What a horrible experience! I booked this company a week and a half in advance. My best friend was having a medical procedure and out of town family were visiting. I called and spoke with someone twice on day one when I first scheduled and booked the appointment. I gave them credit card details and both my friend and myself confirmed the address, date and time and contact information. The cleaning was scheduled the day before her procedure. One that day while I’m gathering guests there was no contact from the company. I called while on the road and confirmed the service again! I was told that the cleaner would be onsite between 1 and 3 pm. And that was fine! 3;30 rolls around and still no cleaner! I called and got voicemail. I had others call and got the same. Then one of us finally gets through and we are told that they have the contact details and address details written incorrectly and that they wouldn’t be able to provide a service! How incredibly unprofessional, unethical and downright disgusting of them! I would not recommend this company under any circumstances!

It looked as though it had not been cleaned in years. Though Jean and I had somewhat discussed this on the phone, I didn't feel it was possible to convey the extent. And, I was half expecting any cleaner I called to refuse the job once they saw it.
This was not the case for this company. They dove right in, with smiles and kindness. I cannot say enough about the positivity of the two. They had driven well over an hour to get here. It took well over six hours to clean our house. But they were not only professional the entire time, they were joking around, engaging and overall, just very genuinely nice people. And, it was clear, that despite being the "big boss", Jean treats his employees very well, like family.

Now for the cleaning. It's been a few days since they came. We were REALLY shocked how much and how thoroughly they cleaned. They cleaned EVERY DETAIL, even hand scrubbing ceilings. And, after a few days, I haven't found anything they missed or skipped.

If you want a THOROUGH cleaning, this is your company. And, to boot, they are professional and a joy to have in your home. Lastly, I found it really encouraging, especially in today's world, to see a business owner come out to a job himself, work the job AND treat his employee so well.

I ordered a detail deep cleaning and told them i would be cleaning with them so I could throw a bunch of stuff out. They pulled everything out (something they said they usually tell the customer to do beforehand but forgot), wiped my baseboards and walls. They wiped my cabinets and stove and counter surfaces. They cleaned the fixtures in the bathroom. They also vacuumed. They said they mopped but it does not look like it. They did not put the items back. When it was all said and done, I could not tell my apartment had been cLeaned. (I had to ask just for them to put half back). It feels cleaner because i know they wiped my walls and windows, but thats it. I have piles of stuff in the middle of my floors and my bed is covered with everything they pulled out. Its gonna take me an extra 2 hours just to put things back. I paid 414 and I still tipped because that is just how I am and they were sweating, but it just was not what I expected by far or at all. I will just opt to cleaning my own place. This was not more convenient. Even more, after putting stuff back, i see that the vacuum stripped some of my carpet and they broke the light fixture on top of the stove. They dropped the filter behind the stove and never put it back. This was an… experience.

We hosted a 2-day international breakdance competition called the Silverback Open, hosted in South Philadelphia, PA. I contacted Anthony and requested, 2 employees to maintain the restrooms of an arena hosting up to 1,500 people, then providing a FULL restoration with a team of 5-6 after the event on both days. From restoring the order of a toilet flooding the men's restroom due to the heavy rain and poor sewage, to cleaning the ENTIRETY of the arena, 2 days in a row with 12 hour day shifts, to a 2 hour refreshing clean post-event, Team Clean did absolutely everything to fulfill their purpose and service with quality, great professionalism, punctual execution, and an amazing team. Definitely will be calling for future events!

They truly are a necessary cleaning company during this pandemic period we are navigating through. We constantly sanitize surfaces and high touch areas, empty trash receptacles, mop floors, clean bathroom toilets, sinks and showers through the day. We clean the glass in doors in the entryway and vacuum the mats there as often as needed as we make several rounds throughout the shift, sanitizing door handles and light switch covers. The exterior of property is not forgotten as we clean and clear all cigarette butts and any other debris. We mow the grass as is necessary to maintain a good clean manicured and inviting look to the property!

As I was met at the door by a white lady that held the door closed and asked "Can I help you?" I advised her that I was interested in seeking employment opportunities with your organization. She advised me that II had to go on-line to apply. I thanked her for the response and asked if I could leave my paperwork with the Human Resource Department.
The white lady walked into opened the door with an attitude and went into an office disgruntled as if I had done something personally wrong to her, which I did not. A represented came out of the office and ask can I help you. I repeated my desire to seek employment opportunities with the organization and wanted to know if I could leave my resume, cover letter and references with the Human Resource Department. I was sweating and had walked up the street dressed for success hoping for a positive response.

To my suprise, everyone that I encountered from this organization was rude as if my dress code or visit to the location offended them. The lack of professionalism and mentoring motivation in empathy for my efforts to work with this organization cause me to rethink my desire to work for this company. It is ashame that a young black man seeking employment opportunities dressed for success and ready to contribute to the success of the organization was treated with such contempt and disrespect. I expected that from the lady at the front door but not from my peers.
