I usually go for a general clean, but since we had so much paint done to our house I wanted a service that does deep clean to get rid of the paint dust from the sanding off the floors and furniture. I reached out to two Maids and a mop. 2 women came to clean, they were friendly and worked around my dog. Since this was the first time I paid for a deep cleaning, I didn't really notice a difference between a deep clean and a general clean. There were still some stains and dust on the bathroom walls and some parts of the carpet were not vacuumed. When they left I also noticed my rugs were not vacuumed or dusted off since they still had the paint dust on them. Also I noticed behind the toilets were not cleaned and calcium build up in the shower. I think next time just pay for a general cleaning, since there wasn't a difference between the two except the price (plus a tip).
UPDATE: I was immediately reached out by two maids and a mop. They sent someone out to fix any areas I noticed not cleaned. She did an amazing job and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you so much!

Next, on a Monday morning, I was able to schedule a deep cleaning (for 3 people on their crew!) for Wednesday, which was actually moved up to Tuesday because they had an opening.
The crew showed up promptly at 8am, and worked furiously until 12:30ish, with the Field Supervisor (another) Kathryn showing up to jump in and help with the clean. Everyone was kind, hard working, and thorough. The toilets looked like brand new when they were done, and they removed 15+ years of dust like experts!

I was more than impressed, and you will be, too.
Thanks for doing such great work, and for being a great company with excellent customer service. It's rarer and rarer these days, so well done!

Their attention to detail is what I appreciate the most, they clean my home as I would (if I had the energy and stamina) pure perfection!!

When paying $255 for a deep clean one would at least expect the microwave to be clean. When I called to explain the areas missed the best the company could offer me was the same exact team to come back out. Number one I don’t want the same people back in my house after complaining about them and second they didn’t speak English so how was I going to explain to them what I wanted???? Pictures were sent to the company office and I never got a response back. Totally unacceptable.

I hired Beehive come clean the carpets in my new house before I moved in. Everything appeared great except for a stain that was still left by the back patio door. I messaged Beehive to make them aware of this missed section and requested that they correct this. I received a message back stating they would come back to clean this for an additional $75 "pet treatment" charge.

I informed them that this house does not, nor has it ever, had pets in it. I have been in contact with the previous (and only other prior) owner of this home. They did not have any pets in the house. That stain was merely dirt tracked in from the outside. Beehive insisted multiple times that it was a pet stain.

After telling them once again that it could not possibly be a pet stain, they changed their story. Apparently the previous owners has also hired Beehive to come clean the carpets back in January, and they believe that after two attempts at cleaning it, that stain wont come out.

Well, I decided to take a pass at it with some Resolve spray and a little elbow grease. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.
Jayne King rated it 1/5: They don’t know what deep clean is. I had to ask them to clean the ceiling fans and when they mopped they mopped around the area rugs on the floor wouldn’t even pick them up to mop under them. They just did the minimum basic’s.

Krishnadoss Parthasarathy rated it 1/5: Arizona All Star Cleaning is a total RIP OFF AND A SCAM. One cleaner took 3 hours to clean a tiny bath room and bath room cleaning was still continuing. First three hours, only rest rooms were cleaned;not even the two rest rooms cleaning were NOT complete. So, I needed the STOP the work and let them leave my property. When I asked how many hours it would take to complete the whole house cleaning, the owner's response was "I DON'T KNOW" and started making negative comments about by house. The work was EXTREMLY EXTREMLY SLOW because of $95 hourly rate. Very unprofessional, rude and rip off. NEVER get ripped off by this company.

LESSONS LEARNED:

Before starting the work, ask "How many hours it would take to clean this house"?

If the answer is "I DON'T KNOW", reject the work and find some other professional cleaner because the professional cleaning companies give quote based the the area and # of rooms.

I expected Arizona All Star to show up and put it about an hours effort as other carpet cleaning services do. But to my surprise they were there for a little over 3hours. I'll admit that my carpet needed a little TLC but it was nice to see that Arizona All Star Cleaning took pride in their work and made sure the job was done right!

Expert Cooling rated it 5/5: Okay… that guy that left the neg feed back must have been talking about some other company, Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning has been out to my place three times, and i have raised 4 kids on that family carpet you see below and BELIEVE ME it did not look like this before Brian and Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning came here this morning…. I wish that i had snapped a before pic before he got here because it was hammered with stains right where i took the pic. Brian uses a unique cleaning/extraction attachment that i have never seen before… and quite honestly surprises me each time he cleans our carpets. So i saw the neg feed back and thought,,, that's "really not cool" because every time i have had Arizona All Star Carpet Cleaning and Brian into my home i have been very happy with the quality workman ship and the lasting results, so as a service business owner my recommendations of 5 stars are few.

j welivar rated it 5/5: We found Arizona All Star Cleaning by chance after a bike ride in our neighborhood. They were working on our neighbors house, so we stopped and asked them to come by. After a discussion with Brian, we decided to have our carpets cleaned and the laminate flooring done as well. With 3 cats in the house, the carpets were looking a bit dingy, but after Brian did his magic the carpets look great. The next day he came and cleaned the laminate. The floors look amazing! They are much brighter and shiny after he was done and floors dried.
Brian completed the work when he said he would and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Arizona All Star Cleaning and I'm sure we'll be seeing Brian again!

They also offer a whole-house deep clean if you need it. We have used their window-cleaning service as well. The maids are professional and I’ve never had a problem with any of them.
