This was a nice surprise since it was close to the end of the business day. I hired All Things New Cleaning Services to help clean my 2 restrooms during my at-home wedding. I requested that the restrooms be cleaned between each guest, trash removed, water droplets cleaned from the sink and mirror and a spritz of air freshener as needed. Not only did Kathryn arrive on time, she was so very pleasant and professional, she was attentive to assisting guests as well as diligently cleaning as requested. Kathryn also asked to help in other areas outside of the requested services which was much appreciated. My guests complimented me on how fresh Kathryn kept the restrooms and I too was pleased.   • John Leeno rated it 2/5: Molly maid is just OK. The first time they were at our house, one of the maids knocked one of my wife’s earrings off the wall and broke it. She said she would tell her boss and they would reimburse us and that never happened. It was a cheap earring so it wasn’t a big deal, just a lack of follow through. They also came to my house a few times and did a fantastic job. Then one time the quality went WAY down and they missed a lot of a basic things. They offered to come back and reclean those areas but we had company so we couldn’t accommodate them to come back. They ended up giving us $20 off our next cleaning.

    Additionally, there’s not a lot of flexibility around scheduling. We worked with other cleaners where you could cancel a month if you needed to or reschedule, but they will not allow you to cancel without paying quite a bit extra on your next cleaning. Lastly they charge you an exorbitant amount for your first cleaning which is not something any other cleaning company has done to us.

  • Candace J rated it 1/5: I have used Molly Maid for the last year. For the first 4-5 months, they did an amazing job and I felt very comfortable with their work. Then another team of theirs came to clean, and the workmanship and cleaning level slid dramatically (and supposedly this was a very experienced team). The first teams' did a thorough 1-1/2 hour cleanings but this new team's cleanings took less than 50 minutes, and they missed obvious things. They also were careless with my belongings, chipping and cracking some unique art-glass objects that in the past had been treated with care. Then, last month, a member of that 'experienced" team stole an expensive gold and opal necklace from my jewelry box. They were here less than 40 minutes that day and bolted from my house before I had a chance to check their work. I reported the theft to Molly Maids, who said "we take these kind of allegations seriously", however, when I requested that the cleaner return my necklace, they did not respond nor acknowledge the theft. Do NOT trust Molly Maid.

    We scheduled a standard clean for our house a couple weeks in advance and the scheduling team was professional. As they said, they called us the day before our cleaning to give us a time-frame of arrival.

    Claudia and Susana showed up the day of our cleaning and did an excellent job! They were extremely detail oriented and autonomous. We were able to just relax while they did a thorough job. The time frame and price matched what we discussed earlier on the phone.

I scheduled a deep clean for $340 the staff showed up a little after 8am and were done a little after 10am. The kitchen was just a surface clean. The baseboards were not cleaned, the fans were not cleaned, under the raised entertainment center, raised couches and around the bar stools were left with food crumbs and a layer of dust. I specifically asked for that to be addressed. I feel like I should be refunded the whole amount they just down graded it to a standard clean that is NOT what I asked for! I will not be using them again!

    This is response to the original Review! The manager reached out immediately and refunded me in full and offered my next service on them. I appreciate their professionalism and quick response they made it right. Thank you Bridget

I really can not think of even one time that she has dropped the ball on anything. Finding a vendor like this really makes my job one hundred times easier! I appreciate that in a person and appreciate working with City Wide!

  • Ruby Breeden rated it 1/5: Im writing this to show they may have decent cleaners but the company isn’t decent Evelyn lied, text where shown she lied however, I got the rear end of everything, Carry never responded to anything, Katherine asked my staff about there personal lives. I was then paid to take my review down and said I would be able to work with someone else however I haven’t heard from anyone in about 2 months. I should have continued my law suit adding bribery in there. But I appreciate learning how bad and scandalous this company is. This isn’t out of anger as i still have proof this is to alert 1099/and or other businesses.
