They did not have the nerve to even tell us. This was an expensive job over $10K and they billed us the total amount. We eventually got $2K refund after a lot of back and forth. We won't be using them again. This could have ended differently if they had the courtesy to inform us- it's clear they knew as there is evidence they tried to fix it. Very unprofessional.

2 days later, Bill S. and his helper, Mike, came out and removed my 50+year old, 100amp electrical service and upgraded it to a new, Square D, 200amp service. They brought my electrical system up to code. They were prepared for the job, had a fully stocked van, were professional, efficient and methodical during the installation. They installed everything very neatly correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. NOTHING was too much trouble. I would recommend this company to anyone.

The floor tiling and installation of the under-tile heating mats was done by the flooring company but we needed an electrician to run a dedicated circuit from the breaker panel and down the hall to the bathroom, install the thermostat for the system, and run the wires from the floor heating system up to the thermostat, and connect everything up correctly.
Our technician Chris was super professional, efficient, and worked neatly and quietly and with attention to detail. Patched up the places where wall cuts were needed, cleaned everything up nicely, a terrific job. Chris and the team at Gen3 made the entire experience easy and smooth. Highly recommend!

Michael came out the same day of my first call and determined that the sizing of everything was appropriate for our house. So we scheduled their repair guys to come out two days later and they determined the units needed to be replaced. Michael provided us with several options which included information on rebates and tax credits. We made a selection that week and scheduled installation for early the next week. The same repair techs came out and installed everything in one day, removed the old equipment, and cleaned up everything. After install, Michael submitted our information to PECO for the rebates. Very professional from sales to install.
My only complaint is their advertising of 0% interest financing. We looked through the financing options and they all had fees and additional costs that would have made the overall cost about an extra $1k. Something to take into consideration, if you need to finance the work.

My central A/C unit is long gone, so there was no reason to keep the coil. Green Heating and Cooling came out and they were able to remove the coil and rebuild the duct above the heater with sheet metal. Everything looks good and we have flowing heat again.

Out of all the companies I've called for anything I've needed in the greater Philadelphia area, this has been the only one that had professional, friendly, educational, timely, communicative and modernized service.

It was easy to get a hold of them. Every step of the way we were informed of the process and our options. They came quickly and on time to diagnose our problem and let us know our furnace had died essentially. It wasn't worth the repair. They were able to get us in earlier to have our oil furnace removed and put in an electric heat pump when someone rebooked their appointment.

Their team came out on one of the coldest days so far and did a great job! They came back to finish up and we now have a wonderful new system which is more efficient, quieter, and cleaner than the old one.

They texted and called when they were going to be here and any other information we needed to know. Office is coordinated in emailing receipts and filing your registration of your new product. They even gave us numbers for oil tank removal (since we no longer have an oil furnace) and solar panel services when we asked.

I appreciate the hard work everyone did and definitely will receive maintenance services from them in the future even after our 1 year labor contract runs out. If I need them for any other reason I will call them. I will also recommend them to the people I know!

He totally understood what we were trying to do in terms of appearance, but also gave us a system that made our house so much more comfortable. The installation team (Louis, Andrew, Juan, Carlos) did a great job and continued the approach of providing a top-notch cooling system while minimizing the impact to our house. Over the phone he was very upfront with the pricing (no one else could do that), and was able to explain everything that would need to be done to diagnose and fix my AC . He was completely transparent with every detail, and when he arrived to fix the AC he explained every single thing that he was doing, practically training me on HVAC repair. He was extremely thorough, did not rush the job, and fixed my problem. I highly recommend Mr. Daniels to anyone, and I am glad I used his service. Five stars.

They were able to come out first thing this morning and fixed it very quickly. He explained every step to me as he did it and even gave me some good maintenance tips when he was done. Comparable pricing to other companies with a much faster service/response time. I will definitely call them next time I have an HVAC need!

I had an issue with my heater where it wasn’t turning on (and it was getting very cold in my house) and Frank came out right away and addressed the problem. While he was there he serviced the unit and ran some tests to help me understand some of the underlying issues with an old HVAC system. Frank reminds of an old school technician that’s very knowledgeable and dependable, which is hard to find these days! Trust in TrustCo

The good: Tech keeps appointments, texts ETA, air cond worked all summer; heat seems to work, but winter will tell.

The bad : Permanently smelly house. Whether HVAC is on or off.
10 days after Trustco finished, problems began: gas leak, air leaks, jammed air filter, lawnmower level noise (which even TrustCo said "had to be annoying"), short cycling, moisture seepage, condensation on evaporator coil.

Trustco is responsive, but ineffective. Other HVAC companies looked at this install, then ghosted. One company said the moisture seepage could be because the furnace is not level.

22 years ago I had new HVACs installed. Had ZERO problems until condenser went last year. My old installer doesn't do Philly any more. TrustCo online rating is higher than that old company.

Expensive way to learn online ratings mean nothing. I'm writing this review in my permanently smelly house. I lost 15 pounds from stress.

I was so confident TrustCo was a good choice. Maybe their strength is repairs. YMMV.

JUMPER JUMP rated it 1/5: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Got my appointments cancelled twice in the very last minutes. Wasted my day off, commuting cost and time. THEY DON"T CARE. Expect the closest appointment like 2-3 weeks from your call. No way to get anything earlier. Cancellation without any real reasons. If you need someone who values your schedule and time. Find someone else. Just terrible terrible business you don't want to deal with.
