They sent a very professional list of what will be done and when exactly they were going to be at the address. On the given date I was at the address for two hours and when no one showed I tried to reach them. Voice mail said their office was closed. They called me back and asked if no one came to clean. I said no, and the guy said he’d reach the cleaner and get back to me. Half an hour later I got an email and text informing me that my job was canceled. Never s word of explanation or apology even though I wrote them back asking for one. I had to book a rush job from another service because this was two days before moving. Extremely unprofessional! Never will try them again. I would not give them a single star even!

    My house is only 1500 ft.² it took the cleaner five hours to clean I don’t know what other than the floors and the counters and leave all these areas a mess. The customer service was sub par at best and they still wanted to overcharge me and only discount $100 for them not completing the service after acknowledging their cleaner was two hours late and did not complete the job. I was not comfortable letting any of their cleaners back into my home because the original cleaner they sent sat in front of my home for 45 minutes then tried to come back into my home after 8 PM at night to take a pictures of his work after I expressed to their customer service manager Erica that my one year-old daughter goes to bed at 8 PM and the cleaning needed to be done far before then. I gave this company a one star because I cannot give them zero stars please beware when booking this company

I got the Gold Plus Move Out Cleaning for a rental unit. After over an hour of the cleaner being there, I brought her a bottle of water, and realized that she brought her kid in a car seat and she hadn't even started. I tried not to make a big deal of it assuming she'd still get the work done, and went back to work. A couple of hours later they call me trying to charge me more, saying she needed more time to finish, and I refused saying she hadn't even started for over an hour. They gave me "courtesy" time for her to finish. Then, I got a text saying the job was done. I looked out of the window and the cleaner was gone. Not sure how long she stayed or when she left, but I went over and the place was still a mess. The windows, baseboards, floors, ceiling fans, and stovetop hadn't even been touched. Floors weren't swept or mopped. These were the things I specifically asked the salesperson for and why I got that "upgraded" package. This was a Friday night, so I waited until the weekday to call to complain, and the lady said I needed to send an email with pictures. I did, and Erica (the manager) responded saying that I missed the 48hr window in their fine print, and tried to justify the lack of work done. Complete waste of time and money. I'm surprised no one has sued them for deceptive trade practices for their bait and switch scam tactics. Their bad reviews are the accurate ones. Save yourself the headache and AVOID them.

It's nice to know the products being used are clean/safe and she spent 8.5 hours here making sure she didn't miss anything. I'm a harsh critic, too, and we have tried 5-6 others in the past and I ended up just cleaning myself because I was so unhappy with the results. While I was SO appreciative of her dedication, I ended up having to leave to run errands because she was here so late… I feel like I can't even complain about that because she did such a thorough job, but I would ideally love for them to finish up before 5pm in the future if possible so I can have more flexibility to leave and cook dinner for my family. It also didn't seem as though she had packed a lunch, so I tried to find food for her. While I didn't mind, I just wasn't sure what the expectation was there. I do wish with the monthly maintenance cleans you could pick and choose what you want. For example, I would love to have them wipe down the kitchen cabinets instead of changing sheets. We have signed up for monthly cleans and look forward to continuing to work with this company in the future!

It has been well over two weeks and I have still yet to hear from anyone. I guess they don't want my money or business.
    Update 9/21/22 – they just called saying "we saw a note that you wanted a quote". Me: Yeah. Three weeks ago. Them: "I'm sorry about that, when did you want the cleaning done." Me: "THREE WEEKS AGO. And now I don't want your service at all, if this is how reliable you are? No, I do not want your service." Them: Okay, have a nice day.
    RIDICULOUS. If you're watching, do better. Follow up or else you'll lose money and reputation.

I’m fine if you don’t want my money, I’ll give it to someone else, it’s the lack of courtesy and professionalism for me. I read the reviews prior to contacting them. I wondered why there were no recent reviews, this experience tells me why.

They don’t know how to teach their new cleaners and try to blame them for errors when they should have been taught better, they also lie about their services and what their prices are actually based on by claiming they should get paid more based on just how “dusty” your place is, like what? I suggested they use my Pledge instead of just pushing dust around with water on our wood (water on wood, seriously?) and then they literally left with it when it clearly wasn’t theirs! Also suggested they wear shoe coverings I provided for them myself that I paid for out of my own pocket so that they don’t walk dirt over the areas they just cleaned and they ended up slipping them off. They don’t speak a lick of english, tell you to let them know if everything is good enough afterwards, then become incredibly rude when you are able to show them that there’re a few things that they missed. Incredibly rude and condescending customer service when they don’t understand you, which is all the time and was just the worst. It took them over 2 and a half hours with 4 people to clean less than 700 sq ft and they had the gall to tell me it was because my home was as big as a mansion (it’s a one floor one bedroom one bathroom condo I kid you not). For reference, my other house in a different state is 3 floors, over 2200 sq ft, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and that take 2 hours max with 2 people for better quality work at $25 cheaper than what this company charges. Yes I know, just ridiculous. You can find any better service than this for not much more expensive at all, and doing so would save you so much time and headache that it’s well worth it to look elsewhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, Do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE

    Edit: I am raising my one star review up to a four-star review because the owner smoothly agreed to pay for all the damages and in the past (about 3-4 visits prior), they’d always done a good job.
