Starting with the initial consultation with Cody. What was expected to be a dreadful experience, ended up being a great experience. Cody was through and helpful, covering every aspect of each option. We never felt any pressure to purchase one unit over another. Instead he covered the units available and recommended the more affordable option as the primary choice. After patiently answering all of our questions, we felt confident in the system we purchased.

The next step was the installation. Which was amazingly two days after we met with Cody. Keith was our primary installer. He arrived on time and was a complete professional with every aspect of the removal and installation. Within less than 8 hours, Keith and his assistant had the old system completely removed and the new units in and running. He made sure we knew how to operate our new thermostat as well as showing us his to replace the new air filter when needed.

Thank to the crew at Maeser for making every aspect of this process enjoyable.

Through the Home Depot Referral program, I got connected to Maeser for a 80-Gal Hybrid Water Heater replacing (2) 40-Gal electric heaters and Water Softener System. They were able to come out and provide an estimate that was spot on to what we paid when they were done. No surprises, no guess work.
An unforeseen issue arose, and Tech Joe H. was able to fill in sight unseen. Came in on the day of the scheduled work assessed his needs for the job and was able deliver results. Joe was very clear and communicated multiple times throughout the work he was doing. Considerate that we had 3 young children in the house during the work notified us when vapors may become too strong so we could plan accordingly. This level of care and consideration is far beyond what most technicians display. High regards to Maeser for being able to get out as fast as they did and 10 stars for Joe H. who provided above par support during the work performed.

To the scheduler, the work performed was WAY more than 4 hours to complete and I knew that based on 4 other quotes we'd received. 2-day job completed in 8 working ours (not including the Wearhouse run). For all the work done, this was incredible timing.

William Vincent and his helper showed up the next day gave a quote and they replaced the water heater the next week. Everyone was professional and courteous from start from the phone call to the finished job. William Vincent was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and trustworthy. Completed the job in a couple of hours of replacing the water heater. They will be called again for my plumbing needs.

Within minutes of their call Mr. Flatt arrived. He entered our home wearing shoe coverings to keep our home clean. He showed me the price of the service before proceeding, which I agreed to pay. It didn’t take him long to unclog our sink and clean the bathroom area where he worked. I was able to pay with a credit card and he immediately sent a receipt to my email account. I was very impressed with his work, so I asked him to give me some estimates to fix other items in our home we intend to get fixed at a later date. He promptly
sent me those estimates as well. I was very pleased with Mr. Flatt’s professionalism and will ask for him personally for future repairs.

He was patient with our questions. He offered a few options for our next steps and walked us through the process.

Edit: Since Tim's visit, we have had a new furnace, water heater, and air conditioner installed. The teams that came out to the installation over a period of three days were SPECTACULAR! Every single one of them. I want to especially call out Zack who was so informative and patient with us. I would like to call out one of the guys who installed our water heater. (I wish I knew his name. He was a young guy, with dark hair and tattoos.) He was so informative, professional, and went above and beyond.

He was courteous and professional, took time to fully diagnose our system and discovered the problem. He explained it to me in easy to understand detail. A few days later their office called to inform me the parts were in and they could install the next day. Andy called to let me know he was on the way, arrived promptly, performed the necessary repair, checked to make certain all was working properly. Overall, I was very pleased with Allgeier Air and Andy's work. There were no surprises. Everything was prompt and courteous, the cost was reasonable, communication was excellent, and the repairs made a noticeable improvement.

The only reason they got a three is the maintenance schedule. About 2 months after it was installed they already wanted to do the first free clean and check. Although I didn't use it the whole two months. I feel it should be after a full year and you use it through the first set of seasons before they basically clean a brand new unit.

When the inspector first arrived he was without the tools he needed. He said he had left them at a previous job but would be back to complete our appointment. He soon returned (less than 20 minutes later) and walked my daughter and me through everything he did. I felt as though he was thorough and did a great job. The one thing we didn't know was that we had to pay for the filter and the inspector said we could be billed for it. This was not his fault but I think a scheduler should have made us aware of the additional cost. The amount of time he took to complete this was reasonable and he was extremely professional.

Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he did say he and his family had moved to the US from another country and would be US citizens within the next couple of years. You can tell the amount of pride he had in not only his work, but the fact that he would be a US citizen soon. That made me happy for him and his family.

The only reason for the 4 stars is because he forgot his tools. Other than that he provided 5-star service.

Not to mention how great the membership is! I can’t believe someone will be out to my house twice a year to service my HVAC system and make sure things are running well. What a GREAT program. I’m sure I’ll get so much more life out of my system now. I cannot recommend KLM more!!

Josh was very friendly and professional, he definitely took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace unit. I also appreciated that he was up-front with pricing for parts and labor.
carol craig rated it 5/5: It's a Friday, my furnace is making noises and blowing cold air. I didn't know what to do. In a panic, I called KLM and was greeted with a sweet, kind young lady. She could get someone there in 2 hours, a competitor couldn't diagnosis it until next week. It's going to be in single digits next week, I couldn't wait without heat that long. KLM's rep (Michael) called me within minutes, he was on his way! Michael explained the problem in detail and a way I understood. I ask many questions. He was patient, knowledgeable, understanding and went out of his way to do everything possible to have my unit working, even checked the humidifier, vent noises and made sure my house was heating properly along with the thermostat. As a Senior Citizen on a Social Security budget, Michael explained the bill making the cost affordable for me, which helped tremendously. I can't thank KLM enough for Michael and all the staff. You have made a difference. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. You are greatly appreciated. It's nice to know there are still businesses and a staff who care about doing things right. From the first phone call, I felt as if I was important and you cared about my situation. Now I can sleep with a toasty home and a comfort knowing it will still be working. He has been out several times in the past few years for routine service or problems we’ve experienced. Each time he resolves any issues we’ve had and helps us find ways to maximize our system. Awesome service both times!
Showed up on time after great communication and only an hour after I called telling them my furnace not working.
Technician did not try to sell anything extra, just replaced a broken part. Gave me some advice on better maintenance on equipment for longer life.
They did same thing last year when my A/C stoped working.
I’m very happy and very satisfied, highly recommend.

KaymoJohnson rated it 1/5: I have an ac unit that, on its own, isn't capable of cooling my 2nd story apartment when its 80+ degrees. Wright Mechanical sent a tech out to my apartment unit who reported to property management that my unit is fine and working normally. They made sure to tell property management about the days I turned the ac off when I'm at work, but made sure not to inform them about the days I left the ac on and got the same results. The tech told me that in an hvac duct ventilation system, air leaks ARE NOT an issue, which the tech made sure not to inform property management about. Which just isn't true. The tech also failed to mention, to property management, the damaged open area where my filter is supposed to go. Unprofessional and dishonest. Property management used the report by Wright Mechanical to force me to pay for the inspection, which wouldn't have been a problem had the fixed any of the issues.

They came back on six different occasions for issues related to the installation. On the last visit I was charged $150 to replace a part that had been broken as a direct result of their technician breaking it. I am very disappointed in this company!
