Three friendly faces showed up, on time, the day of and proceeded to start immediately cleaning the house Each seemed to have their own sections so off they went! I worked from home that day so therefore was able to witness how hard these ladies work. They did an awesome job! My husband was so impressed with how spotless the bathrooms and kitchen were! They even got all the yucky stains off the kitchen cabinets. The entire job took about 3-4 hours from start to finish for the 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath job. Throughout the process, Preeti was in touch with me to check on how things were going, which I appreciated. The Maids of San Jose & Milpitas = highly recommended!

Ed S rated it 1/5: The only good thing was they were able to come the day I called.when making the appointment I was given one quote then I had someone follow up with me later increase in the price $100. The cleanup crew were polite however only the team leader spoke English well enough to communicate. They basically dusted and used a dry mop fall by wet mop and charged over $200 for 900 ft of already cleaned house with nothing in it. I feel taken advantage of as a move out clean since they're " guarantee " doesn't really matter when you don't live there anymore. I had to reclean their stuff to pass my very lenient checkout inspection. During a follow-up contact the representative didn't even know where they cleaned stayed in that they were they had a great reputation with these apartments, when they had cleaned my house. Top shelves in closets or dusty of course when they're finished they've already packed up the car and are basically leaving when they check with you to see if it's okay. Price is ridiculously over what they deliver. I could have paid one high school kid to do a better job and it would have been much less. I cannot recommend this service.

I requested A Deep Clean for a 4bdrm/3bth house, they sent only 2 people and 1 lady, Gloria, did mostly all the work because she had to redo the other person's work. I had to watch and inspect what had to be redone. I would not use this company again unless Gloria comes.

They pretend to clean houses without moving anything. Nobody expects cleaners to move heavy forniture or delicate equipment, but they use the excuse of not moving furniture/objects to avoid cleaning most of the house. You have a small box under the bed? Then they don't clean under the bed. You have a plastic bottle or a cleaning product in a corner? They don't clean the floor around there because "they can't move things". They also provide a pricy window cleaning service, but guess what? They only clean one side of the window and if there's a small object near the window, forget about it "they can't move things" so they'll skip the window and charge you for it. Total: 215$ for 1 person working 2 hours in total. Insane.

When we got our home back days later we found used contact lenses in the corner of the bathroom. Underneath our little carpet just in the door there were black dirt that look like hasn't been clean for 2 years. When remove the stove top, flakes of food debris fell out like snow flakes. We took care of those. However, when our new tenant finally got ready to move in, they vacuumed out hair which jammed up their carpet cleaner, and it wasn't even half of our smallest room. I called this company up, hoping they would make it right. They refused saying it's more than 24 hours. See the photo for yourself. Any non-professional can clean better than that.
To respond to the owner below. Our home was walked in 2x within the 18 days – 1st time during our open house of 3 hours and 2nd time was when we replaced the fan. There were no cooking involved. People do not leave out gobs of hair just be being there for a few minutes during the open house, not to mention leaving used up contact lenses. It is my bad that I didn't thoroughly inspect the home when the home was returned to us, which was on 5/24 (more than 24 hours after your service). As I mentioned, I had no idea who my tenant hired. The house looked okay superficially. But accordingly to your policy, this is already outside of your 24 hour window. Policies are made by people. I am telling you facts of what happened. You can choose not to believe in me or do the right thing, I can choose to write this review. You have plenty of good reviews so you said you didn't care that I write a bad one, right?

I think the most important point I am trying to make for those of you who are looking for a cleaning service company – isn't whether this company is willing to do re-clean. It is the fact that the hair in the carpet, contact lenses in the bathroom, the food debris right underneath the stoves, should've never happened in the first place. We should not have to call a cleaning company back to re-clean. For a company charging this level of price, and not bother to remove the top of the stove or the small carpet to do a thorough cleaning – is completely unacceptable.

Theresa was able to quickly locate a handyman who was willing to come to my home (same day and during quarantine) to assist. Theresa took the hassle out of researching/calling companies, and finding someone trustworthy to come into my home. The referral Theresa found ended up being able to assist me over the phone (walking me through the steps to fix the relatively simple problem). I will definitely use Home Care Referral Agency again in the future, and highly recommend them for anyone looking for a honest vetted referral!

The team she sent was fast, efficient and the house smelled so clean and fresh when they were done. They were screened before coming and wore gloves and masks. They made sure the house wasn't just clean but disinfected! Theresa was easy to reach, responsive and flexible. Rates reflected the high quality of the service provided. You won't be disappointed!

The owner, Theresa is great! She is trustworthy with good communication skills and she understands my goals and standards for the projects. I was quite nervous working with the new agency but it turned out it’s totally unnecessary. The handyman/ gardener she referred to me for the landscaping work has delivered an absolutely great result. Z X rated it 1/5: Watch out for the overcharge. Make sure you install security cameras. They have workers install GPS on their car and bill you based on how long the car has been parking in front of your house. NOT the actual time the works are doing their job! Workers can park their car at your house for extra 30 minute and do nothing. You will still be billing for the extra 30 minute!

So I called them again when it came time to clean the tiles. And again, I had great service from the initial phone call to James coming and doing the work. I am very impressed with them and will definitely use them again. Everything looks so clean and wonderful in my home. And I just learned that they also do windows!!! Wish they did deep cleaning too….
