We are blown away! We reached out for a basic cleaning of one maybe two rooms, and was told they would do way more than that for their minimum cleaning cost. We had Haley and Jake come out and do the first clean which was a very deep clean. My wife and I are speechless at how good they did. We literally feel like we have a brand new home. We give the highest possible review to everyone we dealt with, starting with their assistant manager Heather who talked us through their initial quote, and everything their service entailed. We wish we had done this years ago, it was so worth it! We will be regular customers for life if they continue to blow us away like they have so far. We have to end this review with a heartfelt thank you to Heather, Haley, and Jake for not only providing above and beyond service, but for also being so kind and caring and friendly in a clearly genuine way. They come by every two weeks, are always friendly and respectful (especially in following our request to wear masks inside 😷❤️), and do a great job cleaning our split-level house. They also work well around us being at home while they clean–we both work from home–and they are friendly to and considerate of our pets (no one has ever let our cat escape!). These cleaning professionals not only cut out hours of work that we were struggling to manage on our own before, they are able to do a better job in less time! Once our budget allows, we'd love to have them come by weekly, but it's awesome that they are able to schedule us in a way that works with what we can afford. The smartphone app is super handy too, since we can see when they're likely to show up on cleaning day, and get notifications when they're on the way, among other things. We definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for some help keeping up with household cleaning!

Two different cleaners came a month later to do another cleaning and they did a much better job. The two gals did a great job dusting, leaving things as I would expect, and working the entire time they were scheduled, which was much appreciated. I give 4-stars now for the customer service, I appreciate their quick response and efforts to remedy the situation, but dependability is key when you are paying for a service, especially when you may not be present to monitor the job being done, I see great value in being able to trust the job being done correctly every time. Thank you for coming out again and showing that you value customer satisfaction.
I had my house cleaned yesterday, paid for a one-time deep cleaning for 3.5 hours. I am glad I got home before they left, as I noticed many things that were not completed or not done right, I saw dust in several places still, after it had "been done." I liked that the website said they clean up pet areas and do the base boards, but mine were not done. The bathroom where my cat's litter box was looked like it was not done at all, the mat was not even vacuumed, the bathroom base boards weren't touched. They were ready to leave one hour in and my son's downstairs bedroom had not been dusted or vacuumed. After the first hour when I started pointing things out that were missed only one of them was working at any given time, so no, I did not get my 3.5 hours worth (that is 1 hour 45 mins with two gals). I appreciate the one gal in the purple shirt that was sweating and working hard to fix what was missed, the other gal was kind, but admitted she was new and I understand that, but I wish she would have at least shown some hustle like the other lady. I do not know what was done that first hour downstairs since my son's room was not done, but I did notice my son's toothpaste was cleaned up and I thought that was weird as a toothpaste tube is kind of personal thing, I would have rather had her spend the time cleaning the bathroom. I lifted the seat and neither of the lids had been wiped. The stairs were not vacuumed. The purple shirt lady did an amazing job on the kitchen sink, but then the back kitchen counter was not even wiped as there was dust and crumbs on it. It reached the point where they looked ready to leave (one outside with the car on and the other vacuuming my son's room) and I was frankly tired of pointing things out and so they left and I spent the next two hours cleaning what they did not or doing what they did again. Not worth the money if I have to take my time to walk through and point out obvious things, for that I could have cleaned it myself. I understand people are calling in and new, but I would rather have had two experienced cleaners come another day than just the one for the price. Sadly I will not be using them again.
Oana rated it 1/5: I highly do not recommend them. I would give them a zero. They came to clean in October, but the quality of the cleaning was terrible. I actually had to contact the supervisor to have the cleaners come back to do their job right. I was luckily at home and I was able to go and see what they “did”. Please don’t waste your money on them. You’ll be very disappointed.

But…I had cleaned the spaces already – so to make it right they added on some extra time the following clean. Keelie came to my house the following time and was fantastic! I appreciated how she asked questions and clarified what I needed. Her attention to detail was great as well. You can tell she takes pride in doing a thorough job.
