She also cleaned the bathrooms exceptionally well. I know a lot of people hire cleaners and then wonder what they did, but this was not the case!

She did a fantastic deep clean and put in the work to take off the buildup that just tends to happen over the years! To be clear, she scoured the shower and tub back to basically new, cleaned the baseboards, mopped, cleaned the fixtures, the mirror, the toilet, and mopped the floor. Amazing.

phenomenal! Watching them work was like seeing a well-oiled machine purring away. And this
was after a 6 hr shift! Not only was my place cleaned in record time, they were able to get some
extra furniture dusting done as well.

After looking at the place, I'm disappointed in the service, it's low quality at best, how does this quality of work take 4 hours? They cleaned some things well enough I'll give them that- like the oven, but left little piles of dirt in corners, turned our ac up to 75, and left lights on. Then contacted us with poor customer service.

My complaint is that when I went to open the master bath window for a breeze the storm window was put back in wrong so it woudn't open. I popped the window out to fix it and couldn't get it in place again so called them to do it for me. They were going to charge me $75.00 for 5 minutes work on something they did wrong to begin with. They finally settled for $20.00. Needless to say do not think I will have them do my windows again.

As I was stressing out I called maids and more ( they were the first number when I googled) I was immediately put at ease. Within 45 min I had Tara at more door to do the quote. The price was very doable and she started cleaning 10 min later the other team of 4 came in and they made my house so spotless and clean. They are so fast and friendly. They made everything shine. I have never seen a better group of trained professionals work so well and so efficiently together. I highly recommend them!!!

I called 8 local companies just to get "static" and excuses of why and how they were so busy, 35 days in advance, going through dysfunctional websites, no callbacks, having to wait over 48 hours to just get a quote, then argue about timing and quality of services.

We paid for the service for 3 cleaning professionals to come and help relieve some stress and professionally clean the kitchen and bathrooms. After 2.5 hours of 3 professionals working, it looks minimally different from when we called them, and the difference in the kitchen is worse. The floor looks like they swept all of the debris to the very far corner and left it there, the counters had new debris on them that were not cleaned, the cabinets and appliances still had cobwebs on them in plain sight, and they did not get to one of the upper ledges of the counter that we had specifically asked them to get to and clean. They were friendly and on time, but did not provide the service needed.

There was NO help from FBG to help find the answer or any follow up on their part especially since ESOP is promoted during each annual ESOP celebration. Pathetic…

Place was immaculate and practically brand new after there service. I would definitely recommend to all office managers to keep a happy and effective workplace!
