This has been my first time ever using a cleaning service for my home and I have no idea that it would be such a pleasant and easy experience.

From the very beginning this was easy and seamless. When I reached out to Sandia Green Clean Caitlin was the person who helped me get everything situated. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and super thorough, I felt very comfortable with my experience. The calls were quick and the follow up emails were super detailed which I really appreciated.

I felt a little uneasy letting a group of people into my home when I was not here but they were so professional that the fear faded away very quickly. The cleaning team was super prompt and did an incredible job.

For disclosure, we have a very large home where the residents are a pair of very messy and busy guys with dogs that shed an infinite amount that they defy the laws of physics, but the cleaning team handled it so well. I had no idea that my home could look so clean and spectacular, they managed to clean 3+ years of crud like it was nothing. They polished every surface, dusted every corner, pulled every piece of furniture, handled all the linens, and left the house smelling wonderful.

I am 100% sold on this company, the services that they offer, and most of all their team. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will be booking for future use.

The administrative folks are good about communicating when your regular cleaning crew will be arriving so you have time to secure your pet(s) and make sure you yourself are not underfoot. Our cleaning crew is always pleasant and professional. They take the time necessary to ensure a thorough cleaning. Everything is dusted – even high and hard to get surfaces. Our kitchen and baths are well maintained and sufficiently deep cleaned as well during our bi-weekly service. Our floors are immaculate. I was a little concerned at first that they wouldn’t be using our preferred cleaning products. However their cleaning agents are safe to use on our expensive marble and granite surfaces; as well as non toxic. I love that my weekends can now be spent enjoying time with my family. I am grateful for Sandia Green and Clean!

Second, they don't use harsh chemical cleaners, which is important given our pets and young children at home. Third, the cleanings are thorough and leave the house feeling crisp and refreshing. And fourth, their customer service has been quite good. We use text messages to schedule (and vacation pause) our cleanings, and we always get an answer back quickly, and get everything scheduled. I was told the two ladies that came were there for 1 hour and 45 minutes and I was charged an additional $80, for a total of $205! Again: 2 bathrooms and a kitchen! I live by myself and my home is only 1170 sq ft with 3 bedrooms, so you can imagine how small the kitchen and bathrooms are. The areas were clean for sure, but it was not worth $205.

When she left… it went downhill from there horrible cleanings… then they upped our weekly charge bT $40 without telling us. I asked for our money back and they assured me it would happen. I canceled my service because it is NOT worth that kind of money and I NEVER received a refund of the $80 extra they charged without my knowledge. I could never recommended this company.

The owners Paul and Carlo are upstanding caring people who above all believe in doing what’s right. They run their business with that as a number one principle and put service and quality in everything they do. Sparkle does their very best to ensure they are putting the highest quality people into your buildings.

We searched the 505 for the best service and after several visits from other companies that left us disappointed, this company takes first place. The ladies are thorough and really go the extra mile to make sure our home is cleaned deeply. I will say that having the same cleaners each week is what was key for us – that way they learn what is important to you and what your preferences are. Highly recommend.

Kimberly Cano rated it 2/5: We used them a couple of years ago and were extremely pleased for the first 6 months. Then a different team of girls would arrive each week. Then each week they would arrive 1, 2 & sometimes up to 4 hours late with no phone call! Consistency is key and keeping the same girls (so they know your house) is important. Now fast-forward that I'm looking for a company I saw a dove and had to leave a review. Sadly I can't give them a second chance because my time is obviously not valuable and it's ok to show up to a job hours late!
505piano rated it 1/5: Tried to use this business, but after 4 times of Adove failing to show up and having to reschedule, I said no more. The last excuse from the owner was: "I wasn't sure which day it was." So, didn't you put it on your schedule when we scheduled by phone? Did it ever occur to her to pick up the phone to call me ahead of time to verify if she wasn't sure of the day? Too bad, as the company has received good reviews. The owner lied twice in the same call, as she couldn't keep her excuses straight! How she ever managed to be in business for 30 years, as she claimed, I'll never know. Horrible business skills and no common sense.
