It worked for less than 30 minutes and stopped blowing cold air again. I feel like he knew that would happen as he heard a loud sound after he filed it, like it was leaking. I wouldn't recommend as we are out $400 and couldn't even sleep.

I started with a handyman and then called Vince Jaramillo with Air Comfort Solutions. I told him my problem and he joined me on my backporch 30 minutes later and showed me that he could complete remove my whole system and put all brand new Trane system in the following day. I'm writing this review in my air conditioned home on Saturday 12:42 pm. Jeremiah and Rusty Ashmore just left my house after literally showing up at 8am sharp and completed my tear out and new install. These guys literally installed a whole ac unit and had it going so fast that I didn't even take the window ac unit out of the box it came in. They were the best install crew I have ever seen. If I could give this team 10 stars 🌟 I would. Thank you guys for taking care of me and my family. I will always refer you!

He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of before the winter weather set in and on the weekend so I didn't have to miss work. My installer Jeff Mooney also went above and beyond by doing my install on a Sunday and coming back to make sure it was completed correctly the next day. He was friendly and communicated all that needed to be done since I could not be home when he did the work. It was such a seamless process from start to finish. The best and easiest home maintenance/repair experience I've ever had.

They explained in great detail better than all of the other plumbers we talked to. They never over charged and were kind and accommodating the whole time. They dressed and had vans with proper labels and did quality work. They offered extra options and test that others didn't and at a fair price. We were highly impressed and will recommend.

The latest issue was a bigger one. We had another company come out first (poor decision) and not only were the fellas they sent not the best, but they also didn't fix our problem nor try anything aside from digging holes in our yard. Torch sent JD and within 10min, he'd made plan A, with B and C in case A didn't work, and got to it. Solved the clog, cleaned up the mess that happened, and even crawled under our house to check out another issue. He explained everything so well and put us at ease with the repairs that need to made giving us different cost options.

    I will never again call another company for anything plumbing or HVAC related. These guys are the literal best.

He also came out to the house to make sure that everything was as it should be for the unit we had decided on which was a 14 Seer. Since he installs a lot of Diakin, he was able to give me a better price than my other quotes. John and Lewis came out to do the installation, were very thorough, and did a wonderful job. They also changed out my 14" return ducting in the attic to 16" ducting because Jarred wanted to make sure the new unit would work at its best. John even came back the next day to adjust the flame on the gas furnace because he wasn't satisfied with the way it was and didn't have his gauge with him the day before. We were very impressed with Jarred, John, and Lewis. We would highly recommend A Best Air and Heat to anyone needing a new unit. They are great!

Honestly getting bad news that will hurt your pocket is never fun, but hearing authentic and genuine assessments by Joseph really helped me up my confidence level his understanding of the situation, my fiscal situation, and stance helped guide a plan to what we can do in the future. Could not be more impressed or committed to being a continued customer with jack Nelson service experts and the authentic and genuine conversation and diagnosis provided that.

    His first reaction was that most people opt to replace the whole tank instead of make the repair. Of course Mr Salesman was more than willing to supply quotes for a new tank (ours is 5 yrs old).
    The tech estimated the repair at close to $700. We passed on that.
    I had another plumber take a look and he assessed, got the parts he needed and had it fixed and cleaned up in about an hour. For $200. $500 LESS than the price quoted by Jack Nelson.

I read where the job would take 2-3 hours but he finished in less than an hour. It was good to have a cool house again after several days of near 100 degree weather.

    I have used True Blue since I have lived here 17 years and they always try to get the job done quick and let you know the status of the job and a heads up on when they will arrive.
    The technicians are friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

Provided a quote that was very reasonable (and included all electrical work, which other companies wouldn't include). Work was completed on time and professionally. To wait and wait and then suddenly be told that if they don't hear from you immediately you're going to lose your appointment. I'm in the middle of remodeling a condo and a hundred things on at once. They should have been the contacting me! If it hadn't been for the great job the technician did I would not deal with this company. I have a one year service agreement, but most likely won't use them the next.

I implored ASAP Heating to fix the slab (as over time this would wear on the unit). I specifically spoke with JC Canfield about fixing the slab and he continued to insist that their slabs were poured unleveled intentionally to assist with runoff. This is deceptive and simply not true. I called several other heating and air companies and inquired about this degree of unlevelness and everyone said it would be a problem down the road. I would not do business with this company as they were deceptive, dishonest, and clearly were not willing to fix their mistake.

They were only coming up with two options for me, one of which was super expensive and the other was not working. I called superior air services. James came to look at the issue and I explained various things that were happening along with the fact that we had a new thermostat installed. To which he then spent a solid 15 minutes reading the manual to our new thermostat and determined that it wasn’t configured correctly for our system. He re-wired it and the system has worked great ever since. Every interaction I have had with someone from this company has been outstanding and professional. Would recommend them for anyone. They’re not out here to take your money and just want to help!

Turned out it was a small part failure and it was repaired fast and at a very fair price. This is a family operated business, very clean cut and polite folks.     Our AC unit finally fail after 28 years. I thought I could stick it out till fall season, but this Oklahoma heat wave would not break. My family was not enjoying an 80-degree plus house. So, after I contacted Brian, he stopped by that morning, surveyed my situation, gave us a price, and scheduled the installation that day.
    I was second on his work schedule that day. Well, a thunderstorm moved in around noon, to my surprise upon arriving home from work at 3pm, Brian was hard at work removing my 5-ton unit with helper hold an umbrella over his head. So, with the storm delay, the job was only half done at 5pm. Brian had to stop the repair for family commitments. Well, it looked like another night in the heat and humidity. I was wrong, Brian showed back up with his family in tow and finished the job around 9:30pm. Above and Beyond to this 5-star gentlemen. A very Happy customer. Thank You Brian!!!!!

They recently installed new duct work, a new AC and furnace, plus installation, for me. For both the duct work and AC/furnace install, they took their time so that they would do the highest quality job. The 2 men who did the duct work were here three full days making sure that my new duct work was installed properly so that it would last for many, many years. The 3 men who completed my AC/furnace installation, plus new insulation as well, were also very thorough and took several days meticulously doing this install as well. From the sales department, to the service technicians, to the owner, to receptionist, every person at Wortman Air is very professional, honest, helpful and friendly. AAA+ for service, honesty, integrity, quality and professionalism. I highly recommend Wortman Central Air. You can't go wrong with Wortman!

  • Mike Lowe rated it 5/5: Our 41-year-old unit quit in mid-August. I asked 3 different companies come to the house and give me a quote. All were prompt and courteous. However, the lady from Wortman was more interested in helping us get the best system for us. I felt like the others were selling me, and she was asking questions and trying to pinpoint the best solution. Fortunately there was an opening the next day, and two knowledgeable young men had a new system up and running in the afternoon. They thoroughly swept up the mess (our HVAC system is in the center of the house). Not a scratch on our hardwood floors! I am so glad I called Wortman! It’s rare anymore that a company earns a perfect score, but Wortman did. They’re awesome!

  • Jacob Reid rated it 1/5: Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received. First, the guy that came out charged us over $750 to service our 3 units and said our air filters were ok. He did not produce a receipt, he said he was emailing it to us which never happened. Within 2 days our upstairs unit reached 85 degrees and, come to find out, one of our downstairs units wasn’t working at all. The owner came out and admitted that the first guy had probably not even checked our filter and that he clearly did not really do anything. He also admitted that $750 seemed way out of wack. He got our upstairs unit working “ok”, but not great and then it took 2 weeks for him to come out and fix the downstairs unit. We still have not received our filters a month later and after calling several times he still has not produced a receipt for the initial payment. However, he did admit “seeing” it and it was only around $300 which I still have not been reimbursed for. I finally had enough and called the credit card company to stop payment completely. I have no clue how these people have anything but poor ratings. The are simply the worst and do not deserve to be in business.
