They did such a great job given the mess of the house. Everything looks perfect and now to surprise the wife. I’m sure we are going to sign up for more appointments! I was told it would take 3-4 hours for move out cleaning for a house of my size. On the day, they were done in two hours. Ok, cool. But I should have done a walk through with them to ensure jobs were done. I collected photos and videos of dirty marks still on walls in very obvious places, debris still on a supposedly mopped floor, cabinet fronts had splatters and dust in crevices. My landlord charged me ANOTHER $175 as they said the oven wasn't cleaned well enough AND the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. I went through the entire house AGAIN after they left and cleaned what they didn't. I was never sent a receipt or notified of what my bill was. It was just deducted from my card. I needed a receipt to prove to my landlord that cleaning had been done. But they NEVER answer the phone unless they don't recognize the number. I have left multiple voicemails requesting callbacks, a receipt, wanting to discuss the heinous "cleaning" job as well as unprofessional manner in which this business is operated. Do yourself a favor. Pay only by CREDIT CARD so you can dispute with your credit card company and get your money back if the job isn't done to quality standards, as you won't be able to get a hold of anyone at the company to file grievance with. Or, do one better and just don't book them at all. Find anyone else to clean your house.

We don't seem to be the normal customers, or at least I would imagine, we're always home for the cleanings, we have two dogs that run around, Mom is always slowly moving out of the way on her walker. And every single time, the team they send to the house is so patient, so kind, incredibly trustworthy and they do such a great job for us. They are just wonderful people that come to the house for us, I can't say enough about them.
Boardwalk has been very communicative with me when Mom's not well and they reschedule me, even at the last moment to accommodate our schedule.
The teams that come are even kind to my dogs (but I will say my dogs are pretty chill, if your dog is wild definitely put them up haha). They are extremely trustworthy, and always show up with a positive and kind attitude. And I don't know if there are other caregivers out there, but just that alone, someone coming to help you, and they smile and get it done for you, it is just a huge help inside and out.

They even deal with my cat (who is a pest and demands attention all the time) very well. I’ve got some medical and spine issues and they work around that very nicely. I go through a series of 4 procedures on my back twice a year. The 4 procedures are done 1 every two weeks and for that 8 weeks my apartment tends to get a bit messier than usual and more than I like but they take care of it and never say a word.

    The office/admin staff are amazing as well. They also have always been very professional and very nice, polite and personable at the same time. I had called to let them know I was in the hospital and they came at their regular time and the place was immaculate. I won’t say they did an extra deep clean for me because they never said that.

    This is a great company and I’m thankful that my cousin & aunt recommended them to me.

    I worked with Maids and Moore to help clean my home that 1. Was just remodeled and 2. Just moving into.

    One of the employees went above and beyond expectations by helping remove this tape between the newly installed floor and baseboard, which is a huge pain to get out, and was not expected of her at all.

    Didn’t miss a spot. Very friendly. It really added to my experience of moving into my new home.

I then hired them to do a deep cleaning and they quoted me a price of almost $500, but I hired them because my house needed it. My disabled husband and myself were home during the cleaning because I work from home. They were working slower than usual and someone else showed up. She said she was a supervisor and came to check on things. Fine.Then,after they had sprayed oven cleaner in the oven, and a good deal of it on my cabinets, I hear them talking outside and then they're gone. No word, nothing! My phone then rings and it's their office saying they left because they felt "uncomfortable " because my husband told them not to use a cloth on his TV screen. The person said my husband grabbed her cloth. Not true. They said they would reschedule but then refused. My downstairs was left in a shambles and I had to wipe oven cleaner spots off my cabinets. They charged my credit card without telling me. I assumed they would come back and finish the job before charging me. This was 3 months ago and I am still confused as to what happened. I was so happy with their services and had recommended them to others, but to walk off a job with no communication is extremely unprofessional!

    However. After my initial clean I noticed a few things that were missed. Some things not dusted, vent not cleaned. The baseboards were not cleaned, even though they were supposed to be, but I also wasn’t charged for them, so I let that go. But I was overall happy and responded to Ginger’s automated followup email letting them know what was missed and told them to not worry about coming back out and to just get it next time. And tipped. No response.

    Next time comes around and the same things are missed. The same half of a lamp isn’t dusted. Tops of cabinets. Lights. Exact same stuff. Plus a cobweb has appeared between the kitchen base cabinet and floor. And a cobweb on my fan, so I guarantee those weren’t cleaned.

    On top of that, the note I wrote to the cleaner was ignored and thrown away, with none of the 5 simple instructions followed, except for one (telling her that the bedsheets were in the dryer). Things I explicitly said to not throw away were put in the trash, and my trash was left in my exterior hallway. Which could have gotten me a fine. But at least since they were left in the hall, instead of the trash chute I provided a map to, I was able to see something on the top that was not supposed to be thrown away. Now I’m having to dig in the trash, just in case. Cool. Not to mention, she was only there for half the time she was paid for, so it’s not like she was taking initiative folding my clothes or cleaning the fridge or something. Nope, just left after doing a mediocre job. Now I’m annoyed.

    I once again respond to the automated followup message, with photos of the spaces. No response, so I email Sydnie to make sure they got the previous feedback. They did not. Ok, technical issues happen. So I sent it to her directly. She schedules someone else to come by to fulfill their satisfaction guarantee and I send her photos of some of the problem areas.

    None of the issues were fixed! Not even the spiderweb. Someone did come by, and they mopped/swept/something like that and lazily dusted a few areas, but none were the ones I mentioned.

Very poor work, I never write any reviews or vent anger on businesses in the public forums as that would impact their business, but I felt this needed to go out. I was told the whole job will take approximately 3-4 hours at the time of appointment, but in less than 2 hours the person told it was done. If someone is very effective and efficient they can do it quickly or if the work was done in poor way they can wrap it up quickly. In this case it is the later one. On the website they have published check list of items that will be done for move-out cleaning, not even 70% of those tasks are done. Definitely not going here again!

The only good thing is that everyone (manager, contact person, and maids) was very nice and scheduling the service was easy.
The maids spent SIX HOURS in our home while our dog was outside in the heat. They did NOT wipe down the tops of the toilets. They did NOT dust all of the blinds. They dusted about half the house (not sure why just half). Their vacuum cleaner was either broken or full because they turned it on and pushed it around but the floor was obviously not vacuumed. I paid $600 to have to vacuum myself. They didn't wipe down the mantle.
When I complained, they only offered to send the same people back to our house to further inconvenience us. No offer to even at least refund the money they charged us over the quoted about of $380. Don't let this company take advantage of you the way they took advantage of me.

I started using them on a bi-weekly basis from a referral at the end of 2020 because my cleaning lady needed to be cautious with Covid. At first, they did a very good job. They sent the same crew out every two weeks and they were thorough, on time and and had a consistent schedule. However, about 7 months ago they started to change. The quality dropped drastically. They started sending different cleaning crews every service and even though I would confirm a general time, they would always change it last minute. My scheduled time would be the mid day slot, but they would try to change it to an 8:30am slot or a 4:30 pm slot last minute. I worked the slot around my schedule so that I would not be home. I asked that this issue be resolved, they would promise to correct it but then the same thing would occur next time. I also had to send them photos of uncleaned areas, especially in my bathroom every other service. There would be mildew build up and stains in my shower; they clearly had not cleaned. Then they would appease me by saying they would deep clean the shower on the next service (which I had every other week and then every week for the last few months), but the areas were still untouched and mildew would STILL be in my shower head and tile (even though they had a roadmap with the photos I sent in). This is the kind of mildew that takes some time to develop, gunky and gross in the crevices and easy to miss when hoping in and out of the shower and not thinking to pay attention to the shower heads. Situations such as that should never happen when paying someone to clean your house every week. They simply do NOT care about the quality of their work. On top of all of these issues, they attempted to raise my price $40 each service to almost $200 each service. So, I am a customer that has been with them for a year and a half and when I moved to a weekly schedule, they attempted to charge me significantly MORE! I thought moving to a weekly service would make it easier for them to keep my 1900 sqft home clean (one bedroom is completely empty, by the way, and the other just requires basic dusting since it is a music room). However, they were worse! The cleaning service got worse! And on top of that, they tired to charge me $40 more per service each week. What a joke. Terrible customer care. Shame on them. They are very disappointing. I would not recommend them. There are better services and I have taken my weekly services elsewhere.

Service is not cheap, owner Micheal Benedict never called back as promised it took three days of emails and calls, and annoyed staff and him to get an email that denied compensation for the horrible cleaning and customer service experience. Michael and staff dismissed proof, photos and videos, of how dirty shelves, cabinets, kitchen counters, windows and stove were left. Quick to charge in advance, negligent in their delivery and irresponsible with customer satisfaction. I naively believed they would make it right.

Maidsway was a nightmare the moment after they charged their fee and left a house without doing their job. The touch up they offered was useless as I had movers coming in a couple of hours later, had to do it myself to not lose money again because the movers would not be able to unpack and store all items in a dirty house. Specially kitchen cabinets, closet and pantry shelves. They repeatedly said I should be supervising while the cleaner is there after I complained. Not my job, I paid for a service well done, but as a courtesy I went during the cleaner's first hour and even if I pointed out dirty spots he left without doing the job the house was left dirty. They asked for proof and said my photos of my dirty hand against the cabinets and counters didn't mean anything. What? They also ignored the videos I sent wiping the dirty surfaces with a clean disposable towel that showed how dirty everything was. The owner also lied in his email saying I had told the cleaner he "did a good job", but at the same time his staff relentlessly said I should have stayed there while the cleaner was working to point out what he didn't do. This last remark makes no sense as other customers said Maidsway did not like and complained about them asking the cleaners to pay attention to what had not been cleaned. I see other ratings with similar and worse experiences. I don't have time nor space to get into details but please do not ignore the bad reviews. You might get lucky with a good cleaner and a bad company and you might not notice, I got a bad cleaner and a bad customer service and company.

Adding: I hired Amelia's maids and they offered 3 cleaners that take about 3 hours for a similar service. Pay the not so big difference. Maidsway sent one that took 5 hrs according to them and the house was left unacceptably dirty.

The cleanings were never excellent, but we were too lazy to find another company so we stuck with them because it was passable. We moved out of our house and paid for a moveout cleaning, which costs over $300. I specifically asked that the bathrooms be deep cleaned, and for the maids to call me if there were any questions or issues. We no longer live in the house, and the next time we were in the house was two weeks after the cleaning. I looked at the bathroom and it was not clean. I call the company to ask them to come fix, and they refuse stating their 7 day return to clean policy. To me this is unacceptable. We paid a lot of money for this cleaning and have been consistent customers for Maidsway for a long time. They did not perform the service we hired them for, and we will now have to pay someone else to finish their job. The buildup in the bathroom is very clearly not from the last 7 days. The woman who I discussed this with on the phone was very uncompromising and did not offer any solution. Just a sorry, not our policy, and that's it. I do not recommend this company. It seems as though every time I go to the ladies room (which is pretty often!) a team member is straightening up, restocking, and keeping things tidy. In addition to their hard work, the entire staff is very professional. They are always very friendly and quick to say hello. Overall, the building is always kept immaculately clean from the large floor to ceiling windows that line the entire five-story structure to the floors and trashcans. PJS does an excellent job!

    The cleaning crew has a regular schedule to clean the offices but, requesting cleaning after an event varies. Even though I send a schedule monthly for events there has been some times where a last minute event will pop up just a day or two before and they have always been accommodating with last minute changes. The cleaning crew is consistently the same people who already know the ins and outs of the building and if they change crews they always let me know in advance. They always let me know right away if they have any issues or if they observe something that is broken and needs attention. They even fill the bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap to make sure that we are ready to go for the next day of work or the next event. They even go the extra mile to leave me a note on my desk if we are running low on something so, I can order it.

    There have been a couple times in heavy rain that we have had some wet carpets in the lobby and they have responded the same day in coming out to clean the carpets with the water vac. They also let me know when they think the carpets are coming close to needing the water vac cleaning again. It's nice to have a few things that you don't have to remind yourself about because they will let you know.

    If you need your office cleaned or have an event venue that you want to make sure looks spotless every day I would call PJS because I have never encountered a better or more reliable cleaning service.

This time it was their last chance. 2 bed unit that is not cleaned at all. All appliances are not cleaned from outside. The plates for the electric range were missing. I called and complained. New plates were provided, thanks Juany but what about all the pictures that I sent you showing the inside of the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers, the closets and living floors with dirt and macaroni still on the floors. the mini blinds still dirty. Juany didn't care if the service was done as it should be done, they just withdrawn the money from my credit card.

They show up on time or early, have the best prices in the area, do a great job cleaning, and the girls are fast and efficient at what they do. Once in a blue moon, they might miss something, but the owner is quick to send them right back out to fix anything. The girls are so nice too. If there's anything you're not happy with and you can point it out while they are there, they will fix it immediately and with a smile. I also love the new payment system. Satisfied customer, here!

    Original Review: Do not recommend, their business tactics are appalling. We apparently had a miscommunication over the phone and because they don’t put anything in writing or text you to confirm the agreement and their prices aren’t listed online, I received a bill for $75 an hour that I wasn’t expecting. When I reached out to work it out, I was instead told I had 24 hours to pay or a collections agency would file a lien against my house. That part they managed to put in writing. (Which, BTW, isn’t a legal remedy for one-time residential cleaning services in Texas.) After looking at other reviews, I’m not the first person they’ve threatened.

The morning of the job, one person showed up and estimated 2.5 hours to clean my 1400 sq ft house including the items listed on a deep clean plus all windows (inside only). Seemed ambitious for one person but I decided to wait and see.

    Two hours in, I overhear the cleaner on her phone arguing about pay. She left soon thereafter but the job was half done. When I called the agency, they said she quit on the spot. They had no one available to finish the job and asked if I'd like to reschedule for a date 4 weeks out…first available.

    They sent a text after we hung up to ask for photos of the areas left untouched…I shared at least a dozen. I also requested a call from the owner and never received a reply…no communication at all.

    As a small business owner, I hate to leave a negative review, but I solely based my decision off the stellar comments received here. I decided to bump them from 1 to 2 stars based on their quick to offer to refund my money…which posted within an hour.

    I suspect it's growing pains, but that does not excuse their lack of communication. I also question their decision to send one person out for a deep clean with a brand new client.

    Update Aug 18th. They ended up offering a free cleaning for the missed date, but cleaning was 5/10 or C- at best. I had to point out to cleaner to wipe the windows and fans. He missed a big block of hair clippings on the toilet seat which airbnb guest would cancel if they saw it. The floors arround the desk and under the bed was not wiped. Lots of hair and dust left. It seems like the cleaner only arranged and wipe some surface level stuff and did not clean deeply. Dishes were left in sink and uncleaned.

    I had to spend another hour redoing the cleaning with another cleaner to get it up to condition that I would consider clean enough for guests. I think it might be lack of training from the company or a cleaning checklist, but I am geniunely surprised at the quality of cleaning deemed finished. With that said, the cleaner told me he only had started 3 weeks ago so maybe he just needed more training. I would not reuse this companys service again if this is the standard of cleaning that is deemed to be acceptable for airbnb turnovers. Guests will surely not be satisfied and request a refund if I did not inspect and redo the cleaning myself. I hope the company gets better after this feedback since cleaning is super important with guest turnovers.

I spent several hundred dollars and confirmed ahead of time what services were included in my move-out clean. Many items were not done such as baseboards, outside of cabinets were still dirty, freezer was dirty, counter tops had a grimy feel to them, floors were dirty AND sticky now. I contacted the company to try and remedy the situation and they sent a crew out for a “touch up”. The house is still dirty!

    My landlord sent me pictures of the house that she took after the touch up was complete and I’ve included them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
