I gave them a tour of the house and the did the rest. They cleaned the primary bathroom and even remembered to clean and shine the shower wand itself. They removed the calcium build up and dried up all the water after cleaning the shower. All rooms looked prestige after they finished and my favorite part was how friendly they were. I felt like they treated our home like it was their home. The both stayed masked up the whole time and nothing was knocked over, broken, or misplaced which are things we’ve had happen with other cleaning services. My husband and I are just so very grateful. At last we’ve found a service provider and duo that are a perfect fit for our family and needs.

Not only is everything spotless and smelling wonderful, but the level of detail is phenomenal. Our bookshelves, desk, "junk baskets", etc were all organized and actually inspired me to organize a few of my closets. She showcased little items that mean a lot to us in very sweet, thoughtful ways without being intrusive and hand washed all of our water bottles, crystal glasses, etc.
Our home probably hasn't been this clean since long before we moved in and it feels more curated to us than it did before. I'm definitely going to be using M.A.P. maids again and have already recommended them to several coworkers. Fantastic experience and business!

I booked a deep clean yesterday for my house since it had been awhile since I had my house professionally cleaned and I have a big dog who sheds a lot! I left my house for the day to stay out of the teams way, and I just returned this morning to see the work! At a high level, they appeared to do all the surface level cleaning I expected. Unfortunately, upon further inspection, a ton was missed.

I have attached pictures, but you can see that:
1. My living room rug wasn’t even vacuumed, and there was still a fur ball floating in the corner!
2. Baseboards and cabinets clearly weren’t touched. I’m especially annoyed by this because these are the two areas I wanted addressed and why I specifically paid the $50 extra for a deep clean
3. Obvious spots left on mirrors, sink, crumbs on counter

I know this might sound nit picky to some, but when I pay a few hundred dollars to have my house cleaned, I don’t expect such obvious misses. Will be happy to update my review after I hear back from EFMS!
