: Danielle is so easy to work with and does amazing work. We will definitely only be using Diamond Deluxe for our cleaning needs in Dubuque!

Fabiola Rivera rated it 1/5: Talked to them on the phone to confirm a walkthrough and when I sent an email to provide my address and to confirm the details I never got an answer back. The day of the walkthrough comes and I wake up with a cancellation email with no explanation. We tried calling all morning but no one answered until 7pm in the afternoon saying that no payment for the walkthrough was received. We never got any clear communication as to where to meet or when/where to pay. We were relying on this service before our move out date and they dropped the ball on us last minute. Hopefully they will be more clear and responsive with new clients in the future.
