I also heard them making fun of my children’s photos on the wall in MY MOTHERS HOUSE. So unprofessional I'm very disgusted and disappointed. Next time I’ll do my research into PROFESSIONAL cleaning companies. We need HELP not the opinions of unprofessional and incompetent employees that judge and don’t even do it right. Definitely reporting them too.

I like to get deep cleaning once every few months to ensure the low ( base boards) and high ( ceiling fans, shelves, and windows) areas are dust free. I was very explicit as to what I was looking for and was assured the tasks would be completed. When I arrived home the first thing I noticed was the cushions on the sofa were not touched, visually my house did not look clean. I then proceed to check the baseboards and window seals finding dust on baseboard ceiling fans and high window ledges. There was hair that does not belong to me or anyone in my family on the floor, soap scum left in both bathrooms, and food on the back splash in the kitchen. I instantly reached to the company explaining my dissatisfaction and emailing them phots. They responded with a $25.00 refund but not even 25% of the cleaning services I was promised was completed. I do not recommend this company because of quality of work and lack of respect for clients. For reference I was charged $361.90 for this.

I called in to get a quote and they dispatched Ashley to service the property. The Airbnb was ready with the exception of the cleaning needed. Ashley wasn't expected to make beds, wash sheets nor towels or wash dirty dishes. I had enough trust in Ashley to leave her alone to complete the tasks. The next day, I came back to inspect the work, and noticed that Ashley had done a poor job at cleaning the floors. This was extremely upsetting as this was the majority of job that she was hired to to do.

My mother had dealt with one of the techs a few times. Lack of professionalism on the part of the owner.

I had my neighbor suggest this business and when he invited me in, I noticed it smelled from the work that hd taken place. Then he told me of how they left the carpet wet for a day with no recourse to fix the issue.

30 min late. 1 hour spent in small restroom still missed details of toilet. The kitchen: Inside stove wasn’t done. Freezer wasn’t detailed. Cabinets. Countertops. Window pane not cleaned. Person Had to be reminded of sweep & mop that was included in basic clean.she was not even asked to do the bedrooms! It Took four hours & ultimately person only cleaned a small size restroom, the stove top & refrigerator in the kitchen, swept & mopped, dusted some stuff. Definitely DO NOT recommend sparklean maids.
They are false advertising professional cleaning & their version of detailed is not detailed because they don’t provide a list of what they will clean. So not accountable.
Fraudulent activity because they make you pay first and the cleaner stalls until you pay then leaves without the cleaning service they promised.

The house cleaning was exactly what I asked for and my carpet looks as good as new. I definately recommend this company to anyone who is looking for affordable prices and great service!!

The carpet had som stains and they were able to remove those stains as well. I will be using them for any future move-out cleanings. I haven't hired them for a regular cleaning service, but will do when I require one in my new home.

They are very good in cleaning, the husband dose fantastic work on the kitchen, my oven never looked so good and it’s hard to clean. The Owner she is detailed and will work with you on one time projects or more scheduled as well as payment.

Jane Savranevsky rated it 1/5: I did hired them to clean my house and the first time they did a good job. The second time they almost did nothing in the house. Did not clean bathrooms left dust all over and even could clean the simple tile floor. I did talk to Lupe who say she owe the company. She apologized and say she will do a good job next time or she will refund the money. When time came she was acting very aggressive. I left her a key from house but she want to be paid before service performed. I am not paying on front already have a bad experience with her. Also to be mention she or her employees disconnected security services that also rise some questions about this company. I will contact legal services about refund.

Person who responded below to my comment threatened to call the police because I refused to pay for services that were not completed. Payment was made to her regardless for the mess that was left. So I strongly do not recommend this company at all!
