He explained that he was training a new employee and showed him how to locate the lively sprayed of urine my male dogs leave for me. He explained to him the different ways to eradicate the urine in the carpet (topical vs. flush) before he showed him how to apply the topical for my particular situation. He was a very thorough trainer and the new employee seemed to be taking it all in.

It was nothing new for me since I’ve used Zerorez over the past 10 years. This time the carpet needed less than before since I’m on a 6 month “call back” schedule so I don’t let it get so bad again.

It took them about 2 hours and the carpets were beautifully fresh again, without the typical chemicals used by other companies. This is a fresh, Zr Water cleaning. It leave the carpets smelling great, and once they’re dry they are super soft.

I would highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.

He and his team came in and covered everything before the pest control sprayed and then came in, washed everything and put it away. When they were there they noticed the bathroom needed to be deep cleaned as well and they did that, too. My brother is blind and needed help organizing his apartment. They did a wonderful job! They could have easily charged more for the service they provided, but took pleasure in helping someone who really needed extra help. Great service, great team and great prices! Two young men arrived at my house: Franklin and Markus. These two young men are very professional, were wearing uniforms, pleasant and knowledgeable.
I've experienced that all the Castle services team members are very courteous and polite.
Franklin and Markus even gave me advice as to where to take my bulky donations since some Goodwill drop off centers only accept certain kind of items. That was very helpful!
Quote was free and after we agreed on a price the gentlemen started loading the vehicle…. Super fast and easy process.
I have used other junked removal services before and this is by far the best, most fairly priced and excellent service company.

He arrived early, worked quickly, and gave us photos of before and after. Also did not pressure for bird proofing based on limited evidence of issue. Will definitely use this service again and might get interior work done too (i.e. carpet, tile and furniture cleaning).
