Not only did he do his job but he gave me good insight about some plumbing I had done from a previous company and how it needed to be improved. Super friendly and helpful. There is a new manager Nick who then also came by to check on the work and make sure I was pleased with the service. I have saved the phone numbers for these guys and definitely plan to use them again.

R O rated it 5/5: Jet and Dacoda really helped out a lot for our HVAC options. I first scheduled to have an inspection since our AC won't cool past 81F summer of 2021. A tech from a different company just said our system is old and didn't provide options for repair and just wanted to sell us a new system.
I called a couple of HVAC companies in the area but only Huft came through my inquiries well, so decided to setup an appointment. Jet gave me all my options, from repair to replacement, with all pros and cons. We went with a replacement since the system we have was still back in 2000. Price is just about average from all the research I've done.

Dacoda came in the next day for the install and they made sure everything is good. Appreciate all the techs having masks and respectful of the place. Cleaned up as they finished too.

We're pretty wary about getting stuff done around our house but working with Huft's team definitely helped get those worries out of the way. From scheduling an appointment to getting all the stuff done. I would definitely work with them again for all my HVAC needs.

Matt Wobensmith rated it 1/5: I called them in September to look at replacing my boiler with new HVAC and water heater. They came out twice, the second time for an in-depth assessment, as my house has some challenges. I was assured that they understood the job, just needed to research parts and would get back to me. I never heard back. I called several times over the next few weeks. Each time was assured of a callback, so-and-so was out of the office, etc. One customer service rep assured me it was his personal mission to get me a response, but that never happened.
If you don't want a job, just say so. I was hoping to replace my heating before the cold season. That isn't going to happen now. I know it is going to be a challenge to find someone to do this job. However, ghosting customers is bad business. I almost never write reviews but this treatment is disrespectful. No excuse.

I decided to get a second opinion and called jaguar for a free estimate. Mark my technician told me my system is clean but would just need a new control board. No guarantee but he advised me he’d roll the dice.
Calling jaguar was the smartest move I’ve made as a home owner. The bill was $1,800 NOT $26,000. My wife is happy, I’m happy. We will be customers for life 🙂

I called in Aug/Sept during the heat wave when it broke once again for myself and my renters. 10 days of 100° heat. I still have no AC or heat and it's January. I called in December with no message back. And called again today in January with nothing back about the part I need. Their customer service is less than acceptable and if I could afford to take the whole system out and replace it I would. It's been a dud from the start. Stay away from Clarke And Rush. Don't waste your $$$

Brian Webb came out the next day for an estimate and sale of a new AC and Furnace for us. The entire team was amazing and we are so appreciative of Clark & Rush for the great service and quality installation we received when we needed it most! THANK YOU!!! This requires crawling under the house multiple times to fix. They did it all happily and without charging me extra. And one of my larger shutters in the kitchen even came crashing down on the installers head and came crashing down on my wood floors ! And the other lead installer told me it was courtesy for them to take down the shutters and not their job ! I immediately called their supervisor Tony about the ordeal and he was able to credit me for the damage on my shutters that I had Budget Blinds repair and replace them for a cost of 1200.00 dollars. And with all the time and appointments I had to schedule for the repair on my shutters, I actually had to ask Tony for some compensation. which he finally granted to me after getting an approval from the owner. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone for the total disregard to the the homeowners property and the unprofessionalism of the installers !
CaGeo Addell rated it 1/5: I choose Clarke and Rush for my window installation due to two factors. First, they had the best price of the three window companies I interviewed, and I liked Tony the representative. Second, I had done business with Clarke and Rush in my previous house.
Knowing there were supply-chain and manufacturing issues in this country I ordered my windows in March 2022. As of the writing of this 11/15/2022 the “2-day” install of my windows is yet to be complete and the damage on my house so far has yet to be resolved.
Clarke and Rush is NOT the company it used to be. I am not sure what happened, but they have really walked away from any sense of customer satisfaction.

Update: Clarke & Rush did finish the job they were hired to do. I asked for a discount as I was not offered one at any time and I felt it was an appropriate request. I was given $150.00 off my invoice. I agreed to this small amount as I do not have any more time to spend on this issue. I will not be a customer of Clarke & Rush in any capacity going forward.

I knew we were nursing an ancient system along and then it failed right before a heat wave. To make matters more complicated, it happened while we were out of the country and our house sitter was forced to deal with it.
But as usual, Mario and the Atticman team went above and beyond to help. They installed a portable AC unit downstairs as a temporary solution until we could get the replacement scheduled a week later. Brilliant!!! Samantha Garcia rated it 5/5: We are really thrilled with our Atticman experience. Within six days, we got a quote on a brand-new HVAC system and were installed. The whole time, we encountered great team members and constant and effective communication from everyone.
We knew we had a unique situation: A small, ancient system that was very difficult to replace. In the past, we even had a company disappear when it came time to find a solution. So when Chris came out to give us a quote and saw that we needed some special help, he called out the owner Mario, who came out the same day. The team promised to do some research and they let us know right away that they found a solution that would have a long lead time. But then we got a call that they'd gone above and beyond and tracked down an option in Arizona that could be shipped in only a few days. We were given a quote at a similar price point to one we'd received from another company but with a discount for paying cash and a very short turnaround time. We approved the quote and were scheduled that day for the following week!

The installation was as smooth as could be. We had updates from the office about when the team would arrive; they arrived on time, were really efficient, lovely to work with, kept us up-to-date and they finished earlier than expected. We even had a small issue after they'd left and a team member came back to help get it taken care of.

We're looking forward to continuing to work with Atticman for maintenance and continued service!

I got 3 bids and I finally chose atticman because I felt they were the least expensive and offered more as far as labor and repair. And I instantly felt they were a trustworthy company. When I met with Jacob the tech, he put me at ease. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. You could see they really care about their customers. There are no words to thank them enough. We called Harris Air and early the next day, they sent out a tech who was quickly able to diagnose the issue, replace the part, and get the AC to work. Paid right there with a credit card and a receipt was emailed to me right afterward. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Will use again and definitely recommend.

Robert Harris was prompt in providing me two quotes and I was impressed that he urged me to select the less-expensive option because he said it was a better fit for my situation. Once I had agreed to the bid, the work commenced in three days and was completed within three days (I have two systems, one on each floor). All work was done by Robert and his experienced staff, and the new system will be saving me on heating and cooling bills for years to come. There is no slick salesmanship with Harris Air. The price I got was about 1/3 the cost of the most expensive bid, and I got higher quality equipment that was more energy efficient. I was impressed with Roberts honesty, work ethic, and competence. He patiently explained the new system, and answered all my questions. I was so pleased with his work that I have asked him to bid on installing an attic fan and a new whole house fan.

After doing the work the technician John Z. recommended we schedule a hydro Jet clean which would give our pipes a lot better flow and a longer life. John was on time both days, was great in his explanation of the work needed, and did an overall fantastic job. I highly recommend when calling Ace ask for John.

Curtis Cassidy answered the service call and came the same day and arrived quickly to diagnose the problem. He was highly professional and friendly.
He explained everything he did and quickly took care of the problem. The costs seemed in line. I very much appreciate Curtis's expertise and knowledge of my A/C unit. I

I received the absolute best service. He truly cares about his customers. I have already shared all his information on social media so you guys will be very busy! Ask for Martin , he will do whatever he can to make sure before he leaves that everything is working and that you are 110 percent happy with the service provided. You are very lucky to have an employee like him. I have dealt with a lot of untrustworthy places but this is our go to place from now on because they build their business off integrity. Thank you ! My wife and I hired these people to do a simple sewer inspection on the home that we just bought and were in the process of moving into. They told us the sewer was ok to use. Exactly two weeks after we moved in the sewer backed up on us. We had to call another plumbing company to fix the issue. Cost us thousands. We would have never bought the house if they did the job we paid them to do. Once confronted and notified of their incompetence, they got defensive and basically told us to F-off. Currently in process of suing them.

He told me the charge would be a little more than $300 for him to do it or he could teach me for nothing more than the diagnostic fee. Very nice and honest guy. I didn't know the outside filter needed cleaning. Just hosed it out in a few minutes.

He just left my mother’s very old house which of course has very old original plumbing. He was wonderful. He checked over the issues we are having. Then, in a conference call with our caregiver and me, he explained exactly what Is happening. He was sensitive to the fact that any major work in this house is, at this point in time, not something we want to do. I especially appreciated his attitude. He was not condescending. He was polite and experienced. We are very pleased our issue will be fixed tomorrow.

I also thank the McDonald management who salvaged trust we lost yesterday after another plumber had an unfortunately bad experience with us. He, I’m sure is an excellent plumber, while customer service experience is learned over years of house calls. He has a good mentor in Laird.

Bernie called me mid-morning on June 11, 2018 to see if I was available for the service call that day. I said I was. Darryl showed up within the hour of the appointment. He had serviced our system previously for a different problem, so I knew him from then. He was his usual friendly and professional self. I told him that there was a clanging sound every time the AC ran and also that the fan would not run. He went to work right away and fixed the problems within 30 minutes! Best of all, he only charged me for the basic service call fee! I highly recommend these friendly and professional folks for any plumbing, heating, air conditioning problems.

We got a quote for a hot water heater that was almost 4x the going rate. We got 3 other estimates all were at lease $1,500 less than Moore's quote. The plumber himself was timely and professional. I could see hiring them to replace my grandma's hot water heater, but if you have Google, you will quickly see they are greatly over priced.
