When I complained the representative did everything in her power NOT to admit the problem and kept protecting her employees. And finally said I can't send the ladies out there again.
I asked to go inspect the place but wasn't her job.

However she has an injury and hasn’t been able to keep up with dusting and can’t lean over to do bathtubs. So we called and set up a appt for these ladies to come clean. When they arrived we told them not to worry about making up the beds. We picked up things off the floor and Set them on the beds to make it easier for them to reach baseboards and vacuum. The used as a broom to clean along the baseboards but didn’t actually wipe them down. They didn’t dust pictures on walls or clean out the window seals or wipe down windows.The oven wasn’t even done. We were told the 1st visit would be a deep clean and then if chosen to continue, it would just be a regular cleaning after that. I know when I made the appt I specifically told them that my mom would like the oven cleaned. But when I called and spoke with the office they said they were not told this. Then she proceeded to say windows are not part of their cleaning. 🥴 Apparently stuff on the walls isn’t either. My mom said they sprayed stuff on their rag and then proceeded to clean the room but never rinsed the rag out. I guess we are old school and when we clean…we actually clean. $200 and we have to finish cleaning for them. You can’t find service like you used too. Will not use them again and would not recommend to anyone.

Several things were my fault and I recognize that but accusation from the company on why the work was not completed is very disappointing and is not helpful. We were also scheduled 2 maids and while I understand things happen, it would have been nice to be informed of the situation along with the plan for a second maid to arrive. I feel over all this this company while has good intention is very hostile towards you if you don't give a perfect review. All in all I will be completing the work myself.

It's nice to know the products being used are clean/safe and she spent 8.5 hours here making sure she didn't miss anything. I'm a harsh critic, too, and we have tried 5-6 others in the past and I ended up just cleaning myself because I was so unhappy with the results. While I was SO appreciative of her dedication, I ended up having to leave to run errands because she was here so late… I feel like I can't even complain about that because she did such a thorough job, but I would ideally love for them to finish up before 5pm in the future if possible so I can have more flexibility to leave and cook dinner for my family. It also didn't seem as though she had packed a lunch, so I tried to find food for her. While I didn't mind, I just wasn't sure what the expectation was there. I do wish with the monthly maintenance cleans you could pick and choose what you want. For example, I would love to have them wipe down the kitchen cabinets instead of changing sheets. We have signed up for monthly cleans and look forward to continuing to work with this company in the future!

They hadn't been there in 2 weeks so everything was dusty. They didn't dust. We keep our bathrooms clean but our son's bathroom needed a good wipe down. There was hair all over his bathroom floor. His toilet hadn't been touched. There were dust bunnies on the floor in the main living part of the house. When I answered the text that asked how I'd grade them and I said 0 they said they'd call me. Never did. I called them and left a message to cancel our services. They text me telling me they got my message and they'd cancel immediately. How unprofessional. If I could give negative stars I would.

One thing that I loved was they solved a problem I’ve had for a couple of months… the fan in our bedroom, that I keep on my nightstand, kept blowing the door closed, blocking my walkway. They re-positioned my night stand, and it doesn’t mess with the door! They also got some stickers and random things stuff my 5 year old has had stuck to the floor for a while up! Bryce Smith rated it 1/5: I've used Reye's cleaning several times in the past but this will most definitely be the last time. Last Tuesday we paid for a deep clean on our whole house. I get home as the cleaners were leaving and wasn't aware that this company let's customers perform a Quality Check as my wife is always the one that handles this. She was out of town so it was on me. Upon arriving at home, I was asked to sign an Ipad stating that the work was done (not a Quality Check) so I signed off. Keep in mind that the floors are still wet so I wasn't able to inspect anything even if I knew it was a QC. About 15 minutes later the floors are dry so I start walking around the house inspecting everything only to see a mediocre job done. My wife calls Jackie and is transferred to Eddy. Eddy tells her that there is essentially nothing he can do about it since it was signed off. I step in a talk with Jackie and she tells me she will find a resolution for the sub par cleaning job and call me back. Monday rolls around and still no resolution. I call Eddy and he offers me a 15% discount on our next cleaning. Are you kidding me? You think we are going to use a company that performs shoddy work? Absolutely not. It would've been different if it was just a few minor things not cleaned but this was over the WHOLE HOUSE. I have about 50 pictures that were sent to Jackie and Eddy and neither seemed to care about the shoddy work. Posting this to educate others on what terrible work looks like and to call someone else if you want your house actually cleaned.

ACTUALLY HAVING THEM DEEP CLEAN OUR HOUSE. IT ENDED UP COSTING US $600 FOR THEM TO MOP, WIPE DOWN COUNTERTOPS, SWEEP, AND DO LIGHT DUSTING IN A 1,400 SF HOME.

I cleaned offices 50 years ago in high school and used to clean my own apartment. I know what "clean" is, and I am the type who notices every last little thing that is wrong or undone. By the time Jennifer, the Polished Cleaning team member, finished, I could find only 2 very minor things that most people wouldn't have noticed at all, and she took care of them immediately. Jennifer was pleasant, professional, and efficient. I was working at home while she was here, and she did what needed to be done while staying out of my way. If the service I got this time was an indication of how this company operates, they will have my business for as long as I live in this area.

I have had different cleaning professionals (Angela, Liz, Claudia, and Alex to name a few) and all of them have been friendly, professional, and thorough. And texting Megan to reschedule or to re-evaluate my bi-monthly cleaning schedule after we moved has been easy and professional as well. Great customer service and I highly recommend this company!

Desirae Dahn rated it 1/5: Not worth the money!!! They charged my credit card (which had been on file from being a returning customer) nearly $600 for a move-in clean at our new home. This was more than the quoted price and let me tell you that what they claim was a 2-person team doing 12 hours worth of work is a lie. There were still cobwebs along the ceiling, grease around the outside of the stove, dirt in the window sills, bugs in the floor and on the fireplace ledge, etc. I guess it took 2 people six hours each to vacuum the floors. Wow! When I tried to call to talk to someone about the shoddy work and charging me over the quoted amount, I was told that Matt, the owner/manager would call me … but of course he never did. If you’re a fan of throwing away money or being lied to – hire them. Otherwise RUN!

Trust me, there's way better companies available for your house cleaning needs. The owner doesn't even have a clue about the people he hires. The director of operations likes to get drunk and show up late and is never available during work hours. She gives her work phone to her toddler to play with so no employees, except her friends she hires can reach her during normal business hours. It's a circus act, for sure. They can't even keep more than 3 teams at a time because they have no clue what's involved with actually growing a company. Go with someone else. You'll regret choosing this company.

The house always looks and smells great when they leave. I also appreciate working with Esther and Megan from the office on scheduling and if I have a question. James Benjamin rated it 1/5: I used Maid Brigade for the good part of 12 years. I even kept them on during covid, gave them bonuses as well as gifts. Recently I noticed things missing. What caught my attention was two bowls and their tops I've had for 20 years disappeared. I saw one young lady washing them and normally they would lay wash dishes on the counter. They are nowhere to be found. Also I have a block stove top. There was a smudge on it and one of the cleaners wiped it only making it worse. Then they left. They thought so little of me that they could not, would not take the time to clean it. I can't continue using them.
