Last time I use Groupon for cleaning services, it was a complete nightmare. I had to get my money refunded. So I googled house cleaning near Peoria Arizona, and found dirt busters house cleaning. I called up and talked to Mario. Explain to me what the company was about and what kind of services they provided. After talking to Mario for a bit, I decided to use his company. They sent out technicians Vanessa E and Louisa H. Vanessa called me when she was on her way to my house. I was out running errands and told her how to get into the house. She gave me an estimate of how much time it will take. I had to come to my house while they were cleaning to grab a few items . Both Vanessa and Louisa were really kind. they were very easy to talk to and friendly. I left before they finished. While I was there I noticed they were doing a great job. When they completed the job I received a phone call from Vanessa. When I got home I was very impressed on the job they did on my house. If you’re looking for a trustworthy company, let my experience with dirt busters housecleaning help you out a little bit. I would definitely recommend this company.

We’ve had buildup in our master bathroom shower that I have scrubbed and scrubbed and not been able to remove. It actually sparkles now. I still can’t believe it. I have had the same crew for my tenure and I’m comfortable with them and they know what I want done and they do it well. they also work well with schedule changes and holiday weeks. What more could you ask for?
Shawn Crofoot rated it 1/5: It's hard to express just how poor of a job they did in my home. I was supposed to get a deep clean as a first time customer. Three cleaners came out, they spent no less than three and a half hours in my home, nearly two of which was in my bedroom. They did a good job on the shower doors at least. They failed to vacuum under any furniture in my home, and honestly it looked as they tried to avoid even going near the furniture. They didn't dust any of the ceiling fans, the headboard on my bed, or light fixtures. When they finally "finished", there was some sort of film on my floor that left footprints anywhere you walked. It also seemed as though someone had gone into a closet in my bedroom for which there was no reason to go in.
A supervisor actually came out to inspect their work later the same day, which I found to be very refreshing and professional, kudos for that at least. She found many places around my home that had not been cleaned at all, so she had them come back out the following Monday, with a manager at my request. They did somewhat better, but still didn't vacuum under any furniture until I pointed it out. They did dust a little better, but still missed multiple spots. Biggest issue was they "mopped" my floors again, with just a dust mop and lukewarm water (confirmed by the manager), so whatever they left on my floors the first time was and is still there.

I hate giving bad reviews to small businesses, but I feel this one is well deserved.

I am quite cautious as anyone else when selecting someone to come into my home to clean while I’m at work. I couldn’t have made a better choice. Jann is very punctual, trustworthy, attentive, great communication, and quite thorough with her cleaning services. Very reasonably priced for what she does, and trust me it’s a lot. I come home and I’m immensely pleased every other Friday after she has cleaned my home from top to bottom. She is absolutely amazing.
