As of mid-January 2023, management has been in contact with us and they have inspected work that was performed by their employees (1/12/23); they have rectified all known plumbing issues (1/20/23). Unfortunately, the excessive drywall damage and damage to washing machine is our expense. I modified review from 1-star to 3-star.

Not true! We have used Hiller in the past and have been pleased with their service. Hiller had done their annual plumbing inspection and never once stated their concern with the NIBCO, Inc. piping until the last leak occurred. After research, we discovered that there was a class action settlement against the manufacturer (NIBCO, Inc.). We knew the plumbing had to be replaced. We contracted Hiller to re-plumb our home thus removing the NIBCO, Inc. PEX piping. Numerous requests have been made for senior management to contact us to no avail. Not all of the NIBCO tubing was replaced, unnecessary drywall removal/damage, excessive drywall cutting, drywall debris left on top of upper cabinets, damage to top of front load washing machine & the list goes on! Please note, I only attached photos from one room…the laundry room. Now multiply that damage to three bathrooms and a kitchen.

We were uncertain and thus had to sleep in severe conditions while we considered ARS proposal. 2 mornings later my boss' AC company came out, replaced capacitor, told me motor looked fine, then charged me less than $200. I feel the ARS estimate was bogus and they owe me refund, yet they will not refund my money (contrary to their advertising on radio and internet). Be very wary of these guys.

Everytime I call ARS to come service they reschedule me at least once, this time I have been rescheduled 4 times, this has left my animals, my child and myself without a cool home for 2 weeks. The multiple times they have come out they did little things that "should fix it", which never does.. I have never had worse customer service from anywhere.

She told me I would receive a phone call that evening 30-45 minutes before the repair was to be done. 9pm rolled on by and I called to see what was going on. Mind you the first time I called was around noon.
Now I receive word that the person who booked me, over booked the schedule and I wouldn’t be able to get a repair until tomorrow. There are several things wrong here, which probably went unaddressed. I could have had another of the 1000 HVAC repair men in my area to come fix what took the man 5 whole minutes to fix. I was swindled into a year long contract to boot. To top it off, the repair man was scheduled to be out at 8-12am. Here we are at 1130 and I haven’t received that “promised” 30-45 minute phone call regarding his arrival. The person on the phone promised I would be the first in line for the morning schedule. So for my review, I’d give this a 1/5. I would give a zero, because the repair took 5 minutes and the part cost 15$ on Amazon. They wound up costing me over 400$ and the headache that went with it. Not to mention my dog almost died, it’s the middle of the summer.

I was given a arrival time over the phone of between 2-5pm. but we were pleasantly surprised that our technician arrived only about an hour or so after we made our service call, He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The job was done quickly and we were going again worry free. It was pretty expensive for what was done I think, but it was a Saturday call and I they were out here promptly and got the job done, so I am overall very pleased with them and will use them again in the future.

They actually show up and they say they’re going to show up and the techs have all been professional. Just got my semiannual service done by Kevin and he did a great job. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and knew what he was doing.
Dennis rated it 4/5: we have used this company, with excellent service, for over a decade…however, had some issues with the latest service—the installation of a new unit. first of all, the call center did not send a text or make a phone call to let me know installation team was on the way…secondly, the installation team apparently cut a hole in the refrigerant line and a second person had to come and repair it and set up the thermostat. Upon arrival he finally figured out the installation team crossed wires at the HVAC and at the thermostat. He worked hard and for about 3 hours getting everything to work properly and did a wonderful job. Kudos to the serviceman last on the scene (Shannon I think was his name). He deserves recognition for his hard work and dedication to satisfying the customer.

Because there was no main breaker on the box, I feared the worst, that it blew the box itself.
I called Lee Company at 2:30 and even though it was last minute, they were able to get a service person to the house by 6pm.
The coordinator I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and understanding. She listened and tried to get us taken care of as soon as possible.
When Henry arrived, he was able to diagnose and solve the problem very quickly, and he was also extremely professional and kind.
I would 100% use them for future issues and would recommend them for anyone needing quality, professional electrical work!

A project manager came out and made a quote to replace the unit and give us credit for the repair work that was done. The furnace was installed the next day in just four hours. The whole experience with Lee employees was great. All were very professional and personable. A pleasure working with them
Reggie E rated it 5/5: Lee did HVAC annual maintenance. Service attendant noticed I did not have any float switches in the pan that catches the water. Another company installed the HVAC 2yrs ago because my old system froze and melted and the water went everywhere. They didn’t tell me about needing float switches that shut-off the system if the pan was full to prevent water going everywhere, the whole reason they were installing a new system to begin with.
Thank you, Lee Company for alerting me to the need for float switches and installing them for me as well as a back up switches. You’ve done much for my condo in the last 12 months, including fixing closet shelve that fell, Installing 2 toilets to replace 2 I knew were going bad for last 3years, and fixing patio outlet that has not worked correctly since I moved in, plus other minor odd jobs and great tips and advice!

I Truly appreciate all the preventative maintenance, as well as repairs. This single Lady is much appreciative of your services and their affordability and never feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Thanks Lee!!!

He set a follow up appointment for two days later to replace a section of pipe. He completed that repair very quickly. We were left very pleased with the professionalism and speed of Sean with Lee Company.
Dede Hayes rated it 1/5: BEWARE RIPOFF RIPOFF RIPOFF, this company should be ashamed of themselves. A technician from the company just came to my home to give me a quote on connecting a gas line. After being underneath my home for five minutes he quickly determined that it was moisture under my home. The technician has to come inside my home and go through a crawl space which is aligned with encapsulation. Little did he know that I had another company to come out the day before and everything was great. I just wanted to compare quotes and go with the best and most fair quote. I was told that I would get my quote right away and the technician left and said he would have to send someone else out to take a look. Needless to say I am out of a $79 for someone from this company to come to my home to try and rip me off to make the company more money. If you are looking for a trustworthy company, look elsewhere.

Spoke with Stephanie this morning to ask for a service call as a new customer after having repeated issues with my previous repair group. She happily helped schedule me in and explained the process so I was informed.

Got a call from Mark (along with an email with his pic and notice he was on the way) and told me he was headed to me. I explained our issue and showed him what was going on and within minutes, he identified the root cause which had not been done 4 previous times. After 30 minutes of work and checking to make sure his analysis was right, the issue was fixed and I had pics of what he did and another issue he found while he was looking.

Attention to detail is what service is all about and that's what we got, Service! Give them a call today! I guarantee you I'll use them from now on.

kevin guice rated it 5/5: My AC stopped working on a hot day (98 degrees). After troubleshooting, I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the unit so I called Jewell. They sent their on call mechanic Tim. Tim called me within 10 minutes of me calling the office line. He gave me an ETA. He arrived promptly and was able to replace my capacitor fairly quickly. He did a great job explaining the issue and remediation effort. He was in an out timely. I highly recommend Jewell. Very professional and timely service. Thanks Tim.

I was able to get an appointment in reasonable time.
The phone reps were courteous and efficient.
