Communication is very easy and they responded right away when I have questions or concerns. The cleaning ladies Octavia and Maria were excellent! They're so thorough with cleaning and very polite. I work from home and they kept checking on me to see if it's too loud especially when vacuuming the floor. So sweet of them to do that! When Jessica arrived I pointed out several items that I wanted to make sure got some attention. There were a couple of spots on the floor that needed a little extra scrubbing, as well as dust on top of the bedroom shades and the lamp in the bedroom. With pets, the dust and hair tend to accumulate. I gave Jessica my phone number and asked her to text me when they were done cleaning. After 5 hours, I hadn't heard anything and decided to head home to extreme disappointment. None of the things I pointed out were taken care of. I can't even say that this was a good surface clean. The bedroom lamp and shades had not been dusted, the top of the door jambs were not touched and nothing had been moved to wipe down shelves. The top of framed wall art had not been dusted and the spots I mentioned on the wood floors were still dirty. It looked like they did a quick clean of two bathrooms, a light floor mop and left. No furniture had been moved to clean behind, the litter box had not been moved to vacuum, downstairs bedroom was not vacuumed and the inside of the fireplace doors were not clean. It looks like about a 2 hour job of surface cleaning the bathrooms and quick mop then they were out the door. Definitely not a 5 hour/ $500+ 'Deep Clean' Extremely disappointing, would not recommend.
Update: I am revising my review because of the excellent response from Alpine Maids management regarding my dissatisfaction with the services I received. Maggie from Alpine Maids reached out to me and was very apologetic about the service I received & even sent flowers. I think that I just happened to get a crew that was not up to Alpine Maids standards. Maggie offered to have a different crew come back to re-do the cleaning. Alpine Maids is definitely living up to their commitment to 'Satisfaction Guaranteed' and I do believe they will make things sparking on a return visit.

I've been with The Cleaning Authority for a few months now and I get my home cleaned bi-weekly by them. After transitioning remote for work it's very important to me that my surroundings are clean! TCA has truly been a life saver! This company genuinely cares about and wants your business. Each crew member takes their time and leaves your home much better then before! I have 2 cats who constantly shed and TCA's industrial vacuums pick up everything!! I was so impressed with how Tavone & Jesus cleaned my home today I felt compelled to share photos. Now yes, the crew are humans and occasionally have forgotten to wipe a mirror once and forgot a spot on a table before, but this entire company takes your business very seriously and will do what they have to in order to not repeat that mistake in the future. The account supervisor paid us a visit and went through the house to make sure everything was done. Ian Palombo rated it 1/5: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Absolutely horrible. Had three people show up for a deep clean and we're still unsure what they did. Was told it was two of the threes' first day and they were being trained, but never saw they actually being trained. The bathroom was covered in hair, the toilet wasn't clean, counters were dirty, floors were dirty, services we paid extra for weren't done. The "walk through at the end of every clean" never happened. This business is an absolute joke. Customer service is atrocious. Like other reviewers, "Kat" yelled at my wife on the phone and went on about "needing to pay her employees" and refused to give a refund.

While they don’t guarantee a specific arrival time, which can sometimes send us scrambling to get out of their way if they come early, they are still fairly predictable. They are friendly and professional and are usually in and out in a little over an hour.

Communication with the office staff via email is great and they’ve been very accommodating the couple of times we’ve needed to cancel or reschedule.

We are incredibly grateful this team and their attention to detail. They make our day every time they come!

We had a couple of items to follow up on and Lyndsey was extremely responsive and helpful to the feedback.
The quote process was a little confusing and I think it could be helpful to discuss live vs. over email.
All in all, we look forward to continuing to use the service and share positive recommendations with others.

They didn't dust a single room, they didn't clean the floors in the common areas, they didn't clean kitchen counters, and so much more. My floors are still dirty and the dust caked on is embarrassing.
