I paid around $1000 to get two outlets installed (lol I know, but I was sure that because it was expensive and a well known company I wouldn’t get myself in a bad position in case something went wrong, that there was assurance to fix a potential problem). So the guy came, didn’t take long at all to install the outlets, and when it was done the drywall was caved in and it looks terrible. No offer to fix it or discount me, and my boyfriend was the one who paid him because I was sick in bed which is a problem in itself that he let a man who is obviously not me ‘okay’ it when I’m the one who paid for it. (I was also annoyed with my boyfriend for this but you know how men are- he had the attitude of ‘I can fix it’ and it didn’t happen like that because of the complexity of the damage). So now I have to get someone else out here to fix it, causing me more time and money, when I thought since I was going through a ‘reputable’ business this wouldn’t have happened in the first place, or they would at least be on top of fixing this for me. Who walks away from work they did that they aren’t proud to show? Obviously these people. Everyone else who values their work doesn’t leave the job with something looking bad. Imagine if your contractor, wedding planner, even hairdresser does that. I chose to go with a bigger company than a small one or an independent worker because I figured it would have meant their business standard would be higher.

I chose Parker and Sons due to many five star reviews and their long-term partnership with Costco. After making an appointment, "Adam" came to our house and made recommendations and estimated a replacement cost for our HVAC system. Adam is experienced and professional. He answered our questions and found the perfect system for us. He promised installation within 48 hours. Adam handled all the paper for product registration, rebates from APS and Costco and all other documentation. All I had to do was sign the contract and Adam did the rest. On our appointment date, the installers, "Rito" and "Jesse" arrived exactly on time at 7am. The entire HVAC system was installed in about 8 hours. Rito and Jesse were courteous and professional at all times. Our units and parts were delivered on schedule, Noise and dust were minimal and clean-up was amazing. By looking at our house afterwards, you'd never know we had a major project completed. Our system works perfectly and we're 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Parker & Sons.

Tyler and Freddie were awesome technicians who seemed like experts at putting our chandelier, pendant lights, and coach lights outside. We mistakenly believed we could do this ourselves but seeing how hard the Parker and Sons technicians worked to make it perfect and left no stone unturned we will be repeat customers. The price that they charged was worth every penny knowing that my lighting fixtures were installed perfectly! 10/10!

We had called for an appointment today because our gas bill had been much higher than past years and there seemed to be an issue with the heat. Joe was our tech and had the issue diagnosed with multiple fixes to address it in less than two hours. On top of that, he was so patient and kind to our dog, and was fun to talk to! He is now our preferred tech and we are so appreciative of him and of Goettl for getting someone out to us so quickly. He even gave our dog a toy when our dog training appointment accidentally came at the same time as him being here!

Covered with plastic all the shutters and openings to the rest of the house. We’re very respectful of personal items. Completed the job early. Definitely call them for any plumbing needs.

When Q came out, we felt we were in good hands right away. He was knowledgeable, professional and straightforward. He was also very personable and showed great pride in his company. We felt he was very truthful and that is hard to find if you don’t believe in your product and know you work for a reputable company.
Q walked us through what we needed. Tyler was extremely helpful in financing our purchase. Dustin and his crew who came out to install did a great job. They were respectful of my son and I who work at home, and worked so hard… especially in the attic where I know it was over 100+ degrees up there.
It’s only Day 1 with our new system, but we are very happy customers so far!

Goettl consistently offers quality services at a fair price, the service men are always professional and respectful of your home. My in-laws had to be out of the house today so I was at their home while Goettl cleaned the ducts. Daniel and Tano were a great team. They communicated well, did a thorough job and didn’t leave a mess which is always appreciated after a dusty clean out. Would 10/10 recommend.

Bill Bonney rated it 4/5: All in all good experience with Goettl in Mesa AZ on a new AC. AC went out and I had a couple people out to give me an estimate. Unfortunately all companies quoted the repair at around 8k so I figured it was time to get a new one. Goettl was on the higher side for a new unit but I felt like the unit they were selling was a slightly higher quality. Plus they said they could get started on it same day. Seeing as it's AZ in the summer that was a huge plus side to me. I was also impressed with the customer service both from the technician and the team that did the install. The install team (Geno & Omar) were very professional and communicated well with me. They also did a great job cleaning up and taking care in my house.

Frank Rivera rated it 5/5: Absolutely outstanding! Our AC unit was not operating correctly and we called Hobaica as per a recommendation. The service tech, Scott Dale, visited us today, and his service and repairs were fantastic. He fully explained the situation with pictures, gave us his recommendations, which did include replacing the unit (it is 12 years old), but it was not pushed at us at all.
He let us know that our capacitor was leaking, but working at manufacturing specs and that all other parts of our AC system were running well. So he gave us several options on what we could do along with all the possible warranties, and we decided to go with one of his recommendations. Scott replaced our capacitor, showed pictures of the replacement, recommended we clean our filter, and we are all set to go!!

Incredibly honest professional service at a great price!! Thank you Scott and Hobaica!!

Ronnie was such a tremendous help during the entire process. Not only did he provide great customer service but he also went above and beyond to help me understand what exactly was going on with our unit, explained the warranty coverage, future maintenance for the unit and the options available to get the unit serviced. He was also able to get a technician to come to our house right away.
Ryan was the technician who came out and he too was very pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and patient. He made a few adjustments to the unit and provided a very thorough explanation of the work he completed as well as next steps.

I am beyond grateful for Ronnie, Ryan and the Hobaica team. It is very rare to find this level of customer service anymore and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you!!

Simon was very polite,professional and knowledgeable. Helped us make our decision easier. He made sure that they do job ASAP before holidays even it was very busy month for the company(December). Sergio did great job,explained all things that he has done and stayed very late to make sure that everything is done. All i can say is God bless you and we'll be definitely recommending Hobaica to friends and family.

They were great at calling me back but the technician said he was the only one working and no one could come out. It's Phoenix and such a large and reputable company has only one technician for emergencies? I called another company and they came out within an hour and did such a great job; I don't think we will be using Hobaica again.

He started off by immediately stating that we would likely need to replace the whole unit without even checking anything. Then claimed he’s been doing HVACs for over 10 years and then proceeded to spend 20 minutes on the phone with his uncle walking him through every step. I asked after some time how things were going not knowing he was still on the phone (when leaving saying don’t interrupt me when I’m on the phone), later mentioned what he found was going to be very pricey, of course I asked what the issue was and claimed it must be something inside the house but couldn’t tell me what part was the issue. I asked him if he would check that next and stated he didn’t have to because his pressure reader had told him what was wrong. Based on him being on the phone the entire time with someone walking him through the diagnosis step by step I said I might like a second opinion and immediately got aggressive and asking why I would ever want to do that since he’s extremely experienced and that he doesn’t care if I want to waste my money. He finally went to go look at the system inside (after telling me he didn’t need to) but the whole time just kept making smart remarks about how we wanted a second opinion. Also come to find out he lied about our system not being under warranty still when the system is only 5 years old which I’m certain is why we were offered “half off” repairs. I went with another company that was able to diagnose the issue in a quarter of the time it took Joey and mentioned our system is definitely still in warranty. This might be a good company with all their good reviews but I would not trust this Tech to do any kind of repairs or diagnosis. They also told us the part was on back order and would take 4-6 weeks to get. (Update: Emergency Air fixed the AC in 4 days)

They were very responsive and prompt with scheduling an appointment, and Technician Elmer provided a great quote and information without making us feel pressured. The turnaround time on the install was great, especially considering the national labor and supply chain issues, and the install team was quick, courteous, and answered all of my questions. Everyone at the company we've worked with to date has been great and very customer-service oriented. Recommended to several people already and will continue to do so, and will use for any future home issues they provide services for.

You decide yourself what you think and if you want to spend $500 for this ridiculousness. Then, they text wanting me to rate them and if Id refer them. I gave a 0. One would think they'd reach out to speak to me, but nope. Guess that it is just an illusion that they actually care about their quality of service or craftsmanship.
Just found out they installed the outlets lower than code allows. So, they have no idea what the heck they are doing and cannot provide professional sound advise to customers. You decide if you trust them to consult you.

I called to speak with someone and they will only take messages, that was Friday, still no contact from this company.

Kristi V rated it 1/5: Had Penguin Air & Plumbing replace the A/C and air handler in my home. They left the dry wall damaged as well as the floor damaged. They are repairing the dry wall, but are refusing to repair the flooring. Do not recommend. We were informed this was part of the risk. Go find another company that doesn't consider damage they cause as a risk.
Editing: appears they also installed the duct work incorrectly and tried to claim they didn’t touch it, however camera and audio picked up the technicians conversations about the duct work. Electric bill is higher with new install than from before.

Editing: claimed they scheduled a flooring person and turns out that was not scheduled. Still waiting…

I would give them more stars if I could. Andrew, the lead on our install was right on time and ready to go. He was so happy for it being 6:30 on a Saturday morning! He knew exactly what needed to be done and was so efficient; they got done much sooner than the 8-10 hours we were told it would take. The terrific workmanship is so evident when we looked at it when they were completed. George was a true craftsman. My husband was impressed at how much precision and talent was used to install the copper pipes; he previously working in HVAC knows that many times the copper pipe is twisted and stretched to make the connections, but George's work was impeccable and precise. Joe was always hustling about helping Andrew, etc. It was extra awesome that it seemed like all 3 of them were actually enjoying themselves; laughing, singing, etc. I could not say enough wonderful things about these guys, the company, etc. We used Day & Night because of their generosity to replace the A/C unit at the AZ Humane Society. But after working with Jeremy, who got our old unit fixed so that it would limp along until we got our new unit; Brian who sold us the new unit and then these guys in install…well…I have a whole different reason to adore this company! Whenever someone comes out they do a great, thorough job cleaning and explaining everything. The detailed report and photos that get emailed to us is also a big plus!
This week we have our best technician yet. GREG! I highly recommend him. Greg was kind. I felt really comfortable with him on our house. He took his time and went through everything with me. The installers were on time and got to work right away. They were professional and polite. They left everything as they found it nice and clean. After a week of enjoying our air conditioning an inspector came to see if we needed any adjustments to the air flow in each room. He checked all the work that was done, showed us how to work the thermostat and also made sure the heater will be ready when needed. They are friendly when you call into their office for anything. There will be two maintenance check within the year. The financing is reasonable. I highly recommend Day & Night Air Conditioning and Heating.

Ronald came and did the repair and got the AC working again. He was very friendly and courteous. He showed me a picture on his phone of the inside of the AC and explained what needed to be done. He did the work on my roof in extreme hot weather! He did an excellent job! Thank you, Ronald for being a lifesaver on such a hot day! I appreciated his transparency but also his integrity. He made it clear that he would do what he could to help us (selling home, AC needed repair/maintenance to meet buyer/warranty co. standard) but he also proactively said he would not lie or mislead on the report. At least with me, I had no intention of asking him to do that, but was still happy to hear that he wouldn’t compromise his integrity for more business or any reason. We’re moving so won’t be around to use them again but would highly recommend them to anyone in AZ! They obviously proved they work above board and can be trusted. Great experience!

Matt came out to assess our issues, he took precise measurements, provided options to units and financing. It was a one-stop-shop and we are grateful! On installation day, the guys, Alex, Alexandro, and Anthony showed up on time, called ahead, and went right to work. They installed two (2) units, duct work, new filter grates, thermostats, AND cleaned up within 6 hours. We are beyond grateful for all their hard work, especially in this Arizona summer heat. Desert Diamond was prompt, clear about options, not sales-y, and also had the best price by far. Normally I'm skeptical of lowest price options, but reading reviews here I decided to go for it. They were quick, thorough, and did a great job on the installation. I also had them out to clear a condensate line, and do seasonal inspections on my other 2 units. Each time they were quick to respond and send someone out, and the techs they sent were very knowledgeable and professional. Extremely happy with the service I've received, and would not hesitate to recommend DDM to anyone looking for service or replacement. Thank you!

More impressive though was that when my air handler went out on a Friday after closing and after they had just ordered the part I needed, I called and left them a voicemail on Saturday letting them know that it had completely stopped working. Even though they were closed, I received a text message within an hour of my voicemail with an update and estimate of when I would hear from them on Monday. True to their word, I received a call first thing Monday morning to update me on the part arrival.

I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them just based upon their quality work and customer service alone!

He replaced the hot water tank, circulation motor and a number of valves. His work was very detailed and meticulous. The next day when he returned to finish the job I expressed concern that something did not appear to be working correctly. Rather than dismiss my concerns, he tested out the system and found and corrected the issue. The system has been working perfectly since. I highly recommend Bo and Patrick Riley.

I have a lot of animals and Ernest noticed that I had 4 years of hair that had built up inside the closet where the system is. He went and got his wet/dry vacuum out of his truck and came back and vacuumed all of it out. I know that he didn’t have to do that and he went above and beyond. I’ve had Patrick Riley out to my home for plumbing and a/c maintenance and repairs and have always been impressed that all of their employees seem genuinely happy. I always like to see companies that fully value their hard working employees. I will continue to call Patrick Riley first every time. Thanks Ernest. 5 different companies across the spectrum. 4 of them were just trying to talk me into buying what they were selling. I went with Sun Tech because Jason wanted to teach me about whatever I was buying and why.

Everyone else just assumed that because I had to replace a 32 year old unit that all they had to do is show up. Jason and Sun Tech earned my respect and my business. Best decision I ever made.

They came out quickly, performed a thorough investigation and identified the problem within minutes. They provided a reasonable quote for their services (almost 1,000 less than the other guys) and performed the work promptly. The techs and the office staff are very professional and communicative.The office staff even worked with my warranty company to get most of the repair covered. I will only use Sun Tech going forward for my HVAC needs!
