Communication is very easy and they responded right away when I have questions or concerns. The cleaning ladies Octavia and Maria were excellent! They're so thorough with cleaning and very polite. I work from home and they kept checking on me to see if it's too loud especially when vacuuming the floor. So sweet of them to do that! Something else that I find refreshing is they didn't try to upsell me; I told the carpet cleaning specialist, Javier, my concerns about pet stains & odor. Before we went any further, he stated there was an extra fee for pet treatment and asked if that was okay. I loved that! He didn't recommend that I should add all these services and he didn't just add it in without my consent. He gave me a choice and made sure I agreed to the adjusted cost before the work even started. Javier was quick, efficient, and kind. I will definitely go to Denver Pros again and I would highly recommend them to anyone who's looking for their carpets to be cleaned.

TCA has truly been a life saver! This company genuinely cares about and wants your business. Each crew member takes their time and leaves your home much better then before! I have 2 cats who constantly shed and TCA's industrial vacuums pick up everything!! I was so impressed with how Tavone & Jesus cleaned my home today I felt compelled to share photos. Now yes, the crew are humans and occasionally have forgotten to wipe a mirror once and forgot a spot on a table before, but this entire company takes your business very seriously and will do what they have to in order to not repeat that mistake in the future. Was told it was two of the threes' first day and they were being trained, but never saw they actually being trained. The bathroom was covered in hair, the toilet wasn't clean, counters were dirty, floors were dirty, services we paid extra for weren't done. The "walk through at the end of every clean" never happened. This business is an absolute joke. Customer service is atrocious. Like other reviewers, "Kat" yelled at my wife on the phone and went on about "needing to pay her employees" and refused to give a refund.

They were able to get me scheduled quickly and I am hoping to schedule them to do the main part of my house on a regular basis. They didn't dust a single room, they didn't clean the floors in the common areas, they didn't clean kitchen counters, and so much more. My floors are still dirty and the dust caked on is embarrassing.

Any time we had questions or an issue with the service, HCCA made sure our concerns were cared for. We've made adjustments to our cleaning schedule, day of week, specifically what gets done, and not once have I experienced anything less than stellar support, response and flexibility.

They have worked with us to to achieve a regular weekday and time. Any problems that existed were generally worked out to everyone's satisfaction. Management plays favorites and deletes bad reviews on job websites. They especially talk bad about JanPro customers and will give them a hard time if they want to order in Spanish, and the Spanish CSR is not there. I'd avoid them if you can. If you're a sales rep, be aware that the CSR are bad mouthing you to each other.
