While we agreed to be placed on the wait list during the busy, blocked-out holiday season, Abby kept in touch with us and made a way for our home to be deep-cleaned before Christmas. Her friendly, natural professionalism during the walk through gave us total confidence our concerns and preferences would be addressed. And they were! Amanda and Ashley blessed our home with a deep, deep clean and shine just as communicated through Abby, and gave us cleaning surprises we are still finding as well! They got us so caught up, we look forward to monthly N&C visits now.

They paid attention to baseboards and windows, air vents, and doors- all of those things that I don’t get around to often enough. The women were all friendly and respectful, and they were WORKING. It was amazing how much they got done. I’m finally going to get set up with regular service so I can enjoy this feeling more often!

My wife specifically asked if they would wash walls and baseboards, along with dusting light fixtures and ceiling fans. She was assured they would do all of that. She made sure they would wash the walls and baseboards because we wanted to paint everything before completely moving in. Again, she was assured that would be done. The maids were very friendly, but did not clean the walls or baseboards well. Seems like they just lightly dusted everything, which is not helpful when the wall is actually dirty and needs scrubbing. I had to clean up everything myself before painting. There were also cobwebs in all the corners of the baseboards. I am extremely disappointed with how everything turned out. I was charged $120 for almost 2 hours of light dusting. I will not be using this service again. Prior to writing this review, my wife has tried to reach out to the owner by leaving two messages. Still have not received a response.

They employed very young people that really didn’t know what they were doing. Each week had some sort of drama. To top it off they sent me a girl that was just five days post-Covid and I got COVID from her. Jackie, the manager was rude and hateful to me. Months after I no longer used them they sent me a large invoice of supposedly missed payments that I have receipts for. I contacted them and let them know, but they continued to send me the same invoice. I found much better cleanings and customer service from another company.

Katie came right on time and worked continuously for hours until all was sparkling clean. She used her own products and vacuum (obviously a good one, you could see how truly well the carpets were cleaned). She was throughout and profesional in her work, and we certainly will use her service again.

The girl did do a good job with the kitchen and the main living room, but then it seemed kind of like she forgot about the rest of the house. The bathroom vent was not cleaned, the top of the shower door not cleaned, our light fixtures and tops of doors were left dusty, my bedroom fan was not cleaned along with my dresser and lamps in my room. She did clean the fan in the other bedroom, so I’m not sure if she just forgot or what?
I gave three stars because she was nice and did a good job on the kitchen. It was definitely not a $236 clean. She did ask my husband if he wanted to look around, but my husband was busy with our newborn so he couldn’t.. so it is partially our fault for not catching this stuff before she left, but at the same time it’s not really our job to point out these very obvious things. I do feel that their bi-weekly cleaning is a fair price if they are able to clean all what they say they’re going to.

Gary did reach out and offer to send her back to clean these things for free, so that was very kind. So I do feel their customer service is good, which is why I gave them more stars.

Magically, after they left the rings were gone. One person spent at least 2 1/2 hours on my kitchen, which was pretty clean to begin with. Thank you Cory and Colby. Would definitely recommend.

Left things dirty behind and use the same sponge in every house they go to. The lady is very rude and will just hang up on you when you’re trying to talk to her about the poor quality of cleaning. I have cameras so this was all caught on camera. Awful people and awful business!!
